Fantastic experience: We just returned from our Viking “Christmas on the Rhine” cruise. What a great time we had! First of all, our 3 day precruise in Amsterdam was very fun. This was our first time in Amsterdam and the included walking tours plus our own explorations took us to so many interesting places. What a great city but watch out for bicyclists! The river cruise was top notch and the Christmas Markets (our main reason for taking this trip) did not disappoint. Our favorite markets were Rudesheim and Strausburg. All our Viking included tours were very informative about the towns and most importantly included free time to explore and shop as we wanted. The food onboard the Viking Freya was top notch. I wish we would have had time for the post-cruise in Switzerland. We have taken 4 river cruises, two with Viking, the other 2 with AMA. Our travel advisor, Tina Kennedy, has booked the last 3. I have never worked with anyone who responds to phone calls, texts or emails faster than Tina. In fact I just asked her to price out 2 different tours for us this morning and heard back from her within an hour. She handles all the details and continues to keep us updated on everything through the time of return. She also wants to know how the trip was afterwards. She truly wants you to enjoy your trip and offers great suggestions for places to go and things to see. I love just calling her and knowing everything will be taken care of. I highly recommend Tina for any travel needs.

Fantastic experience: Just want to give a shout out to Tina Kennedy at Travel Leaders. Tina helped us plan an anniversary trip for my wife and I to explore Southern Italy. Starting with a Michelin star restaurant in Sorrento and ending with breakfast while viewing an active volcano in Taormina. With trips to Pompei, Capri, Amalfi, Palermo and the Valley of the Temples along the way. Not to go into to much detail, but it was an incredible two weeks and we can't thank Tina enough!

Fantastic experience: We had an absolutely amazing trip to Punta Cana, all set up through Tina Kennedy. We were actually all set to go to Mexico, but due to the looming risk of a hurricane we had to change our entire trip and switch resorts with only 4 days to spare. Tina made it all happen and within an hour saved our entire vacation, which we had looked forward to for months. She did an amazing job in setting up what ended up being a 10/10 vacation.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I created a bucket list of travel wishes. We searched agents that best fit those locations. We met Tina, and she’s been our agent, and now friend, ever since. We were 2 very naive travelers, but with her help, have created incredible memories and seen remarkable beauty. Tina is professional, dependable, and kind.

Cruising the Seine in France was it once in a lifetime experience that I’ll never forget and it could’ve been possible without the help of Tina Kennedy and having her on the trip with us was amazing!! Fantastic experience: WOW! It is hard to put into words how incredible this trip was for our family. We experienced things that most people going on a trip to Spain would never experience. Here are some reasons why: Having a driver pick us up at the airport, at our hotel, or to go on excursions made travel stress-free. We cannot imagine trying to navigate our own way through the busy streets of Barcelona, Mallorca, or Madrid. Having an experienced, friendly driver made travel enjoyable and easy. Private, knowledgeable, professional guides: What a game changer! We never would have experienced these amazing cities the way we did without these incredible guides. The history, stories, facts, and knowledge of these cities was vast. We would not have known where to visit (except for the major tourist areas) to really get an understanding of the historical richness, the cultural diversity, and the traditions of Spain. The four personal guides that we had were exceptional. They took us to "hole in the wall" places that have been around for 100's of years. The food, culture and history that they exposed us to was something we never would have experienced without their expertise. I cannot say enough about how having these guides enhanced our trip. Excursions: It is impossible to say which excursion was our favorite. Each excursion was so different and interesting. We were able to experience Spain like no one else. The history, the culture, the food, the people... it was amazing. Samantha Politte, our travel agent, worked very hard to make sure every detail was taken care of. Anytime we had a question or concern, she was accommodating and efficient. I cannot recommend Travel Leaders enough. If you want to have a stress-free, unique, and exceptional vacation, have Travel Leaders take care of the details of your trip.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Tina Kennedy over the course of over a year to plan an extended trip to Italy and the Mediterranean for our anniversary. It involved a LOT of moving pieces including multiple cities, hotels, plane and train transportation, an add-on cruise, and various tours and meet-and-greets. We found Tina to be very knowledgeable in the travel world, and through multiple meetings and phone calls with her, she ultimately recommended and arranged for all of our specific request and reservations perfectly. We've never traveled much outside of a group and with Tina's expansive knowledge, connections and assistance planning, the whole trip came off seamlessly and worry free. Fantastic experience: Marcie created a fabulous trip for my husband and I to Costa Rica. We wanted to venture away from the typical areas and explore the OSA Peninsula. From the moment we stepped off the plane in San Jose, we were well taken care of. The transportation arrangements (private drivers, boat guides, Sansa prop planes) put us at ease and our lodging and meals (one resort was an all-inclusive) were fantastic! We had several excursions planned which were a mixture of hikes, snorkeling, whale watching and exploring the National Park. Everything was beyond our expectations. I've booked many international trips with Marcie and her team, and she provides great customer service and memorable trips for us!

