Fantastic experience: I was a bit nervous if they’ll show but everyone was very helpful and professional and efficient. I have a morning flight and the driver showed up on time at my place, kept communicating with me till they showed up and made me reach the airport in my correct terminal on time. The receptionist at the office too was always very helpful whenever I called. I’m very greatful because an uber would have cost me three times more.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give 10 stars. My airline (Etihad flight departing on Sunday 1:40PM) delayed the flight by 24 hours with a weird reason (problem with a crew member) and informed me on Sunday early morning at 1AM. Monika helped me book Wisla service for 6AM (my luck wisla office is closed on Sunday); still I thought of leaving a voicemail with my situation (around 3AM) and surprisingly I received response (around 5:30AM on Sunday) and conformation that Wisla will book/reschedule the shuttle for next day for free. I loved the understanding and compassionate response from Wisla agent. I would highly recommend Wisla and would definitely+only be using their service.

Negative experience: Save your money!!! This agency charged my parents $220 more than what I found online price for the same flight and airline. When I called to see why their price is so much and what they can do, Martyna said there is nothing they can do. I asked for the owner to call me and did not hear from him/her. Disappointed!!!

Fantastic experience: Years ago my parents and I used Wisla to book our tickets to Poland and also to get transportation to and from JFK. This year, I used Wisla again, to get transportation to JFK, just one way this time. And the process couldn't be easier. I called and made my reservation. The friendly lady who helped me took down all the info, flight number, day, time, credit card payment etc. Soon after I received an email confirming everything. Several days prior to our departure I received a call letting me know what time to be in Nrw Britain. The driver showed up on time, took our luggage, and we made it to the airport without incident. There were only 5 of us in the van. It was quiet and comfortable. The driver helped us with our baggage at the terminal. 2nd time I used Wisla and I will use them again. Friendly. Safe. Reliable. That's my experience.

Negative experience: Not sure about the rest of your service but after what I just experienced from one of your drivers on I-95 I'm unlikely to ever do business here. Weaving in and out, aggressively tailgating, and dangerous driving.

Negative experience: I hate to even give one star but I have no choice. I booked the shuttle service to pick up my parents from the airport. Their flight was delayed and woman on the phone told me they don’t have a driver for the new pick up time. Not only that, they kept my money and simply said “no refunds”. NEVER USE WISLA UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY.

Fantastic experience: Wisla Express was an all-round great service. I was looking for a more cost effective way of travelling from Hartford to JFK, April 2022. My partner and I had previously got a taxi from JFK to Port Authority Bus Terminal NYC and hopped on a Peter Pan bus to Hartford. This worked out around $160 for 2 PAX (taxi, gratuity + bus), uncomfortable bus journey, traffic delays and overall longer journey. We wanted something direct to avoid unnecessary stops. The most common pricing for private car was between $300-$400 for 2 PAX and 3 bags. Wisla quoted me $200 per person for round trip, however I only needed one way, and it worked out $240 for 2 PAX. TLDR: Wisla is a super handy service, good price point and will definitely use again. Breakdown of my experience: I filled out a form online about 4 days before pick up, with my details and was contacted the following day via email. They booked me into a slot for pick up at 3pm, well ahead of my schedule, I needed to be in the airport for 6pm for transatlantic flight. There was some back and forth via email to clarify and confirm details, an easy experience if you have the time and/or if in a foreign country to your phone provider, have the credit. I received a phone call confirming pick up time 24hrs in advance, and on the day received a text from the driver, with a location and ETA. He arrived at the house, in a 9 seater hatchback white van, and put our bags in the back. There were 6 people in total in the van, so we had plenty of room to be comfortable, though I can imagine it may get tight if the van was full. The ride lasted just a little over 2hrs, and the driver Al who was super friendly mentioned that if we needed to stop halfway to just let him know. If you suffer from motion sickness, you’ll find out the hard way that CT roads are much smoother than NY state roads. Being sensitive to motion sickness I found that the driver was constantly pushing on and off the accelerator and braking quite quickly so the ride was unnecessarily jerky. (This could be a US automatic car thing, I’m used E.U. manual cars) Cons: 1. Online form doesn’t give you the option to select one way trip. This adds unnecessary admin work, if back and forth emails. 2. I was asked to send card details for payment via email. (I did so with a virtual disposal card, but not the most secure way to make payment) Solution would be to create an online payment portal for booking and paying. An advance in technology would lead to more sales and less admin work, overall better business. 3. Ride was jerky, not ideal for anyone who suffers from motion sickness. Pros: 1. Got me from door to airport, on time and in the most competitive price possible. What’s not to like? Overall, I’ll be recommending Wisla Express to my friends and family, that need airport shuttles.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible. Employees themselves do not follow company policy yet enforces customer's to strictly adhere to theirs. Manager and worker at the phone are absolutely a nightmare to talk to. Driver was friendly. People at the office and the driver do not seem to have good communication, as affirmed by the driver. Have given this place a 2nd chance this time, but absolutely regretting it and will never use it again. Don't waste your money here.

