Negative experience: If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They are mediocre. They delete comments and block you on FB. It takes more than a month for a package to arrive to family in Cuba. I don't know how they manage to delete comments from here too.

Negative experience: I have been waiting for my passport for more than 4 months. The last response was that it would arrive in a package last Thursday and that they would call me. I am still waiting..... The worst part is that I call and it's impossible for someone to answer the phone.

Negative experience: I am really super disappointed with this agency. I went to them to get my brother's passport because they were recommended to me and what a disappointment I had. After 1 year with no answers and after visiting and calling them more than 5 times, the responses were always the same: 'we will check and call you,' of course, we never received that anxious call. And today my brother went to the offices from Katy and the response was 'it's ready, it just needs to be sent,' 15 more days of waiting for it to arrive from Washington to Houston. What a shame, I will never set foot there again. I would never recommend them. And they are also the most expensive in all of Houston.

Negative experience: I really wish I could express the opposite, but no, this company has not met the established deadline and the response from the manager Ileana from the Houston office is that the deadline is an approximation. When you are about to pay, they don’t tell you that. They sell you a fast shipping service and it is not like that. The express shipping from the year-end promotion has been a complete failure and the company does not take responsibility or compensate its customers for the damage. My family is still waiting for their year-end and Three Kings gifts and NOTHING. I hope that a superior can give me a convincing response regarding this.

They adjust to you thanks to their different shipping methods, and also, the pounds have a quite acceptable price, (the delivery price may differ from other agencies, but the important thing is that it arrives in perfect condition). They inform you that it takes 45 to 60 days, and when it goes beyond 2 months, they tell you that those times were just an estimate, as it can take longer due to factors beyond their control. These justifications sound familiar from a country I know... Try to improve the staff in Cuba if the problem is there. Do your job well, take responsibility for your mistakes, and solve them instead of playing with the customers' time.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about other people who have left that place satisfied. I have had two unpleasant experiences: one is the manipulation of a miscellaneous package I sent, where they extracted a USB data memory; and the dissatisfaction with the procedures for renewing my passport, where the 4-month period they claim has already passed. I am now going on 6 months, and the worst part is that they do not answer the phone, nor do they provide a convincing response, other than saying that they have sent an email to the consulate to get a response. However, they have already told me that same thing 3 times in 2 months. Unfortunately, I personally consider it a scam, something that has never happened to me with other agencies. I am also a customer of Rapicarga, even before I started processing with this agency, and I consider that it is a reliable agency - 'Rapicarga' 6601 Hillcroft Ave #115, Houston, TX 77081.

Negative experience: This office and its staff are excellent. My two stars are due to the final destination... which is of course the most important. The storage facility where our shipments arrive is filled with mice, and this has been going on for over 2 years. My last shipment to my family, what good was it that it arrived on time (1 month) if what my family received was eaten by mice? The cereals, the jellies, everything had to be thrown away. It would be very good if the offices that sell us these services took responsibility, as they are AWARE of this. Responsibility should be here and there, not taking our money here and washing their hands with the excuse that: 'over there in Cuba we don’t take responsibility'. I dislike having to make this criticism, but it is sad to send food to the family, to children, and know that everything arrives contaminated; then all you remember are the excellent people who processed your shipment and charged your money.

I am just a worker 3- Total silence on the call The manager is only known by them so you can't even tell them the problem you have A very personal piece of advice, if you are going to renew or get a new passport do not believe that it will be in 3 or 4 months, do it without rushing with a positive mindset that it will arrive in 12 to 14 months at least Mine has been waiting for 7 months with no positive response about its arrival.
