Negative experience: I wish I could give him 0 stars. This company is a complete scam. They stole over $15,000 from us and lied repeatedly throughout the process. We booked a trip for five people in July 2023, trusting them to handle everything professionally. Instead, they gave us tickets with 7-hour layovers, bus tickets instead of the promised train tickets, and wrong trip dates! When we tried to address these issues with their agent, Jawaad Billo, he ignored our calls and messages for days. Once we finally got in touch, he kept making excuses and assuring us he would fix it, all while stringing us along to stop us from reporting him. We even filed a dispute with our bank, but Jawaad pressured us into dropping the claim, promising a refund. That was another lie. We only recovered $2,477.60 out of the $15,380 we paid, and he continues to make excuses and false promises. This company has countless similar complaints on their Google reviews—it's clear they prey on customers with deceptive practices. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Haram Tours & Travels. They are liars and thieves who will take your money and leave you with nothing but stress and frustration. Ruined my Umrah plans DO NOT BOOK!!!

Fantastic experience: I recently had the privilege of traveling with Haram Tours for my journey to Makkah and Madinah, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I booked my trip, their customer service was exceptional. I was provided with clear and detailed information, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Mr. Billo delivered on all the promises he made and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Every single arrangement was taken care from the cars being provided, train tickets, 5 star hotels close to the Haram, and ziyarat in both locations. If you’re planning a trip to Makkah and Madinah, I highly recommend Haram Tours!

Negative experience: DO NOT USE HARAM TOURS FOR HAJJ. Alhamdulillah completed our Hajj this year. From what I gather, Haram Tours does well coordinating Umrah for independent type travelers. I do not recommend their services for Hajj. It is an entirely different beast and requires a more hands-on approach; which is not what we got from Mr. Billoo and his employees. Briefly, the challenges we faced were -Zero prior communication about logistics and how to do steps of Hajj. -No consistent guide and/or imam. Mr. Billoo said he’d be there with us, and we only briefly glimpsed him one time to sort out a luggage issue. -Extremely little guidance throughout steps of Hajj. -Inconsistent communication/ being lied to about day-to-day logistics. -Being lied to that we would go with a group of 40 people. Instead it was 7 of us, no communication between us, and we were at times merged with random other groups or left completely alone. -Being lied to that we would have full transportation. When we were with a bigger group, we’d join their busses. Otherwise Mr. Billoo did not hire a bus to transport us when it was just 7 of us. There were times we were abandoned on our own to pay exorbitant amounts for taxis from mina to the haram and back. Yes, Hajj is challenging and we expect our reward from Allah. However, Mr. Billoo charged us way too much for what he gave us, and wronged us many times. I write this review solely to speak out against injustice, and that it may save someone else from using his services.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Javad was very helpful, always available, and accommodating. He made our Umrah trip during Ramadan seamless and a trip we will cherish for the rest of our lives. All of his staff are very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Salamz and duas for this company and especially Abdul Qadir Transport in Medina and Mecca who was excellent!! Always helpful and catered to our needs for transport.

Fantastic experience: It was great to work with Haram tours on our Umrah journey end of December 2023. From start to finish, they were accomodating. We were a big family and Mr. Javad guided us through the whole process. He was kind and listened to concerns my sister had when she went with the same group 5-6 years ago. I would say our flights could have been better planned to get jummah’s in both Makkah and Madinah and minimize stays. Overall the logistics were great. The guides, Brother Abdul Qadir in Madinah and Brother Ajmal in Makkah were very humble and kind. The communication through whatsapp was great, logistics to and from places amazing, and overall accomodations the best. I would travel with them again.

Negative experience: Please do not book with them. There is no group leading you on your Umrah. You land alone, and do your Umrah all on your own. There is no guidance or help once you get there. They are not at all relaible. Plus they are dishonest about the charges.

Negative experience: Pros: Great on ground transportation team, roomy vehicles, hassle free local travel between Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah, very knowledgeable and helpful ziyarah team. Cons: Overall negative booking experience. Customer service was severely lacking. Prepare to be put on frequent holds with long wait times. Many times you will feel that they are doing you a huge favor by providing you their "services". They put in the wrong passenger details for one of my family member's airline booking even after copies of IDs were provided. They eventually corrected the booking but blamed me for providing incorrect spellings over the phone. They screwed up the dates on one of the hotels provided and had to rebook us into a different, more expensive hotel. Upon checking in, we were given a room with fewer beds than were promised. They were also not helpful when dealing with one of the local airlines carriers that we were booked on. Changes needed to be made on the booking and since this agency had initiated the booking, I was at their mercy but they refused to help us out in any way even after multiple attempts were made to reach out to them.