Negative experience: I literally sat at JFK in tears because of this company. Summary: I took this one way from JFK to my home in Northern CT. The shuttle was far later (1.5 hours) than promised, and the driver spent the entire drive on his phone, either taking personal calls or using his phone in his hand (which, is illegal in both CT and NY). I tried to address this with the company, and received limited responses despite 4 attempt to reach them. The response I did receive was full of excuses - sure, traffic can happen, but they knew my flight schedule ahead, and should plan accordingly (else, why ask?). I landed in JFK at 230p, and arrived home at 10:15p; this trip should have only been 4 hours, at most. Details: I landed at JFK at 2:30p, called at 3:09p and was given a time of 4:45p, which was fine because this was in the promised 2 hour window. At 4:46p, I was called by Wisla and notified that the driver was running late, and would not arrive until 5:30p. This was outside of the window, and being both exhausted and at the airport for 3 hours by that point, I was not happy. At 5:30p, I went to passenger pickup B at T4 as instructed and waited. At 5:45p, there was still no shuttle. I called, and the person I spoke with informed me to look for the shuttle by description; when I indicated if definitely was not there, they would contact the driver. At 5:55p, I still had no update, and called again. Someone answered, and when I started to explain what I was looking for, they hung up the call and did not answer my immediate return calls. I called again at 6:05p for another update. I was finally told that the driver was at other terminals, and would be there shortly. The driver arrived at 6:30p. an hour and 45 minutes after the initial promised time, and an hour and 20 minutes outside the promised window. After travelling from a 6a international flight, I was extremely unhappy with the service at this point. During the drive home, the driver spent most of his time on the phone, either scrolling through messages or taking personal calls. While I do not mind if a driver does not engage with passengers, I do not condone unsafe driving. Moreover, the use of a handheld device while driving in Connecticut is illegal. If the driver is expected to use the phone for a GPS feature, I would expect that is is mounted on a dashboard, not in the driver's lap or hands at any point. I did not address this directly with the driver because I did not trust the driver, needed to get home, and did not want to be left with an even worse or incomplete trip home. In summary, my problems were: 1. The shuttle was not within the 2 hour promised window. 2. The shuttle was later than the time promised. 3. I had to seek updates several times. 4. The driving with not safe. I contacted the company via email on 07 Jan 2020, detailing the above, requesting a refund of the service, and received no response. I contacted the company again on 09 Jan 2020 asking for a written response on confirmation of my first message. The company replied on 10 Jan 2020, confirming the timeline I indicated was correct, and cited traffic and other passengers as the reason the shuttle was late. Instead of accepting my request for refund, they offered a future complimentary service. The use of the handheld device while driving was not addressed. I responded on 13 Jan 2020 reiterating my initial request for a refund, citing that the handheld device use made me too uncomfortable to ever use the service again. I additionally indicated the poor service and the frequency which I fly to and from JFK also meant this was not a viable solution, which is why I had requested the refund. On 16 Jan 2020, I still had not received a response from the company, and asked for a response to my previous message.

