Fantastic experience: Greetings, We had the opportunity to use BlueSun Vacations as our 'all-inclusive-wedding travel/ coordination (October 2024). Specifically, Sarah!!!! There are really no words that can be spoken or written that could ever express our gratitude and heartfelt love for ALL BlueSun Vacations/ Sarah has done… some may say they were merely doing their “job”! If that was the case it truly SHOWS they love what they do! Every detail down to what we didn’t even consider turned out wonderfully! My wife and I both have used “Travel Agents” before over the course of lives and we both can say we have NEVER been so impressed and so blown away about the attention to detail and the genius care they/ Sarah showed. They made our wedding experience something we will never forget but more so, our guests…ALL of them have said to us the service BlueSun Vacations/ Sarah and staff provided... really made this trip worth it. Some have NEVER traveled outside the USA and to be honest, were scared and nervous .. but because of the detail and the FAST response time they provided them, it put them at ease and that was one less thing we had to worry about. I have seen testimonies saying after going with BlueSun Vacations they will not use any other company… NOW “WE” see why!! We have about four or five other couples that have committed to traveling EVERY year and we want Sarah!! To be our travel agent!! Again, we want to thank you all for such an amazing experience, working with Sarah was a blast and she made it so comfortable and she cleared up any and all concerns. Love the Bradshaw’s

Fantastic experience: Let me start off by saying that I tried another agency in January to help us find a resort for our destination wedding vow renewal for the month of November, and it was an epic failure. I ran across Blue Sun travel group, had the pleasure of booking an appointment with Mary Eastman and the rest is history! Not only is she polite, patient and efficient, she had us booked within days of speaking. With her travel experience, she helped us narrow it down to RIU Aquarelle in Jamaica!!!! It's a new resort that just opened mid-year, and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing and very welcoming! We had a group of 21 and Mary assisted 7 of us with our resort reservation and flight (you already know booking a flight is the most challenging.) I don't know how everything works, but the PRICE WAS RIGHT with Blue Sun! It was hundreds of dollars difference than when I tried booking everything on my own. Also, you have access to your own portal which makes it easier to manage payments especially when you have multiple trips planned (with that being said, we have a trip to Puerto Rico already in the making with Mary and the Blue Sun team. Portugal will be after that :) I trust Blue Sun with ALL travel plans moving forward. I will pay for convenience! Oh, how can I forget, they also provided us with private transfers to and from the airport, no shuttles! PRIVATE! We could actually feel the A.C. LOL! Blue Sun made travelling internationally so easy and stress free! I've always cruised, but not anymore (maybe lol) I look forward to working with Mary and the team in the near future! BOOK NOW, you won't be disappointed! They are very professional and will get the job done so you don't have to stress! My vow renewal was like a dream, and I thank Mary for helping with our decision to travel to Jamaica!!

I’m very happy with the service I’ve received and am excited for my upcoming trip to Cancun this November! Thank you again for your continuous follow-up and for explaining the technical issues you were experiencing. I really appreciate the effort to ensure everything is taken care of. previous review 9/20/24: I’ve been trying to get in touch with this company for some time now, and my experience has been frustrating and concerning. Despite multiple calls and emails, I’ve been unable to speak with a live representative. A major red flag is that my messages are being forwarded to the COO, Kathryn Temple, which seems highly unusual and unprofessional for customer service inquiries. No one has followed up directly with me. This lack of communication has raised concerns, especially since my friend paid for her trip in full and hasn’t received any updates on her travel details either. I’m now hesitant to finalize my own payment without clearer communication and better service. I hope the company improves its customer service soon, as this is not what I expected when dealing with a travel company.

