Fantastic experience: Montika is sooo amazing. This was our Grandson(Alvin) first cruise and she helped us make it such an awesome cruise. We have worked with her for 3+ years. I have never been the type of person who worked with travel agents but when my fiancé Lamont suggested that we work with her I trusted the process. Montika has never let us down. On this cruise I had lost my Drivers license and at the very last minute Montika was able to call and make the necessary changes in order for me to use a documentation that I did have in order to get on the cruise. And when I say last minute, I mean the day of literally hours before we were boarding. I know for me I will not be working with anyone else, but Montika.

I submitted for a call back, and within minutes I had a call from Marisa. Marisa was extremely helpful, sharing our options and ensuring we were booked in the most economic way. Typically, I will book our hotel and flight reservations, but after a 15 minute call with Marisa, we were all booked and ready to go to Punta Cana, flights included. I've had to make a few last minute adjustments to cruises due to unexpected scheduling conflicts and Montika took care of everything.
