On our return trip we needed 2 trips because our other party had an earlier flight. John was great speaking Spanish for our other party and got everyone to JFK in plenty of time. Great drivers and great service. I would recommend them every day and twice on Sunday!

Fantastic experience: We just got back from a day trip to the North Fork Wineries. Our driver Steven was exceptionally professional, and patient as we packed 5 kids under 5 into the vehicle. Communication while we enjoyed the day was on point. Vehicle was clean and well equipped (had a small fridge and air plenty of storage for strollers) Five stars is not enough for this company and driver. 100% we will be using Jack Rabbit again and will request Steven Anyone reading this review should do the same.

Fantastic experience: Hired company on short notice(same day) and that was no problem. Price was better than other companies and driver was very professional(Steven). Acted and dressed like a pro and we even changed the pickup spot at the last second and he accommodated our request with no issue. My only issue is it has to be more clear if the tip is included or not, there is a 20% administration fee charge but that may or may not be the tip. No one is really sure. And, there is a ny/nj toll fee of $40 but we never went thru a toll. I would definitely use this company again and they would probably be my first call if Iam in need of such a service. They guy in the office(Kevin) was extremely helpful and made everything easy as well

Negative experience: I had a beautiful car and a wonderful driver. However, be mindful the quote is not accurate and does not include gratuity. There is an office fee, gas fee etc. so they quoted a price of $250 plus tax and I paid $354.14 and another $55.00 for gratuity (which they said is optional). My driver was great, so chose to give him a tip. Expressed my concerns to office that the quote was inaccurate and did not receive a response. Will bring my business elsewhere.

Negative experience: Do NOT trust them to provide the services you need. I was part of a bridal party they were supposed to pick up. 15 minutes after they were supposed to be there to take the BRIDE and us to get her married in long island she called asking where they were and the driver said “ oh, I am at the Statue of Liberty. My boss sent me here instead“ she called the company. After speaking to two other people who didn’t know what was going on she finally asked for a ride from a friend to her wedding! Then they were supposed to provide buses to an after party after the wedding and one out of two showed up 1/2 hour late which reeked havoc. The other one never came. And yet they still want $6000?! Criminals.

Positive experience: Echoing other recent reviews, I attended a wedding where this company dropped the ball and was consistently late/unreliable. The owner has since tried to rectify the mishap with partial refunds

Negative experience: Attended a wedding on 9/28 in Hampton Bays where they hired Jackrabbit Limo services. One out of the two limo’s hired didn’t show up and the one that did was over 30 minutes late to each departure. This left many of us stranded without a scheduled ride to the wedding, leaving many of us having to order other ride share companies and being late to the reception. They have horrible customer service and I would not recommend booking for your future events.

Negative experience: BRIDES BEWARE! This company was awful for my best friends wedding on 9/28. Let me start by saying THEY NEVER PICKED UP THE BRIDE FOR THE WEDDING! After contacting them and still no clear answers on where the van was, we eventually had to drive the bride to her wedding in a dumpy Kia, 30 min late. they consistently throughout the night were late for drop offs and pick ups and were short 1 bus. I legitimately don’t know how this company is still in business. It was the most unprofessional experience and caused for so much stress on the wedding day. I’ll be contacting my friend at the IRS to investigate - something is fishy about what they do.

Negative experience: BEWARE - Absolute scam artists. Late buses and outright missing buses on wedding day led to hundreds spent on Ubers for guests. Incredibly unprofessional to work with and look forward to taking legal action if not ammended. Do not use these amateurs unless you want the bride to show up late for the reception.

Fantastic experience: We took Jackrabbit Limo from Greenport (the North Ferry) to LaGuardia. Our driver Abe was early to our pick up point (we were early too, tmthats how we knew). He was friendly and got us to the airport safely and quickly! We are typically white knuckle riders…but our ride with Abe was easy, boardering on relaxing!

Negative experience: Aside from our driver, Henry, being great this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a driving service. Malik is beyond inappropriate and unprofessional - trying to take advantage of drunk customers that use his company as the safer option. First, I was given a van that barely fit 12 people that was apparently for 14 people - thank god we weren’t a full party. Now he is lying about the time we got back to our end destination and then when I called him out for it with proof of our arrival time and he replied with “you’re just drunk, you can’t read”. Absolutely disgusting way for someone to speak to a client, I would never ever recommend this company to anyone.

I appreciated that he kept the music and talking to a minimum but was still kind when we spoke. I traveled with an infant car seat and he was helpful and patient when installing it and taking it out for me. I would definitely book again!

His driving was flawless and because of his intellect and strong communication skills, the trip flew by.