Fantastic experience: Mary at BlueSun helped us plan the most perfect honeymoon! She listened to us as we dreamed up what our perfect resort and vacation would be and came to us with a few options based on her experience that would fit us well. She found us a gorgeous resort within our budget and made the planning process so seamless and stress free. Positive experience: Hello, it was great to get away. Honestly it was nice, the water and beach is great. The hotel is average, nothing too exciting. Customer service was average, nothing like the secrets we stayed in the Dominican. I think we will always stay with secrets. For a new hotel and being Elite the room was not so good. The end tables were broken and wobbly and not very nice. The view is great. The people working there were just ok, they acted like you were bothering them and the shows were horrible.I think we paid the same price too for Secrets. It was nice getting away though. Being Elite didn't make a difference there was no separate check in and guests that were not Elite had the views and room like us. I hope this helps you with other clients.

Fantastic experience: I am overall very pleased with BlueSun vacations, who helped me plan both my destination wedding and mini-moon! Negative experience: Royalton Hideaway has very nice employees. I enjoyed the people visiting as well The restaurants were the worst I’ve ever eaten at and it became a “pick your slop” decision when it came to the food. The eight people from my group all had the exact same complaint. Some one put gum under a dining room table that totally ruined my new pants, their response “sorry “. That place is horribly overpriced. It’s pretty however Based on my experience there, I will never again do an all inclusive again. The food was the greatest turnoff. Not only that it took forever to get service.

Fantastic experience: I had the privilege of working with Sarah and the wedding team at blue sun this past August. She and every assigned to our trip took out all the stress of travel planning for a destination wedding! Sarah is incredibly detail oriented and an excellent listener. Fantastic experience: Caleb was phenomenal. The booking was very easy. He was EXTREMELY patient with me as I had a hard time deciding which resort I wanted (they all were fantastic). He never lost his cool-Very professional. He was not pushy and he understood my budget. Caleb was thorough and explained each resort in its entirety. I've traveled through this company before and the other agent was great, however, Caleb took greatness to a whole new level.

Renting a golf cart to tour the island was a highlight as well. The food is amazing and the staff are all friendly and attentive. Genner, Gorge, Alejandro, Orlando, Anna and Gisele were all amazing!!

Positive experience: The resort was nice. If I had any complaints, it would be 1) diamond members were seated with us at the Hibachi restaurant and they had a totally different meal( steak and lobster) which the chef cooked first while we just sat there waiting for our meal to be cooked. 2) the steak restaurant opened at 6pm, we got there at 6:45pm and was told the wait was two hours even though there were plenty of open tables which we were told were for Diamond members.

Negative experience: You're better off planning your vacation on Expedia. Our coordinator Tracy was useless we needed to change the day we were coming back and she was not helpful at all. If I would of booked on Expedia, I would of been able to make the changes we needed and they would of accommodated us. Do yourself a favor and just book on your own, you'll save yourself money and the aggravation.

Fantastic experience: My travel agents name is Caleb Immel and I HIGHLY recommend him if you want a stress free trip. Me and my group went to Cancun, Mexico for my birthday and I had a great time. I was able to have a great time as Caleb planned ALL of the logistics of my trip including flights, resort, transportation to resort and back. Caleb suggested a wonderful resort (Breathless Rivera Cancun) and I’m so glad I put my trust in him. Caleb provided consistent information during the entire planning time and prices never changed, no hidden fees or surprises. Caleb was available during my trip for any personal questions I may have. Fantastic experience: Our anniversary vacation to Secrets Akumal Rivera was absolutely perfect. We have used Mary Renee at BlueSun Vacations the past 3 years in a row. Each trip has been wonderful. Fantastic experience: Sarah was my wedding/travel coordinator in 2021 and she was absolutely amazing! This was still during COVID so naturally I was nervous and she made me feel so calm through it all! She was available anytime I needed help and made me feel so comfortable!l during the whole process! I fell in love with her the first time we spoke over the phone. It was everything I ever wanted and I can’t thank her enough for everything she did! 10/10!!!!

Positive experience: Dreams Sappire-Riviera Maya was a very nice all inclusive resort. Food/Restaurants are good. Pools are well cared for. Service was not consistent when it came to preferred status. Staff was amazing and very friendly. Beach/ocean unfortunately is bad because of severe seaweed issue. Excursion was fun and felt safe.

