Fantastic experience: We had a great experience and start to our cruise vacation. The driver was on time, very professional and pleasant, and a safe and courteous driver. He was well prepared with all of the addresses for the three pickups (5 people) loaded into his GPS. We got to NY and our cruise ship sooner than we expected and safely. Negative experience: Tried to cancel shuttle ride within 24 hours of booking. I called the office to explain the reason for the cancellation and they still refused to work with me. I understand you have policies, but working with a local customer to fix a simple problem would want me to recommend Wisla. Now, when I fly out or anyone I know...I strongly recommend another company. Too bad greed got in the way.

Negative experience: The WORST experience ever!! Those people DON'T care about their customers, - what they care is money only. My mom arrived at JFK at 2:20 pm, now is 7pm and they didn't pick her up yet. Also, they just hang up on me. I would give ZERO stars for their service if I could! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

Negative experience: We bought a tour to Niagara Falls with Wisla Express and we cannot recommend this company. It wasn't well organised at all. Totally not worth it considering the price.: 1. You get no confirmation e-mail or anything that would leave a trace that you had a reservation. If something went wrong they could just tell you to kiss their a**. 2. Couch bus was old (from like 1990s) and dirty. The guide said that toilet at the back is emptied before every tour, but it's not true. Lady that sat near the end said that it stinks. Company probably cuts the costs and cleans it every second tour. The guide said that toilet is present, but we should rather use restrooms during our stops (so that there is s**t overflowing at the end of second day.. - not his exact words, but you get what I mean). Like come on, really? TV screens are present but those are also from 1990s - small and bulky CRT screens (remember those old TVs?). Two of them were not working. There are no power outlets to connect laptop or other device. At least there were USB ports to charge your phone. 3. Website states that tour starts at 6.00-6.30 AM, but bus driver was over 30 minutes late and we left after 7 AM. 4. You get only the general idea what you will see, there is no time schedule on their website. 5. You have to ASK for hotel address, just in case someting happens and you get lost before the bus leaves. 6. Now the hotel - it looks OK, but only because it was renovated/refreshed. It's the first time EVER that we have seen shower to be repainted from the inside!! And the paint was peeling off the shower wall in some spots!! At least beds were decent. 7. Continental breakfast? Seriously? I haven't seen such limited choice in any place before. Not mentioning the quality of food. 8. Now the Niagara itself - I don't know what tickets they had, but come on.. If you want to go to Aquarium or Discovery Center, then you have to buy the tickets yourself. Go and find Discover Pass, it's what Wisla offers and even more for just 46$!! Wisla, you cheapskates... Shame on you. 9. There was no tour guide flag or wristbands... Whatever to keep it easier for the whole group to stick together/find each other. So my advise to you is to remember faces of your tourmates, so that you won't get lost. On the positive side - the guide and driver were ok and funny, did the job well (except for being late!!). So.. next time I would plan my trip on my own and much cheaper (buy Discovery Pass and find hotel online). The only positive thing was that we had a ride directly to Niagara Falls. Except for that - tour with Wisla Express wasn't worth it.

Positive experience: Their service is good. The lady in the office should be a little bit more customer oriented... She tried to teach me a lesson about my obligations with company policy reading... Wasn’t a big deal... Other then that they are fine. Will use their service again

Fantastic experience: Used wisla to travel from CT to jfk in a real bad weather but reached much ahead of time and safely. Really impressed with our driver Andrew, he was kind and made sure everyone was comfortable. Helped everyone with their bags and very courteous. I am happy with the service and will surely travel with them when need arises.