Fantastic experience: We worked with Tina Kennedy and she was amazing! We had never been to Italy and put our full trust in her to plan a great family trip. She set us up with some really cool experiences that I never would have been able to set up on my own. We experienced some weather related travel issues and so our trip was interrupted, but Tina was able to rearrange some things last minute so we didn't miss a thing in Italy! Great Trip!

Fantastic experience: We could not be happier with what Marcie and her team put together for our bucket list trip to Peru. As we celebrated our 35th anniversary while in the Amazon, Machu Pichu, Sacred Valley, Lima and Cusco, everything went absolutely perfect. Our tour guide was the best we’ve ever had. Fantastic experience: My two oldest grandchildren and I decided to take a trip to Europe. I am so glad we found Travel Leaders and Jen. She planned a wonderful vacation for us to London, Paris, Florence and Rome, down to the last detail. Private (or very small group) tours with outstanding guides, very knowledgeable and friendly. Perfect selection of hotels with very helpful and kind staff, especially the Tower Hotel in London and the Santa Maria Novella Hotel in Florence with perfect views from our rooms. We have a lifetime of memories.

Positive experience: We had a fabulous trip with just a few hiccups. Often it took several email or calls to get a response from our travel agent, we more or less just gave up on her this was not just my opinion but the opinion of a party of 9. Also one of our key issues was to have the rooms connected thru the verandas floors above and below appeared to be connected ours were not in addition one of our travelers had issues on the day of departure not sure the agent could do something about it but it would have been nice to be able to reach someone. Although there were lessons learned I thank Marcie for being open and listening to our concerns so that she can reenforce company standards with her employees

Fantastic experience: Our family traveled in May 2024 to Riviera Maya, Mexico and stayed at the Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo. The resort was amazing! We had eleven family members, including grandchildren ages 5, 3 and 1. The resort had something for everyone including multiple swimming pools, a wave pool, water slides, a Pirate Ship water park for the little ones, and plenty of beach access. The Lazy River was temporarily closed during our stay. The restaurant selection at Iberostar was top notch, and we never had difficulty getting seated with our large group. We worked with Samantha Politte at Travel Leaders to book our vacation. We had family members traveling from two different states,. It was important for us to secure direct flights, have private airport transfers to/from the resort and have rooms in close proximity to each other. Samantha took care of everything and the arrangements were perfect! The private airport transfer company Samantha used was Lomas Travel. They were by far the best experience we have ever had with transportation to/from a resort. Additionally, the personal assistance we received by the Lomas representative inside the Cancun airport was a pleasant surprise. They don’t just drop you off at the door with your bags. We highly recommend Samantha Politte with Travel Leaders for your next travel adventure!

