Fantastic experience: I have membership for the last 7 years, Heather was by far the most helpful person, and she was very kind and told me the process off register my car. By far the best aaa branch. She deserves a rise!!!

Negative experience: Been coming to this aaa for years. They messed up on communication on what was due on my registration and because if that had more fees added because my understanding was that all fees were paid. I came back to ask about what happened and got the run around and attitude poor customer service. From Alci. I need to speak to management team ASAP

Negative experience: Do not go here for DMV services. The amount of time i've wasted trying to fix their mistake is insane. They overcharged us and admitted their mistake but it took several employees. It was over $1000. We still have not gotten our refund through the DMV, thats how much of a hassle we are having to go through. And to add to the mess, our car registration needed a signature to be complete so they told us to come back in to sign a piece of paperwork, so we did, my husband and I. Turns out, the lady who was doing the paperwork never updated that we signed it in the system so we've been driving around with uncompleted registration due to the AAA people literally not doing their job. They should be suspended from ever being able to do DMV services ever again. Worst experience i've ever had. Save yourself time, go to the ACTUAL DMV WHO CAN DO THEIR JOB.
Negative experience: I’m writing this review solely based off my opinion. I recently found out that a long time employee, with over 20 years of dedication to her job, and excellent customer service was let go. I’m not going to mention names but customers will know who I am talking about once they come in and no longer see this individual at her desk. Terrible management in my option, just saying !!!

Fantastic experience: My family been going at the Temecula location for years , I definitely recommend going to Trey brown and Brain McClean . Honestly the most kindness and patience sales agents . Good coverage .
Fantastic experience: I used this office for the first time for notary services. I don't understand the prior reviews about poor professional courtesy or customer service. Everyone was very friendly from the check in counter to the Notary. Quick, efficient service with a smile. Can't ask for anything more than this. My only complaint is that it is impossible to reach any person by phone in the office to ask a question before driving in. This is the fault of AAA HQ and not the local office.

Positive experience: Normally every AAA office gets 5 stars, but the Temecula office is special in a bad way. The staff is uncommonly rude, the service I received when buying home insurance was terrible and the woman who provided DMV services to me definitely should be working for the actual DMV. The worst part is that I paid for this treatment. I did have a nice notary experience, but you don’t really save anything doing it here vs the UPS Store. Update! I went in this location again to apply for a personalized license plate. I was once again met with weirdness. When filling out the explanation portion I was told that I “didn’t have to write a novel.” I had spent 10 seconds writing the two airport codes I wanted. I didn’t know that was a “novel.” Then I was gleefully told that although the documentation says 4-6 weeks, it’s “gonna be more like 4-6 months.” Gleefully in that schadenfreude kind of way. Employee would be a great fit at the actual DMV. Like I said, the Temecula office is special in a bad way.

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience! After a horrible experience in the Murrieta location, I visited the Temecula AAA. I'm more than pleased. Super nice staff . Very attentive. No long waits. And they know how to do their jobs efficiently and correctly. Thank you all! Especially to Shannon in Travel who was extremely helpful and efficient.
Negative experience: Went in to get a 1 day pass for smog waited 30 minutes an watch 6 people come in after me get called ask clerk if I was on list she said one person in front of me its insurance people they where calling an notary the same people that do what I needed done they choose money over service because they wasn't going to make money off me this place is sad
Fantastic experience: I’m so glad I am a member, it has made several services I have needed a breeze.
Negative experience: I love AAA but I don't like this branch. I sold my car and let my insurance policy end and despite telling many AAA agents, I still kept getting calls and e-mails asking me to come back. I got multiple e-mails from the Temecula branch again and I wrote back, "stop e-mailing me. 6 e-mails in 2 hours is ridiculous". Then Vincent Dinh ignored my request and said, "So do you want to get the policy started so you don’t get bombarded with calls and emails?". No Vincent. Ignoring my request isn't going to make me want to do business with you, or your branch, ever again. He is the only AAA agent that continued to e-mail me after I requested him not to and clearly not the brightest.
Negative experience: I was told by the dmv to head to AAA for my registration sticker. I paid online and got my smog 2 weeks after payment online. I received no help with my registration from AAA. Not even a printed receipt of my registration payment to show the police if I am pulled over! How ridiculous, service doesn’t seem worthy of a membership.
Negative experience: Worst service ever, applied online and finished the transaction over the phone with an agent wanted to pay a fee he told me he couldn't do it over the phone that I would have to go into the branch went to the Temecula branch and all they did was talk down to me and kept telling me you applied online get your answers online not in those exact words but you get the just of it, was totally rude as well as the manager, if you don't apply in person it seems like they want nothing to do with you, will NEVER REFER THIS CO.
Negative experience: They are pushovers. Complete opposite of Progress. They pay for everything but charges wrong party. Their own clients.
Negative experience: They constantly fail me in all my DMV transactions..about 5 times. Went there for a classic car title transfer. A stubby woman in her late 20’s did a vehicle inspection and wrote the mileage incorrectly by adding an additional zero. 240,000 instead of 24,000 miles.$-&@?!:)Management could not fix. “@@&$):)..& Also the majority of the DMV service agents there are struck up, Why???wake up to reality….take a look at yourself in the mirror please!
Negative experience: What kind of business cant answer the phone whatsoever but have a computer blocking out customers from asking a question? All such businesses wil end up extinct
Negative experience: This location told us notary by appointment only. When you call AAA it says by appointment and walk-ins welcome. Came to Murrieta and they helped us.
Negative experience: I said hi to a blond lady working there and she called the police on me.
Fantastic experience: I went in to get an international driving permit and was in and out of there in 5 minutes, I am not even exaggerating. They took my two passport photos, filled out some documents, gave me my IDP and was on my way!

Fantastic experience: Needed to change title. I arrived at a perfect time I think it was 10:30, I beat the crowd. The gal that assisted me was really nice and helpful. Paid the fee and was done quickly.

Fantastic experience: They were a gift membership to me from my parents when I turned 16. I did the same for my kids and nephew and nieces. Its a bit depressing at the moment due to covid. Maybe playing some music could change moods in there. Not one customer smiling. Felt like a library. But they are being safe. Every other chair. Masks required and always appreciated the frigerated water while waiting.

Fantastic experience: The AAA staff were courteous and professional. They followed the COVID19 protocols to the "T" and made me feel safe. They kept the line moving so the wait to get my business taken care of was m in animal and I was in and out quicker than a normal pre-COVID19 time.

Fantastic experience: The AAA agent Ms.Terri Webb, who helped me with my auto insurance, was very knowledgeable, and proficient in helping me get my auto coverage changed! She also went out of her way to help me find information concerning my housing insurance status!
Fantastic experience: Fast auto registration... no DMV lines. One catch, you must be a AAA member. It's well worth it too, so many perks that I can't say enough about AAA. They have saved me numerous times. Like when my teen kept locking her keys in the car or when I got a flat on the freeway or when my car stalled on a busy road. Thanks AAA!