Fantastic experience: If I could give them 10 stars I would. Haram did a great job for your tours for Umrah and Turkey from 10/4-14 2023z Umrah- everything was set up and ready to go, hotels were wonderful. Food is great. Local coordinator- Abdul Qadir was soo amazing. Sending us notes and driver information and was so responsive. All the drivers were great, knowledge and quick to respond Note- if given the choice do Mecca first and then Madinah. Looking back I would have booked this part differently. Turkey- local guides were amazing. Coordiantor was great! The hotel is amazing and so close to everything. Note- I wish the local itinerary included additional information like length of tours, additional modes of transport- my elderly parents couldn’t keep up with the walking. Had I known, I would have arranged transportation to some of the sites. Also the flight from Saudi to Turkey- left like we wasted 2 days, should have done an earlier flight to get there earlier or later to check in to the hotel on time. So check your flights between cities.

Negative experience: They kept promising things that they never followed through. Before the trip, they were supposed to issue the ticket which they didn't and had not I not caught it we would have missed the whole thing. During the trip, they were extremely disorganized and we had to go track them down to find out what time the buses would pick us up the next day instead of them announcing it to us

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience completing Umrah with Haram tours. I had not a worry on my mind, as they were there for everything you needed. Food, transportation, tours and hotel accommodations were taken care of. The staff was super wonderful and friendly. I wish to experience traveling with them again!

Fantastic experience: Assalamo alaikum brother! We had such an amazing experience from hotels to ground transportation everyone we encountered were exceptionally polite and knowledgeable. We were party of 12 people and we all loved the stay at Movenpick in Makkah also Zamzam Pullman in Medina both hotels were amazing also the breakfast were amazing. The ground transportation manager brother Abdul Qadir was always in touch with us to coordinate the rides. He was amazing. All the drivers that came were also wonderful. Of course there were few hiccups but that was not their fault. This was our second time traveling with Haram travel and Mr. Jawad Billoo did a great job putting together our package. We will continue to do business with his company. Everything they put together was amazing. There were also few issues but they were resolved. Once again thank you all for making our trip amazing. We will definitely recommend Haram travel and his crew.

Fantastic experience: We took our trip to KSA for Umrah (Dec 01 - 09). Haram Tours, they arranged our trip so well, we did really enjoy. We did not face any problems any issue, Haram Tours managed flights/hotels/ground transportation etc. they put us in 2 excellent hotels ( Madinah & Makkah) were cool. Breakfast were so so outstanding & free all those days. Fantastic experience: Pleasantly surprised at the level of communication once on the ground both in Mecca and Madinah. Abdul Qadir our main contact person was on top of it making sure we knew exactly who and when the driver will come to pick us up. Jawad the one man army in California isn’t by himself after all , he has an excellent group of people working in Arabia. We had an emergency and Jawad was there for us. Strongly recommend this travel company. Appreciate the complimentary dates and musalahs as well.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service. I went for umrah alone and their service of transportation was the best through out my journey. The best hotels were picked for me very close to haram both in madinah & makkah. Fantastic experience: The entire system for Hajj and Umrah is run like a very well oiled machine, I was kind of nervous being living in NYC area and booking from a company which operates out of California. Jawad Billoo is man of word, whatever was promised was delivered (except it wasn't Ford Taurus) . Their local coordinators ensured both at Mecca and Madinah about our transportation needs. The drivers who took us for Ziyarat were very knowledgeable and were more of a tour guide..

Fantastic experience: It was a great pleasure to visit Makka and Madina You people have done a great job except there was a confusion about the driver Nabeel who was supposed to take us from Makka to Medina and end up getting different driver however Nabeel gave us tour to ziarets in Madina which in my opinion was a shorter due to what I understand he Screw up some one else by not showing up to that person. Hopefully I don’t have to see Nabeel anymore

Fantastic experience: We would highly recommend Haram tours & Travels for Umrah and ziyarats at Madinah and Makkah. They placed us in the best hotels, very close to Haram, wonderful coordination and a team consisting of professional and easy to work with staff. Prices are reasonable, although we never researched any further after the initial talk with brother Javad. He was efficient and quick! They made sure that we had a comfortable trip, listened to our requirements and arranged good internal travel with cordial cab drivers etc. We highly recommend them and InshaAllah, go with them again for our next Umrah tour.