Fantastic experience: Travel leaders has been such a blessing on my journey to continue to travel more. The lovely ladies Jennifer and Teresa were great at responding in a timely manner and gave me great confidence that all was taken care of before my travels which allowed me to get the upmost fun out of my vacations! I have traveled with them twice now and plan on doing much more traveling in the future with their awesome support!

Fantastic experience: Marcie Boyle planned an amazing trip for us to Peru, spring of 2024. We spent time in Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, and the Amazon rainforest. It was a seven day whirlwind trip with our 19 and 21 year old college kids and was one of the best trips we have ever been on. The trip planning and execution were above and beyond, and the guides on the trip were top notch. I highly recommend using Marcie to plan a trip to Peru if you are interested.

This past trip was for our honeymoon and she recommended multiple resorts and provided a rundown on each since we didn't have any in mind. The one we selected was an absolutely amazing place that we wouldn't have had an opportunity to experience if it wasn't for her. She had answers for all our questions and she provided all the information and every detail that we needed to have a perfect honeymoon. She started by getting a feel for our interests-- food, markets, wine, music, day trips to surrounding countries, etc --and then created a trip that was perfectly tailored to those interests. Fantastic experience: I was looking for a place for a family vacation over Christmas. Marcie Boyle found me this villa south of Cancun that was wonderful. It was on the water with a swimming pool, 3 hot tubs, a chief, butler and 2 maids. The meals were fabulous and the service outstanding. Marcie booked all the flights and answered all my questions. Fantastic experience: My wife and I have used Travel Leaders for trips to the Dominican Republic and Jamaica over the past year. For both trips, our travel representative was Samatha and she was fantastic! We knew we wanted an all-inclusive trip to the Caribbean, but weren't sure exactly where we wanted to go. Samatha provided us with several island and resort recommendations that made our decision much easier. She handled all the bookings for airfare, resorts, and ground transportation which made the overall process extremely easy. She also provided all the pre trip information to make sure we had the essentials packed and any immigration forms completed prior to our trip. Once we left, everything went smoothly and we did not experience any issues with our reservations. We have already worked with Samatha and Travel Leaders twice, but we will definitely use their services again in the future!

Fantastic experience: With little input from us, Marcie and her team put together a 15 day itinerary for our visit to Italy. We visited Venice, Florence, Sorrento and Rome during our visit with various day trips to outlying areas included. I would highly recommend our exact itinerary to anyone wanting to visit Italy. Fantastic experience: Our travel advisor Samantha Politte with Travel Leaders was outstanding. Our group was me and Lisa celebrating 30-year anniversary and Mike and Ann (Lisa’s sister) celebrating 27 years. We are 51 to 61 years old and have never left the US or used a travel advisor. We met with Samantha and gave her a generic overview that we wanted to stay for two weeks and wanted to visit Rome, Venice, Florence, and Amalfi Coast. We did not want to rent a car and wanted transportation for rides to and from tours, boats, train, or bus stations. We wanted at least 4-star hotels and for her to set up tours of the Vatican, Coliseum, Tuscany and famous sites in each of these locals. We returned this week and had a fantastic time. Every time we were picked up in a black Mercedes that had instructions on what to do and who to meet. The tours Samantha arranged were VIP to say the least. When we arrived at the tours, we observed long lines of between 300-600 people waiting in line to enter. We pulled up in our black Mercedes and the velvet ropes were pulled back to have the VIP treatment. We had a trip to Tuscany and visited two wineries. Like always, Samantha planned the wine tasting. On our last day, our tour guide met us at the hotel and escorted us to the airport, by boat in Venice and walked us all the way to the security gate. An unbelievable experience orchestrated by Samantha. The only thing we had to do was decide on a restaurant and where to shop. Samantha, you knocked it out of the park!!! Fantastic experience: Enjoyed working with Tina Kennedy in creating our trip to Canada and the Canadian Rockies. What we asked for was a bit different from what was offered but Tina worked with the Rocky Mountaineer to plan our trip and it worked out beautifully. The trip was wonderful and we will definitely work with Tina again.

