Negative experience: The worst company I've ever had in my 59 years!!! They never paid me the medicine I lost when we had the huracan, for over a month I've been waiting for them to pay me the car that was declared a total lost, I've been paying for a month rentacar from my pocket, because they canceled my rentacar but they didn't pay a single penny so I could buy a car!!!Worse customer service ever worse company ever!!!NIGHTMARE!!!!DO NOT GET AAA OR AUTO INSURANCE EVEN BY ACCIDENT NOR HOME INSURANCE!!!

Fantastic experience: Went this morning to this location for the first time and was the best customer service I’ve had ANYWHERE in years! Lady at reception promptly greeted me with a glowing smile as soon as I walked in the door and was super friendly every moment I was there. It is so nice to interact with someone that exudes such positive vibes! She repeatedly thanked me for my 28 years of membership, which made me feel like a very valued customer. And I was in and out of there with everything I needed in just a few minutes. Made my day……
Negative experience: There commutation is terrible it’s been 3days and they. Still haven’t delivered my car I’ve called numerous times and been put on hold just to not have an answer , and they were supposed to deliver my car today as well Still hasn’t happened this process is very frustrating especially during this season they need to do better
Negative experience: False advertising. Went in before it expired. she had to take my social to get a quote. (Sheri R) I did my part. They claimed the system wasn’t working that day. Never got a response about the gift card. Some lady that wasn’t even helping me was pestering the ins agent to make sure I had proof like what.. there was only one accommodating person at the front desk. An older white male, he was nice. Everyone else acted stuck up like they weren’t the company that advertised a freebie. And I have a AAA account. …and still I didn’t get the gift card offer over a month later
Positive experience: This AAA location is closest to my house. But I haven't been here before today. I want to say I like it but not quite. It's busier than the one in Memorial area.
Fantastic experience: On yesterday October 24th I received the help from Rob Robertson AAA amazing worker polite committed and obviously dedicated to his work and his craft he got me home safely and to add he was sick and not feeling well working in the heat and committed to getting myself and my family home safely so Rob Robertson if you're out there and if you get this message you are an ideal employee please give this guy a raise lol and a life time gas card
Negative experience: Rude and unprofessional staff, not recommending, Agent (Sheri) is always away from her desk and voice mail says if you need help call her boss which never ever pick up the phone, I am wondering with this level of unprofessionalism why this branch is not closed yet. Freak show at this location.

Negative experience: Everytime I call triple A for a tow it takes hours even in life or death situations I’m in the middle of the road for 2 hours waiting on a tow. And to make matters worse he passed me right up TWICE!
Fantastic experience: A driver pressed for time on a time sensitive delivery had 2 hours to make it from Kingwood Texas 77339 to Houston 77007 had a blow out on a pothole bending his tire rim. He informed dispatch of the situation then call Triple A and at everyone's astonishment the tire replacement change was done within 45 minutes of the call . A miracle we thought, for the staff member of Triple A said 'I was just up the street '. The delivery made it on time with ample time to spare and the best use of $92.00 per year to be a member of Triple A without getting your hands dirty with the stress of changing a tire ..
Negative experience: Two months before my car insurance policy expired they instead of 98 dollars for basic liability it suddenly changed to 260 dollars....all because I had a minor accident and the person that hit me said he received injuries which was a lie ....and of course my word wasn't good enough....I told them to f ....themselves...scam artist ain't nothing u can about it....people in third rated crackhouses without running water have more dignity 260 for a piece of useless paper please

Fantastic experience: Very quick and helpful experience getting my IDP. I walked in and in total it was not even 10-15 minutes since I had the application filled out and the photos. So happy this place made it so easy.