Positive experience: Overall, my family and I were very appreciative of the company in actualizing our Umrah trip. positives: We worked with Naved uncle at Haram Tours & Travels to establish our tour initially the day after the lock down happened in March 2020. Our trip was cancelled the day or two before our flights were scheduled for. Over the next two years, Naved uncle stayed in touch diligently to postpone our trip multiple times until we could actually go in January 2022. We were given all the information we needed prior to arrival in Saudi Arabia regarding apps we need to download, where we need to register our vaccination status, etc. We were placed in hotels that were in prime locations and our family of five were given a schedule of transportation in which kind drivers in clean, nice cars would take us and share their knowledge where applicable. We also really enjoyed the tours that were offered both in Madinah and Makkah. In each city we were able to often drive by (since many sites were closed or off limits due to covid) and for some actually stop at for about a total of 3 hours of touring in each city (5 to 9 or so sites depending on the city and time). The drivers shared much history and facts as we were driven around. challenges: We understood that due to the pandemic there were many delays, though we noticed that other agencies were able to get trips established sooner. We also were not informed of a small hiccup - when we were driven from Madinah to Makkah, upon our arrival to our hotel in Makkah we learned that the hotel was shut down a day before due to some electrical issues. We were told we could not be there. It took the driver and I a few minutes to learn from the tour agency that we were moved due to the circumstances. We ultimately ended up in a hotel in the clock tower which was a far better location though it would have been helpful to have been informed prior to arriving in Makkah. Also, due to the change, there was a dispute over 3,000 SR which I still do not know if it was resolved (not sure it was the agency but rather it was the previous hotel's responsibility). Though this dispute did prevent us from leaving on time for our flight back home a little bit. Lastly, after postponing the trip for nearly two years, we ended up paying the agency almost two thousand additional dollars for flight/hotel/package changes than the total we paid back in early 2020. Not necessarily a fault of their own (change costs, inflation, supply/demand shortage price hikes, etc.) but it was still $2000 more for our family to pay out of pocket.

Fantastic experience: Good customer service.

Negative experience: This is the worst travel agency that I have ever encountered. After booking they ask for the money right away and made false promises. The agent took way too much money for our Umrah trip and lied about the transportation. The bus we got was old, seats broken, DIRTY, filthy, and smelled like cigarettes. The hotel in Medinah was disgusting 1 rate would be a slap doesn't he face. Staff at the hotel was the only best part where they made us feel welcomed but the hotel bathroom was so disgusting and filthy. I was begging God to just bring us home. This agency took way too much money for us to feel like beggars living in a tent. Shame on these Muslims for lying NEVER AGAIN.

Fantastic experience: Alhamdolilah.This was my first ever trip to Masjid Al-Haram. The agency was quick to give me a seat on Saudia Airlines and book a hotel room for me at a reasonable price. The Travel Coordinator, Br.AbdulQadir, went 150% above and beyond to make sure that I was up to date on how to register for the local apps and have my driver's ready to and from Makkah. He was kind, caring and had excellent response time. He also answered extraneous questions. Only minor point was keeping tabs on the brothers at the main office for my visa/hotel and facilitation contacts.

Negative experience: Horrible travel agency. Poor to none communication. I feel like I got jipped my money. The brother billo said we will get sim cards when we get to saudi which was false we did not. He waited until last min to book everything and had audacity to blame it on covid. Theres thousands of ppl in umrah and they said their travel agency was super efficient and on time. We paid extra for a star resort I jeddah but had to cancel because billo tried to book to so late which he apologized for later. Never got a refund but added days to our stay at makkah but still it is not equivalent to how much we paid for the stay in jeddah. This was my 3rd umrah with haram tours and honestly every time there was a problem with. I will definitely never ever use this travel agency.

Fantastic experience: I am very grateful to Haram Tours for making our Umrah a wonderful experience as always. I would like to thank everyone who was involved in making it happen for us without a problem. The hotels in Mecca and Madina were clean, breakfast was excellent and service was great. Special care was taken for sanitization and everyone wore masks. Transportation arrangements were perfect. Abdul Qader arranged the drivers who transported us from Airport to hotels, Madina to Mecca and Mecca to Jeddah. Drivers were courteous, on time and cars were clean. and our drive was comfortable. The drivers communicated with us and we knew exactly when they were coming and where we would be picked up and dropped off. Haram Tours took away all anxiety of travelling and made it an enjoyable experience. I will highly recommend Haram Tours to anyone who is planning to go for Umrah. Thank you once again.