Fantastic experience: Our family had a fantastic time in Costa Rica! We highly recommend the horseback riding up the volcano with ziplining, wonderful lunch and mud bath as well as the private catamaran excursion that includes sailing, snorkeling, paddleboarding and an absolutely delicious meal! Simply amazing!

I wanted the best of the best and specifically someone with a lot of knowledge and experience planning trips to Italy. Luckily, I came across Marcie and Jen who were top rated and I reached out to them. I was contacted quickly and within days had a conversation with them to kick off planning our trip. I didn’t know a lot of the specifics of what we wanted to do in Italy, but they were able to give first hand advice and guidance to plan us the perfect itinerary based on what our preferences were for traveling. They booked and nailed every detail from flights, drivers, trains, hotels, tour guides tickets to attractions, meals etc!! It gave us the best time we could have had and made it an amazing and stress free trip for us. We even had a contact in Italy to reach out to while we were there if needed! I could not recommend them more and will be using them to plan our next trips!!!

Fantastic experience: Traveled with a group of friends to play tennis and relax on the beach. Sam Politte made all our arrangements and we loved staying at TRS Coral in Cancun. Beautiful resort and the Nadal Tennis Center was a nice facility. Spa was also amazing.

We were hunting for our next vacation and gave her a call and she pulled through, hitting our high demand list and not really knowing where we wanted to go! She recommended Live Aqua all inclusive resort in Punta Cuna DR. Full disclosure I was a little nervous but she nailed it!! The resort was amazing! The rooms, restaurants, food, bars, staff, cleanliness, views, lounge areas, AND the ocean beach were the best I've been to!! I've been to many. The pricing is extremely reasonable! Most relaxing vacation yet and have been bragging to everyone about it lol. I highly recommend you contact Jen and book here immediately. You'll be glad you did! Fantastic experience: We were thrilled with our amazing trip to Italy! Jen and the team at Travel Leaders made the whole experience seamless—allowing us to really relax & take in the sights!

Negative experience: Our trip ended up being great because of the CIE vendor. Leading up to trip communication was poor with Travel Leaders. I worked with Sandy, Marcie, and Jen. If our guests got a response it was after multiple attempts and answers were vague and in some instances blatantly incorrect. While I would recommend a trip through CIE, I don’t recommend booking through Travel Leaders.

Fantastic experience: Tina Kennedy at Travel Leaders designed a Hawaiian vacation complete with fab hotels and must-see excursions that left us time to also relax and explore on our own. Both visits to Maui (plus excursion to Lenai island) and Kauai islands were balanced perfectly to give us an awesome Hawaiian Islands sampling! All we had to do was say what we likes to do the most and Tina set us up perfectly. Would definitely do this again. A vacation afterglow that lasts!