Fantastic experience: Jeff has never steered us wrong when it comes to vacations! He is a true beach master and has put up with our group for years now. We are anywhere from four to eight people and he books us the best flights and resorts, knowing we have limited travel time.

Fantastic experience: The BlueSun Vacations planter took create of ensuring pre-trip. She was in constant communication with us about every step of planning & paint for the trip. She would invoice us when it was time to make a payment. She arranged the pick up at the airport for us & made sure our rooms were amazing. Would definitely use them again. Everything about is resort was a dream from the moment we walked in the door until we were dropped off at the airport. The staff were extremely helpful, our housekeeper saw a button fall of my dress on the way out the door, she reached into her cart, pulled out a sewing kit & sewed that button back on for me without saying a word. The food was 5* quality. The duck in the French restaurant is a must try, as is the Japanese Hibachi restaurant, but sit at the grill, because there is a different menu at the tables. The beach is breathtakingly beautiful, the pools were refreshing & well maintained. I would go back tomorrow if I could.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Kathryn and Tracy for my wedding that was on March 11, 2023. They were great to work with! I interviewed a lot of people about a year ago to pick the right travel agency for my wedding and they just fit all of the boxes. They were very easy to work with and so accommodating. We had a few issues with some of the rooms when our group arrived (not even their problem to be honest), I reached out to them, and they were so fast to jump on and help getting them fixed! Everything else went so smoothly during the whole process. They made the wedding planning process for a different county so much easier than I expected! I 100% recommend this company and have already done so to other brides looking to do a destination wedding. We couldn't be happier and have already asked for information to do this again! (minus the wedding part!) Thank you guys so much for making my wedding so special!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been using Blue Sun since 2019 booked my first trip to Punta Cuna was wonderful . Since then I have traveled twice a year to Cancun Jamaica and Punta Cuna I use Jeff Randolph and can’t be more pleased . Whatever I pick he is honest about the hotel and gives honest information about sites . I trust whatever he suggests has always been a great trip . I am never disappointed. He is also prompt to return calls and answer all my questions. I get nervous about my destinations and he also reassures me that it will work out . Fantastic experience: Great travel agency! Jeff Rudolph has been patient and helpful and easy to reach before and during our trip to Cancun, Mexico. He recommended Coral Level, an adult only hotel with full access to its main family resort Iberostar (at a pretty reasonable price for the whole package). He also arranged private transportation for us and answered all our questions before the trip. We had an amazing time there. Will definitely use BlueSun Vacations again!

Fantastic experience: Tracy did and excellent job of pairing our group with the absolute best accommodations, Paradisus in Los Cabos. This was the most amazing wedding and all inclusive property that I have ever been to. It's typically a gamble with inclusive hotel food + beverage, both the restaurants and drinks were amazing. The amenities were equally as amazing. Wvehthjnv felt well planned and every detail was perfection. I would highly recommend this for any wedding group. We had an amazing time.

Positive experience: Dreams Resort was not the best experience. There were long wait times at restaurants and the food was not 4-star. The staff was very nice and tried their best to accomodate for the lack of food options. Also, the spa services were over-priced and the spa facility was not the greatest. I had a massage and that was good, but the dry and steam saunas were not operating properly and were not hot.

Fantastic experience: Mary has been an amazing agent to work with. We are a large family and it’s a lot to get us scheduled for anything but Mary has planned and organized two amazing vacations for us. Mexico and the Dominican. We wouldn’t change a thing and we never could have planned it as well as she did. Our traveling to and from went beautifully and our stays at high resorts were amazing! I can’t recommend Mary enough!

Fantastic experience: I used to work with Sarah (we were SO happy with the resort she had suggested) I went to use her again but she moved divisions. She recommended Meaghan. She’s been great too. Very patient and really listened to our requests and found us the best deal. We haven’t actually traveled yet so I can’t speak to the actual resort recommendations but the process was really streamlined which was great for someone who wanted a “hands off” approach where I wanted an expert recommendation and just wanted to follow that and be happy.
