Negative experience: It’s ridiculous how they make u wait with ur car that u cannot start (to keep warm) for 4hrs in 1 degree weather n tell u that u have to be with the car just for the tow truck guy to call you 10 mins before he arrives n says u can leave just leave the keys in the car. It’s ridiculous. Coulda been home hours ago… It’s ok tho! …only my toes n fingers are frozen and I’m probably close to being hypothermic. But it’s all good!

I attended my appointment this morning. The office was busy but the customer service was outstanding! Denise assisted me and she made me feel like I was the only customer there! I HIGHLY recommend this Leominster Triple AAA location.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I got a tip from coworker of mine that we could renew our licenses through AAA instead of having to put up with the horrible experience of going to Mass RMV. Sure enough, my colleague was right! This year, we had to transition from the normal drivers license to a RealID in order for it to be federally compliant. We did the initial steps online through MASS RMV, and then made an appointment at this AAA office to complete the process. We got the appointments at the timeslots that we wanted, and when we arrived, there was no waiting time at all. The staff was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and I would recommend to anyone to use AAA instead of MASS RMV, whenever possible.

Negative experience: Triple A it’s supposed to be renew any drive license, but know they just renew how has SS. Today I come to RMV and they says “they’re supposed to be renewed any drive license independently if you have SS” Thank you for make me lost my time.

Refused to return my money and told me that the people that work for them are their priority and not their customers. Had a worker for five Star towing come down and watch me burn all the rubber off of my tire pointed a gun at me and went 50 and my daughter's neighborhood which is a school zone after calling me a motherfuker and point a gun in my face. Negative experience: Not happy at all. I bought a new vehicle on August 20th and tried to transfer plates to register it and was told that there were no appointments available. AAA is booked for the next two weeks and you do not book beyond two weeks SO WHY DO I HAVE AAA I have had coverage for many years and I expect service.