Negative experience: I've been waiting on a tow for going on 5 hours and they're still not here. I will never renew any membership from these people. There are other companies that offer the same coverage with more convenience.
Negative experience: Took my passport photo here twice and both photos failed and delayed my passport renewal for my trip. It’s $8 and cheaper than most places but not worth the stress and hassle of passport renewal application failing.
Negative experience: The operators were nice, but the service I needed (towing) never came.
Negative experience: The worst agency ever!! Do not waste your time. I just called to get help how insurance work with rental cars, and they just dropping off phone. Ridiculous

Negative experience: If I can put a zero or minus I would definitely put a zero minus store. A lady. Her name is Sheri Roham here at the center. She is so negative and she doesn’t want to help people and she wants to push people out of the center. She even told me to hush while I was trying to let her manager know that she is not speaking the truth.She definitely does not want to do her job and she also falsifies information to her manager as well. Unless she is removed and is changed. I definitely do not recommend anybody coming here. I guess if you come after 3 pm you won’t be helped by that person especially for your auto policies.
Negative experience: Don’t even think about getting your Amazon packages delivered here. Closes early, staff is too unprofessional and rude. Not coming here ever again.
Negative experience: Been trying to call for a few days with NO ONE answering. Just keeps telling me to wait on hold on a robot prompt. I wanted to speak with a person and the fact I couldn’t do that makes me regret being a member. Trying to call this branch is a joke and the company should rethink having it if it’s not going to even do it’s basic “duties” as a brick and mortar business to answer a phone call. Hell I will work there if all I have to do is not answer the phones all day. What a joke
Fantastic experience: This is the second time I am here for an international drivers license. Each time the service has been impeccable. Professional and fast, with a friendly smile. Great one-stop-shop, as they also take the pictures here. Just bring your DL and CC. I can highly recommend!
Negative experience: James Bailey. Run if you hear that name. Granted I didn’t have my id so there’s my fault but little man had problems in his day that he brought with him. He need to find a job in construction or maybe a job that doesn’t involve you using your mouth. I have had better customer interactions at that restaurant that yells profanities at you when you order. At least they still get the job done at the end. James Bailey couldn’t even figure out the negative and positive on the battery. Find a better career James Bailey. This ain’t cutting it for you

Positive experience: We went to get our membership yesterday we bought a travel book not cheap, we needed a USA map and we made a mistake and bought a Texas map (next day) today we went to get it exchanged but they said all purchases are final WOW A BOOK and can’t be a little nicer we were going to pay more for the new book anyway. But the more bad feeling was the guy that I guess manager so blunt and cold.

Negative experience: 2 hour wait for roadside assistance. Condescending wrecker driver who ask my son don't you know how to change a tire. " I would be funny if you didn't know how to change a tire". Made up a excuse she couldn't change a tire because wheels require a lug key in which wasn't true. My tires don't use lug keys. I've been a member 13 years. It will be my last. Had problems the previous year.

Negative experience: Paid my bill 2 days early, but because it was on autopsy they took put again leaving my bank overdrawn. Proceeded to take 6 days to give me a refund and refused to pay for the overdrawn fees. Never have had a company punish me for paying a bill early and never had a company proceed with an auto pay when the balance was 0. Their excuse was I paid it too soon to the due date so it didn't process my payment therefore took it twice. Dereally screwed me and wasn't able to buy groceries or anything for a week. Very bad customer service.
Negative experience: 2nd time I've called for a driver and no one showed up. Called to check on the reason why and no one answer's for a long time. I had to walk. All I needed was a battery charge.
Fantastic experience: The first time visit. I forgot to ask her name but the front desk lady was very friendly and I enjoyed getting service from her! :) I was able to creat my international driving license in a matter of 10 mins. Great and swift service! I’ll definitely utilize this facility again if I’m going to another country next year! :) Come get yours also Cheers