Negative experience: I live in Rocky Hill, I wanted a shuttle service which would come and pick me from my house and drop to JFK and vice-versa. My flight was at 10:00 am and I have to be at airport at least by 7:30. I was dropped at airport 9:15. Some how I made it to my flight. When I came back , landed at 8 and came out of airport at 9 and called Wisla guys for my shuttle and they told me I have to wait there until 11:50. WORST SERVICE NEVER TRY THIS SERVICE SCAMMERS

Negative experience: I made a reservation on the 07/29, for pick up on 9/2 at 4pm. We were waiting to be up from 4pm and was not pick up until 6:05pm. I kept calling wasle left several messages because they would not pick up my calls. Customer service was very poor, instead of apology I was told I should have should have scheduled a private car if I wanted to be pick up right away. I was not told that their was a two hour waite time until when I called and said my husband and I were waiting to be pick ip. I will not used this service anymore.

Positive experience: Great service between CT and JFK.last year our return flight got delayed by 3 days due to bad weather in NY. contacted Wisla from Dubai and got our taxi service 3 days later from JFK to Hartford at a late hour too. Yesterday Wisla picked up up our guests from WEST Hartfird. As soon as they got off they realized their phone got left the van, but the driver had already taken off. called Wisla who got the driver to go back and deliver the phone. Driver led us to fear for our lives during the entire ride due to his completely reckless driving, and company lies about when to expect your ride and where you will be stopping and when you will be arriving home. Fantastic experience: I Used Wisla Express in October to take me to and from JFK. The driver was very polite both way and even helped me carry my bags into my front porch. The driver was kind to stop for coffee and a bathroom break on the way to the airport. I would highly recommend Wisla for any driving needs to the Airport, it was safe fast and convent. I was promptly informed about the ride, arrival time and Al Davis, who drove me to JFK, also reminded if I had all my belongings such as phone, wallet, passport etc. Ride was smooth and we reached in time. Negative experience: Tried to cancel shuttle ride within 24 hours of booking. I called the office to explain the reason for the cancellation and they still refused to work with me. I understand you have policies, but working with a local customer to fix a simple problem would want me to recommend Wisla. Now, when I fly out or anyone I know...I strongly recommend another company. Too bad greed got in the way.

My mom arrived at JFK at 2:20 pm, now is 7pm and they didn't pick her up yet. Also, they just hang up on me. I would give ZERO stars for their service if I could! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

Negative experience: We bought a tour to Niagara Falls with Wisla Express and we cannot recommend this company. It wasn't well organised at all. Totally not worth it considering the price.: 1. You get no confirmation e-mail or anything that would leave a trace that you had a reservation. If something went wrong they could just tell you to kiss their a**. 2. Couch bus was old (from like 1990s) and dirty. The guide said that toilet at the back is emptied before every tour, but it's not true. Lady that sat near the end said that it stinks. Company probably cuts the costs and cleans it every second tour. The guide said that toilet is present, but we should rather use restrooms during our stops (so that there is s**t overflowing at the end of second day.. - not his exact words, but you get what I mean). Like come on, really? TV screens are present but those are also from 1990s - small and bulky CRT screens (remember those old TVs?). Two of them were not working. There are no power outlets to connect laptop or other device. At least there were USB ports to charge your phone. 3. Website states that tour starts at 6.00-6.30 AM, but bus driver was over 30 minutes late and we left after 7 AM. 4. You get only the general idea what you will see, there is no time schedule on their website. 5. You have to ASK for hotel address, just in case someting happens and you get lost before the bus leaves. 6. Now the hotel - it looks OK, but only because it was renovated/refreshed. It's the first time EVER that we have seen shower to be repainted from the inside!! And the paint was peeling off the shower wall in some spots!! At least beds were decent. 7. Continental breakfast? Seriously? I haven't seen such limited choice in any place before. Not mentioning the quality of food. 8. Now the Niagara itself - I don't know what tickets they had, but come on.. If you want to go to Aquarium or Discovery Center, then you have to buy the tickets yourself. Go and find Discover Pass, it's what Wisla offers and even more for just 46$!! Wisla, you cheapskates... Shame on you. 9. There was no tour guide flag or wristbands... Whatever to keep it easier for the whole group to stick together/find each other. So my advise to you is to remember faces of your tourmates, so that you won't get lost. On the positive side - the guide and driver were ok and funny, did the job well (except for being late!!). So.. next time I would plan my trip on my own and much cheaper (buy Discovery Pass and find hotel online). The only positive thing was that we had a ride directly to Niagara Falls. Except for that - tour with Wisla Express wasn't worth it.