Negative experience: I had the worst experience ever with this company. Don't trust them, and don't book with them I had the worst service, very bad attitude . go with other companies don't go with them. Javad is a liar and very rude with dealing with customers he's nice when you first talk to him but when you need something he tries to overpower you. stay away from them..

I just reserved my 3rd Umrah journey this week with Javad, he and his team have been exemplary in their communications and updates, I have traveled a handful of times to Hajj & Umrah but I really enjoy the freedom provided by Haram Tours of not being constrained to a large group, I love the flexibility of customizable Itinerary with the same accommodations and Amenities of any overpriced group. I would definitely recommend to anyone that wants a value added service.

Fantastic experience: When I have decided to take the pilgrims trip from USA to Macce I didnt know it would be possible for me because the decition was made quickly just before the holiday season. My situation wasn't clear, I had a very busy work schedule. In any way I wanted to go and pray at the holy lands.. I called many agencies in New York and such in California but I was eather missing the group or the dates. I was late and non of people I talked didnt think is possible to be arranged in the next few days. And also it seemed very dificult I was just by my self! When I called the Haram Tours, Mr Ceval took my phone call and he said, "Do not worry sister, I'll take care!", he understood! He asked for couple hours to work the case and immidietly emailed the possible packages for me to check. We had one more quick conversation on the phone he unswer all of my questions. In the next day I found my self I have air ticket ready, hotels reserved and visa done that quickly. Unbelievably I was able to fly just 3 days later after finding Haram Tours thanks to Mr Ceval, I cant appreciate him enough! He is highly proffecional, carring and very kind person, his agency is very orginized. My flight was booked with perfect direct flight to Dubai, connected to Madina City with minimal wait time.. A private driver took me to the Movenpick hotel. This hotel is directly connected to the Haram-Mosque pray area. The hotel is very clean and served perfect breakfasts, rich and fresh open buffet is all included into your price. The receptionists and all other people at the hotel are very kind. As soon I arrived I had a lead-man Abdul Qadir, the Haram Tours Madina's agent followed each of my needs knowing I arrived alone. They were very sensitive to this matter and wanted to make sure I perform my pilgrims as required, at each time at each place I had a lead. This way the rest of my trip was arranged very carefully, I visited all historical mosque and holy places. They have the what's up phone system, they are with you any time regardless of day or night. Each driver arrived and followed in time with such respect. . After 4 days in Madina I traveled to Mecca with a private driver again by making the "intention" in the way to Mecca. The hotel in Mecca, at Movenpick I stayed another 4 nights and once more all people around me were pure "kindnes". I thank you also Mr Adnan the driver in Mecca, is a great guide with a perfect english. I started this trip alone but wasn't alone at all. The pilgrims experience for me was very delightfull and easy because of great people like, Mr Ceval and Mr Qadir and the rest in Saudi Arabia I met are people with Faith and are Good Muslims. Shukran to Allah(CC) for this trip!! My tears didnt stop for the whole time during the visit, because I was able to visit Sevgili Peygamberimiz, Muhhamed(SAV), with His "Ummet" together! Fantastic experience: We just came back from Umrah and I have to say my experience with Haram Tours has been a very beautiful one! I worked with brother Javad Billoo from start to finish and whatever we agreed upon, was delivered. He gave us a great deal for our umrah package and even a few of our friends that joined last minute were able to get a reasonable deal. The communication between their transportation company in Mecca and Medina was fantastic. I got a text message via Whats App the day before letting me know what time our group will be picked up and the name and phone number of the person that will pick us up. Thank You brother Abdul Quadir for arranging that! You did an amazing job! Brother Johar Watania drove us from Medina to Mecca. He is such a good man who was kind and knowledgeable. We felt so comfortable with him like he was our family. My friends and family also wanted to perform umrah bedel for family members that passed away. MaShaAllah we did 16 umrah bedel’s. I am so thankful for having the opportunity to meet brother Waseem Danish who was so professional and personable. He together with his friends completed the umrah bedel’s and texted me pictures with the names of our loved ones which I was able to share with my family in the US and Bosnia. Kudos to Haram tours specially Javed bhai who provided all the the support for Umrah visa, accommodation and mazarat of holy sites. He clarified all my queries related to umrah travel. Negative experience: I used Haram Tours for Hajj in 2019. My experience was very bad with this company . This was my first time to do Hajj and I needed someone to help and guide me through different stages of Hajj. I was under the impression that a guide was going to be with us all the time , but unfortunately that was not true. I did not get any help from anybody and we were basically alone. Haram Tours booked the flight and provided transportation to different places and that was it. I definitely will never use them again especially for Hajj and umra and I will never recommend them for anybody else .

