Fantastic experience: My family has had the opportunity to work with Alia Rodriguez for our Disney vacations for the past few years and it has been absolutely fantastic. Fantastic experience: I had the absolute best experience with A Pair Of Ears Travel! We booked five days in the park and six at the hotel, my agent was able to save me quite a bit of money vs booking myself and she was so helpful setting up my online access and tickets. Fantastic experience: Our vacation wasn’t off to a good start. My son caught a stomach bug and we were stuck in our Hotel room on our first couple of days(bonus: I was able to watch the beginning of WCWS). A BiG THANK YOU to Justice Parker for coming through for us. I called her the morning of our Universal reservation and told her what was going on. Within minutes she was able to get our VIP day at Universal switched to one of our free days. I had been looking for a travel agent and was ghosted by a couple of others and was ready to give up until I found Justice on TikTok so I took another chance(3rd try was definitely a charm). I requested a quote and the next thing I knew we had our trip to LA booked. Justice made the process so easy & and saved me the headache of having to book everything myself. Fantastic experience: Marsha Baudoin ...again has come through for our group and what an amazing job she did. Her ability to communicate, juggle, and coordinate between 4 different couples on an international trip, has again been flawless. Jamaica, Cancun, and St. Lucia have been an award-winning experience, including excursions. Thank you Marsha, you're the best!

Fantastic experience: We had a fabulous trip at Disney thanks to Taylor and A Pair of Ears Travel! Taylor was so helpful in answering all of our questions and helping with last minute changes. I’d definitely book through this agency again!

Positive experience: Had a few problems during our trip starting with hotel not being able to find our reservation at first and needing a manager to come up and find our reservation. It took them about 15 minutes of computer work to actually find our room reservation. Then it followed when we got to the park our very first day having to spend about an hour trying to figure out our e-tickets that never showed up. Again it took a manager at the Disney park about 30 minutes to help us out to find our tickets and get them linked to our Disney account. The 3rd and final straw came when we showed up on our last day to the park only to find out we didn't have a reservation for the day. Not only that but there was no longer any available reservations for the day. Again it took a manager to help us out and get things situated and figured out for us to be able to enjoy our last day in the park. I was personally skeptical of using a travel agency as This was our first time ever using one but my wife had talked me into using one after seeing and hearing about the reviews of this one on social media. After this experience I would rather skip some extra savings and book everything ourselves knowing that everything is set to go instead of going through what we went through.

Fantastic experience: We had a second to none experience with our voyage, in large part due to our travel agent Hunter Landau. One obviously wants a travel agent who knows not only the ins and outs of travel in general but also a bit about the venue as well. To say that Hunter was well versed in the Disney experience would be an understatement. No question or issue was beyond his knowledge. If we didn't know better, we'd think he was hiding a couple of ears under his hat. We could think of no one better to guide us and enlighten us to the little known facts that made our experience so enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Me and my family were supposed to fly to Punta Cana on Monday - Today is Saturday. We had an emergency with our dachshund - a sudden back injury that caused paralysis - and could mean emergency surgury at any minute !!! Genelle Gladly and promptly changed our reservation to the Hard Rock all inclusive so we didn’t lose our money and can look forward to our vacation in about 5 weeks. I am praying that I don’t have to put my doggie to sleep - it is critical ! THANKS GENELLE AND THANKS “A pair of Ears” !!!!

Fantastic experience: Incredibly helpful in planning my family vacation!! Hunter Landau, the travel agent, came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from a family friend. He is extremely knowledgeable, wonderful to deal with, and made some AMAZING suggestions that I wouldn't have ever thought about. Claire Hebert has been very dependable, honest, attentive, understanding, upbeat, and really reassuring! My entire trip has been non stressful and I give the gratitude all to her! She is so passionate about Disney and helping others with planning their Disney trip! This is my first trip to Disney, so I was extremely unsure of everything and of what to do. Claire not only made me feel comfortable and made this an easy process, but she made the whole entire planning a wonderful experience . I have a busy life with full time work/full time school, I don’t have time for anything outside of my busy schedule. An yet, she made it a PIECE OF CAKE! She answered all of my questions and concerns (and boy did I have a lot, and even repeated myself a few times). She always was eager and made me feel welcomed! If I could give her a 15/10 I would. I really can not thank her enough. I leave to go on my trip in 20 DAYS! I can’t wait!

I decided to take a different route in planning this year for my husband and I's 10 year wedding anniversary. I have a state job so I try to save as much as I can. Jennifer Pradat has been absolutely exceptional. I felt like I still had control in planning the trip I normally would, but without the headache. Her knowledge is plentiful and she is very timely. If you are a first-timer or even a veteran, please consider giving her the opportunity. She has done so well that we will more than likely book our sons senior trip next year as well.

I've been planning our trip for a while now and thought I didn't need a travel agent because I thought I knew everything I needed to or could find it without any help. Casey has helped me save money and find out about events and activities that I had no clue about. I've had upgrades to my trip that have improved it and saved me money. Without Casey's help I would have had a good trip and enjoyed my vacation, but because of her this vacation is going to be absolutely amazing with things I never thought I'd be able to do.