Fantastic experience: This was a trip of a lifetime and the BEST EVER Vacation!! The details and planning that Marcie did (3 times due to Covid) were key to how much we enjoyed it. It was 100% stress free (which is usually not the case when traveling internationally, especially to a country that speak a different language). Fantastic experience: Our travel agent's name was Jen. We feel beyond blessed for everything she did for us to make sure our long awaited trip was flawless. We are a family of 5. We have 3 children ranging in ages. Jen took the time to research flights that made sense with little kids considering even nap times and school return time. She researched many activities to make sure what she booked was age appropriate and to assure there was something for each one of us. She took time to learn about our dream vacation and what we were hoping to experience. She chose a resort that fit our needs. She checked in with us often and provided updates on flight times and activity updates. We even got a text, bring your jacket, it may be chilly tonight. She definitely gave us red carpet treatment. Our family had a very successful trip that we will remember and cherish forever. Upon our return, we immediately started planning our next year's trip with Jen, ofcourse. Lastly, I would like to mention that going with a travel agent was much cheaper than when we tried booking ourselves. Highly recommend this agency!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I planned a 30th wedding anniversary trip to Italy. Marcie helped organize the perfect trip that included all of the sites we asked to visit and a few places we hadn't even thought about seeing that she knew would be of interest to us. Fantastic experience: Went to Sandals Royal Curacao for our 25yr. Anniversary and my 71st.birthday. We have very special memories that will last a lifetime! Beautiful place and the weather was perfect. Curacao Island is just beautiful. And the ocean waters were aqua blue crystal clear along with the white powder sand beaches. Snorkeling was unbelievable! We also played golf here. Beautiful golf course on the ocean! And the island people all speak English that work at resort. That's a real plus!!! We had a few issues because of the resort being new. But the motel manager did great job of taking care of things for us. Hats off to Kay Hubner he's the best. We recommend coming here to this Sandals Location. Fantastic experience: Worked with Tina Kennedy to book our honeymoon in Playa del Carmen at Secrets Moxche. It was overall a fantastic experience and we couldn't be happier with everything. Tina was great with sending updates and information in a quick and timely manner. She was very helpful with any questions we had as well. We were very grateful for her work and making things easy for us.

Fantastic experience: I have referred Marcie out to multiple people for her professionalism and attention to detail. I have yet to have anyone come back to me with an experience that was anything short of what they were looking to accomplish. Some have even come to leave her a 5 star review here. Unfortunately, Marcie’s only downside is her inability to control the weather. Would have been a 6/5 review if she had that ability. In all seriousness—it’s clear that Marcie loves what she does, and she works hard to have her clients love their experience even more than she loves making it happen.

Negative experience: Marcie Boyle was our travel agent for a wedding in Cabo. I found my experience working with her to be unorganized with poor communication and unprofessional. There were often excuses on top of more excuses which was just disappointing and agonizing. 1. The bride and groom had transportation that was messed up. Marcie had given their return transportation to another guest of the wedding so they had no return transportation to the airport. 2. Several of us paid for ocean front and ocean view. Our rooms were not that at all. We looked over the dessert. This including mother of bride, best man, maid of honor and myself (bridesmaid). 3. The maid of honor was missing an entire day to her room reservation despite paying for flight and room through Marcie. This was clearly just poor organization and lack of detail orientation. 4. Another bridesmaid experienced flight cancellations due to weather storms at her layover. She had paid for travel insurance. When she called Marcie for help, Marie told her there was nothing that she could do and she'd have to work with the airlines. She was delayed by an entire day and missed events leading up to the wedding. I do not understand the point of paying travel insurance and the lack of assistance or care from Marcie. These are just a few specific unfortunate events during the week of the wedding. It was a back and forth hassle when booking anything months in advance or having to communicate with Marcie due to her being unorganized and confused repeatedly. She lacks professionalism and customer service. The entire wedding and wedding events, the room reservations and flights would have better been handled by hotel and airlines than using a this travel agent. I find her reviews to be paid for and deceiving. Please spare yourself the hassle and headache.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience we had with Marcie! We have never used a travel agent before but did so at the urging of some friends. We are so glad we did! Marcie sent us to the most beautiful place with everything we requested. She even found us a deal that allowed us to go to a place we previously thought too expensive. We would use her to plan another trip in a heartbeat and will have the memories of this most recent trip to remember forever. She was even available and in contact with us along the way to make sure everything was running smoothly. Between leaving the country and all of the rules with covid testing it was nice to have someone keeping us informed and making sure we were prepared for anything. Thank you Marcie!!

Fantastic experience: Our travel agent Marcie gave us several options for all inclusive properties in Mexico to take our son on his final high school spring break...and oh did we make the right choice!!! Dreams Bahia Mita Resort and Spa in Nyarit, Mexico was not only brand new, but incredibly beautiful. The staff to guest ratio was amazing, and here's a tip...find Carlos Manzos as soon as you get there. He will take care of whatever you want. He's amazing!