Negative experience: This is a review of my experience with AAA Auto Insurance rather than this specific office. I have been a member of AAA for over 39 years and I have never purchased their auto insurance because of its very high price. A recent experience with that insurance as a claimant has me wondering if I should even continue my AAA membership at the next renewal. My car was recently damaged by a person who was at fault and has AAA AUTO INSURANCE. The body shop that repaired the damage on their client’s claim did a good job. But the rental car experience was a NIGHTMARE. I asked that AAA AUTO INSURANCE & ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR provide a rental car similar in size to my vehicle due to vehicle egress difficulties related to a disability. AAA AUTO INSURANCE would only approve a SMALLER VEHICLE (unless I paid out-of-pocket for a larger vehicle) even though the rental agency had an available vehicle that was a newer year of the same model (size) vehicle of mine that was damaged by their client and I have rental car coverage on my own insurance. I have made due with the rental but the rental experience was another NIGHTMARE with ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR. My experience with both AAA AUTO INSURANCE and ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR leaves me with the sad reality that both of these companies have NO RESPECT for disabled customers and NO RESPECT for the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA 1990). I called the ENTERPRISE location almost a week before taking my car in to the body shop after a rental was approved by the AAA AUTO INSURANCE claim representative and explained the disability situation and tried to arrange getting a rental delivered to the body shop where I was dropping my car. That received a basic “not my problem” reaction and statement I would have to be picked up at the body shop and taken to the ENTERPRISE office. When an ENTERPRISE employee arrived at the body shop to pick me up, he was in an even smaller can that the actual rental I received. It was a Mitsubishi Mirage which is one of the 10 smallest cars in America (also learned online it’s the lowest rated of those 10). But the size of the vehicle was the problem and I was unable to get my injured leg in the passenger front seat so I had to slide into the back seat (back against one door and foot jammed against the other door) and even then it was difficult and stressed my injuries to get the door in the back closed by the employee so I had to ride to ENTERPRISE sideways in the backseat with NO SEATBELT. I guess the ENTERPRISE treatment saved them some mileage on the rental car as for the next 2.5 days I was homebound due to extreme discomfort in my left knee and foot. I certainly won’t patronize these companies, but I’ll have to hope and pray I’m never hit by someone using AAA AUTO INSURANCE where I might have to use ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR.
Negative experience: Yea don’t use this company unless you want to lose your money or overpay for insurance and then they charge you for a member card for shi**y insurance. All around I do not recommend. Do your research on this company first even if it’s a last resort.
Negative experience: I locked myself out the house and called AAA for help they said I would have to pay $100. The first company they contacted declined the work. After 2 hours they said somebody would be here in 30 minutes. After 3 hours and after nobody showed up, I called a locksmith who came in 10 minutes and was done in 5 minutes, and he only charged me $90.

Positive experience: I've been with aaa for over 10 years and every year the roadside goes up and you have the same benefits 4 tows a year now you would think a sister could get an extra tow for the 40 extra dollars... benefits will not increase but payment will..
Negative experience: First time coming here with a company car and I'm NEVER coming back. I also don't recommend anybody to come here. I called and asked a question. Showed up in person and the customer service representative at the front desk. Gave me an attitude. I ask the same question I ask over the phone. Only to verify that I was at the correct place. She respond "Didn't you ask that question over the phone". She also seem as if she hated her job. Seemed lifeless and angry. As if she was angry to even be working. Unfortunately Poor customers service skills. If the representative doesn't like her job. She should most definitely give somebody else the opportunity to work there who is willing to have great customer service skills and welcome customers.

Fantastic experience: I got a flat as soon as I got to the zoo and because I could not find the lock to change the tire i needed a tow. Everyone I spoke to worked greatly together communicating. They got the job done in less time expected. My children and I were prioritized and that alone helped a great deal. It was my first time ever calling AAA and I'm very content to have them available. Thank you ALL for a job well done!!!

Fantastic experience: Registration renewal to purchase my windshield sticker. You need a debit card to pay. The service was very fast with no waiting. I only wish DPS would allow inspection stations to replace the windshield sticker at the time of inspection, like it was in the past!

Fantastic experience: Honestly I have a motorcycle and insurance with state farm. State farm does not help with road side assistance or car rentals if you have a motorcycle. AAA gladly will help you with both and much more for 7 dollars a monthly. I reccomend them to anyone.

My car would not start this morning I called AAA they came out and replaced my battery, put air in my tires, and help me change my odometer from kilometers to miles. Just when I thought I didn't need them anymore I always do.
