I came to visit my sister in Florida and I realized that I could send a package to my dad, and my cousin recommended it to me. I bought all the things like powdered milk and other things that my cousin, who is elderly, needed. I took it to the agency on a Saturday, and as they told me, the next Saturday my cousin in Cuba received the package. I am very happy, satisfied, and wanting to send another package back. It would be nice if they opened that agency in Washington DC, as there is no way to send our family in Cuba a package. I am very happy and very grateful, and it was very economical to send it to Cuba. Thank you very much.

Negative experience: My wife and I sent some hairdressing furniture to Cuba by ship, and after 4 months the Cuban customs didn't deliver it claiming it was for commercial purposes, which the agency here knew about. My wife contacted the agency and they claimed that they would have to bribe customs in Cuba, meaning that it would cost more money. Time passed and still, we never recovered the merchandise. The agency is complicit in stealing and scamming the Cuban people; I would never send anything through this means again.

Negative experience: WARNING, four and a half months ago I sent a hair station with the chair and the headrest by boat, I paid £3.99 plus all the cost of the furniture. They promise that everything would arrive and they greet you very kindly. When this leaves the agency and arrives in Cuba, they completely disassociate themselves from anything to do if Cuba ROBs you. In Cuba, they say they are commercial items and that the agency knows the customs laws. It was just one station, not two or three. I never received a response from the agency or any help to recover my things. I have felt robbed, scammed, and they have been COMPLICIT in this SCAM. I would NEVER send anything by boat again. Besides the economic issue, there is also the frustration that there are irresponsible people on this side who have businesses and enrich themselves by deceiving others.

Positive experience: I give it three stars because the service was good and the staff tried to be as quick as possible with the customer. However, I don't completely agree with the fact that my husband and I submitted our new Cuban passport applications about 4 months ago and they are still not ready. I understand that it may not be their fault and that it's immigration's issue, but they shouldn't sell false information since we were told it would take between a month and a half to two months, which has not been true.

Negative experience: Bad service, I went to rent a car a week in advance and they told me it would be certain, and two days before they called me to say they couldn't get it. I didn't have time to rent anywhere else, a disaster, very bad service.

Negative experience: I do not recommend it, my husband is waiting for the Cuban passport, which we applied for in this agency. The day we went, I personally spoke on the phone with someone who worked at this agency, and they told me that the passports were delayed a maximum of 2 months (new passport). I quickly went to get them done with them because I had been to two agencies before, and both told me 3-4 months. However, my husband, upon arriving before he was handed the passport, asked them the same question, and they told him, 'Yes, it will only take 2 months,' all to guarantee the money. The point is that we are still waiting, and it has been almost 3 months. Every day they give some different excuse; the last one was that the passports are taking 4 to 5 months, but that it is not their fault, when they told us something completely different. I have nothing against the delay time because I know that the procedures related to Cuba are difficult, but they shouldn’t give false information to grab the money.

She is rude, a scammer, and a bad person.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this agency, it's a scam. I bought a ticket and the flight never left, and when you call to get your money back they tell you to call the police after canceling the ticket a thousand times and then after you pay for a ticket at 3400, it's a total scam.

Negative experience: The owner is a very arrogant young woman profiting from the needs of Cubans in Cuba. The agency sells tickets to Nicaragua that they don’t have (beware), it’s a scam. Every week, close to the date of your flight, they tell you that the flight is cancelled. They don’t respond to messages from the USA, but if you write from Cuba, the lady responds quickly. This is the third time my flight to Managua has been cancelled, and they are still selling tickets to whoever writes from Cuba for the same dates that they cancelled for me. You have to see what's out there.

Negative experience: I can't comment on the price because I never received one. I spent 30 minutes on the phone to never get a response and the service is terrible. I do not recommend this place.
