Fantastic experience: I've had nothing but positive experiences when I reached out to Quest's customer service group. In particular, Rodney Y. was exceptionally responsive and helpful when he offered a recommendation that exceeded my expectations.

Negative experience: It’s a scam. Please do not fall for this. We tried using Quest on multiple vacations, and almost every time, Priceline or other websites offered better deals. The 3-night or 5-night vacation vouchers and incentives they provide with purchase often don't work. Even when they do, there are numerous blackout dates and restrictions. Stay away.

Negative experience: Would not believe anything this company says. Bought in last year tried to use for 4 vacations this year and they were considerably higher ($400-600) more than renting from other companies. They are all hyped up to sell and or get your money. Service after the sale is non-existent. Found out when I called to cancel that they will price match the exact same room. Before that it was never mentioned. But while in the office the prices are so much cheaper and savings so much greater. Save yourself some money and aggravation and DO NOT DRINK the Kool aid. Not worth finding out after they have taken your money that you can get better prices everywhere else.

Negative experience: If i could give this zero stars I would! I would save your money and stay away! Ken is a liar and this company is a joke and should be put out of business! What they tell you is not the truth! You are told u can cancel anytime yeah they make u believe that but it’s not true! Apparently it’s 3 days in writing which we were not told about that! Also u cant log into the portal till after ur cancellation period is over! Stay away from this company and save your time, instead of being tricked into the non-sense presentation they ask you to go to for your free gifts which are not free! Nothing but high pressure sales! Save yourself the headache! Also no-one answers the phone unless u want to renew ur membership go figure! They stand outside of a big chain store in Hilton Head to lure you in. Do yourself a favor and keep walking!

Fantastic experience: My family and I had the best experience using our Quest membership for an ocean front resort at Myrtle Beach a few weekends ago. I never write reviews but felt the need to share our very positive experience. Our family travels a lot with sports and visiting family. We love being able to book these resort condos/timeshare properties. The savings and options for us have been great! For this trip we were able to book at the beautiful Hilton Enclave in Myrtle Beach, and we were thrilled with the resort. We are looking forward to our next trip!

Negative experience: Scam, scam, scam! The allure of discounts on their platform before purchase is starkly different from the reality post-purchase. The promised discounts on flights, hotels, and events? Nowhere to be found. Their lack of proper responses and empty promises make it clear—it's all a deceptive façade

Negative experience: Definitely a scam. There were no discounted rates like Ken explained to me. I tried to get out of it and was told to give it some more days to see how I benefit from it. I wasn’t informed that after 3 days you cannot cancel it but I will definitely be reporting this to the BBB. Do not fall for this mess!!!! Sad how these people can manipulate you and get away with it.

Negative experience: Waste of time and money ....it's not cheaper and they make you send in a certified letter for you to cancel your membership...I've been trying to cancel for mths now and terrible customer service do not fall for this scam. Please keep your money !!

Fantastic experience: I have been using Quest for a few years now. Our family vacations have been really cost effective and aloud us to take more vacations as we get great deals on condos and cruises. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Negative experience: I am so disappointed not only behind the scam, but more so because i really liked our sales person Ken. He was such a cool guy. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. He showed us saving of over 50% and told us that they have the cheapest prices and the all other sites (booking, Priceline, hotels ,com all get there stock from them). He even explained that when we have friend book under us we should give them a price break but not give them what we pay (as if it was so much cheaper). We were never told that we had 3 days to cancel even though you don't get access to the website for 3 days. In addition when you get to the website NONE of the prices he showed us were there. This is definitely a scam. I am highly upset and will be reporting this to every site, BBB, new entity I can so that other people that work hard for their money will not lose theirs too. UPDATE: Ken reached out to us to help us with all our concerns. He explained that although the biggest benefits are seen in the week booking, we will still receive savings through the price match part of the program. He said if we find a better deal somewhere else, we upload it and they will match it plus 10%. I no longer think this is a scam because although the prices were not as cheap as i expected, we will always pay the lowest rate with the price match plus 10% discount.

Positive experience: They talked me and my wife into buying but then they said the network was out for the homes we really don't like hotels so we are going to see how it works out the network it supposed to be out running in they said in 6 months

Fantastic experience: Just booked my 3rd family vacation with Quest. This time we booked a 3 BR condo in Gatlinburg for this summer. While booking I did some comparisons and I saved $1200 on this vacation.

Fantastic experience: Finally used my Quest account today for the first time since my purchase last month. I was looking for a Disney vacation for me and my family and I couldn’t at first find the deals I wanted to see in the hotel section, so I got ahold of my representative Mike and he walked me through the website and showed me the time share resort section. That’s where I found some really good discounts. Orange Lake Resort here I come! Lol

Negative experience: Not a member but looking to join. Noticed the reviews can be divided into 2 groups. The unsatisfied and those commenting on the presentation and the rep they worked with during the presentation. Why? I would like to hear from satisfied travelers. Is anybody happy? I belong to RCI for over 25 years and not happy st this point. What about Quest?

Negative experience: Signed up for this service was told and showed huge discounts on trips. When I went to site after getting access weeks later I found nothing like what we were told. Was also told we could cancel this at any time. When we tried to we were told we had only 3 days. BIG BIG SCAM. Please stay away from this business. The sales team will lie and tell you whatever to get you to signup.

Negative experience: We just purchased a package last Friday. I went to use it, and as some other people have noted, the deals are not good. We found the same hotels which cheaper prices doing just a Google search. My major issue is I specifically asked if the weekly vacations (those with the supposedly 50% discounts - I found matches on the internet) could be broken up and if we use only the days we needed. We were assured this was the case because I suspected from day one this would not be the case and this was the ONLY reason we purchased. Turns out our suspicions were correct.

Negative experience: The stay was nice, but the promo was a joke, nothing was what it suppose to be, I'm just gonna leave it like that

Negative experience: This is not as shown during the sales pitch. Mike showed great discounts on his computer look like a good deal. After logging on 7 to 11 % discount not like his 50 %and more. This is my second review. I notice my other review has been deleted. I would like to close this account.

Fantastic experience: If you decide to check this place out, ask for Sheila Blue! She was a good source for the information we needed and she made us feel like family.

Fantastic experience: Quest made booking our mountain get away easy, affordable, and with many choices available. Beautiful 3 bedroom cabin next to a river, close to Boone and Blowing rock. The kitchen was fully stocked for anything needed to prepare meals. The cabin was spotless, new, and private, and It was a huge convenience to be able to bring our dog. Will definitely revisit and book through Quest again!

Fantastic experience: Elizabeth was an AMAZING representative. She was friendly, professional and accommodating. Although I couldn’t commit to the buy in today, due to her guidance, I am looking to make it a goal to sign up for Quest later this year. For frequent travelers-this is a no brainer!

Negative experience: My fiance and I joined over a year ago while visiting Hilton Head. We went to presentation and representative said we could cancel any time. That ended up being a lie. They only allow you to cancel your yearly membership fee and not full contract.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I just did a club presentation and we were both very pleased with our representative. Her name was Elizibeth, she was very friendly and understanding of our situation. If we were younger we would have bought into your club offer. Thanks Steve and Doris

Fantastic experience: I have been using Quest for about a year now. I have used it to book short trips and a week long trip. I did the homework each time I booked trips and found that I got the best savings through Quest and could not be more pleased. Every place I stayed at was great! The short trips were to Miami Beach at an ocean front hotel and to Orlando. When we arrived the hotel upgraded us unexpectedly which was wonderful. The week long stay was at a resort in Kissimmee. We saved so much booking through Quest. I recently booked another upcoming trip to Miami in March and found that Quest gave me the best savings by over $200 over all other booking sites including directly through the hotel. I also love that I accumulate points for each trip that I can use for future trips.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough positives about this experience. I booked a hotel for my New York trip on a fraudulent sight accidentally and didn’t have a room the night before my trip, but Quest got me covered and it was painless and the best experience. The hotel was exceptional and the value was incredible. Thanks Quest!

Fantastic experience: I recently had to travel to Charleston for work and I stayed at the Embassy. I saved $110 for the 2 nights. The Embassy is a great place to stay if ever in Charleston. The free MADE TO ORDER breakfast was great and the staff was great. THANKS QUEST.

Negative experience: We met with Maximus. He knew half the details we asked, was willing to drop the price in half in two minutes, and giggled throughout the presentation. We left not having a single clue while this would benefit us. On the plus side, we got $250 for dinner, two one- week trips, and two 3- night trips. Don’t compromise!

Negative experience: This company is awful. We got it before Covid started and haven’t used it once. We were promised a trip (to get us in the door) and still haven’t received it even with following up multiple times. I have tired to talk to the manager Rodney who is extremely rude and cut me off while I was talking. This is a sham and a waste of money. Unfortunately, I’m stuck with ir until it’s paid off. I can’t even use it now cause I didn’t renew my membership but they have no problem taking my money until it’s paid. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!!

Negative experience: Not worth it! They'll point out the 15 million happy customers but when you are unhappy they will not care. Unfortunately this wasn't a good fit for me but Quest Travel made it very clear that they want your money one way or the other. I'm sure many people love it but for those that don't, beware.

Negative experience: After signing up, I've compared quest to Expedia and priceline many times and found little to no difference in hotels they have contacts with, of which there are few. I'd say its not worth the price. I'm trying to cancel my membership, but have called many many times without results. I'll keep trying because over 3k for a service I can get for free is rediclous. Note* I've ONLY used hotel travel stay, I cannot attest to the cruises it air travel.