Positive experience: Thanks for providing the service for me and my wife's Hajj travel this year. The service provided by your agency met all our expectations. Hotels, Mina Camp, Arafat Camp, and the Muzdalifa stay were well organized. The cost of the package was also reasonable. I will recommend my friends and relatives (as I did this year) to choose your agency in the future. I have only one suggestion to make this otherwise fabulous journey even better for future Hajjies. If possible, provide the travel itinerary and Hajj visas earlier than you did this year. Many other Hajj agencies provided this service much earlier than late July.

From the first phone call I initiated to book my trip to the last part of my landing at JFK Airport every thing went smooth as promised and scheduled. when I first emailed Haram Tour and requested some information I got a phone call from Brother Javad and got all the information I needed clearly over the phone and in an email. Fantastic experience: AssalamoAlaykom, I did enjoy Hajj and Haram Tour people were very helpful. Things that I may improve the journey of Hajj: 1) Prayer in Mina as a group. We, women, were confused. We didn't know what to do because we stand up to pray with you then we couldn't hear anything. I wished that the microphone was working properly, so we could pray with men group. 2) My personal suggestion. It would be better to give the sleeping bag in the bus instead of giving them in the tent. That will give you power to control it. 3) After the night of Muzdalifah, it needs to be more organized. A lot of people were sick and couldn't stand in the crowed. I was one of them. I was very patient. I didn't see the ambulance near by in case there is an emergency. 4) Over all, I was pleased with Haram Tours.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best experience I’ve had with any hajj group. Alhumdullillah I been to hajj multiple times and the way haram tours executed everything was just very impressive. I haven’t ever seen the level of professionalism in any tour group as I’ve seen in haram tours. They had employees stationed in the lobby of every hotel we were in 24/7 if we had any questions or concerns through out our stay in Mecca and madinah. Following are a few of the things haram tours had done while I was in Mecca.. I fell ill in Arafat and they arranged an ambulance to come get me to take me to the hospital, get checked out by the doctor and come back to my tent. I was really sick in Mina and needed to go back to the hotel in Mecca so one of the employees at haram tours pushed me a good 20-30 min on a wheel chair to get access to a taxi.. no money asked whatsoever! I really don’t like recommending anyone because I don’t want to be held responsible if anything goes wrong but I would recommend haram tours with my eyes closed to anyone! Your really don’t know what your missing out on if you don’t chose haram tours for your hajj travels. May Allah swt reward them with the best in duniya and in the Akhira.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience with Haram Tours and Travels during my and my wife's first Hajj in the year 2019. They provided hotels as advertised - Leader Al-Muna Kareem Hotel in Madinah and Swissotel in Makkah - which were both very close to Haram (less than 5 min walk from the gates of Haram). Both very good hotels with very good food as part of their breakfast and dinner buffet. Haram Tours had 3 Imams (religious scholars) in the group, although they were lesser than what we were told before but it wasn't an issue as all 3 Imams/sheikhs were easily accessible whenever we had any questions. They were with us in the camps in Mina, Arafat and Muzadalifah. During our stay in Madina and Makkah Hotels, they were accessible via phone and were very responsive whenever we had questions. Haram tours also arranged for Q&A sessions with them in Madinah and Makkah. Apart from the Imams, Haram Tour's ground staff and organizers (including Br Jawad, Hamza, Shehzad, etc) were also with us all the time during Hajj. They provided guidance and answers to our questions. We could see their genuine efforts and work round the clock for smooth execution of our travel. Arrangements in Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah were good. Tents in Mina and Arafat were decently air-conditioned. In Muzdalifa, they provided us sleeping-bags. They provided transport between Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifa. Food was served 3 times daily. Food was delayed in Mina couple of times, but that was due to delay from the Mutawif office (as we were told). Haram Tours made sure we atleast had snacks and fruits when food was delayed. Few people in Mina were complaining of no transport being provided from Mina to Makkah and back to Mina on the 10th and 11th DhulHijjah. But, this was already communicated by Haram Tours way back in the Webinar that was arranged before our departure for Hajj as well as during the Q&A sessions in Madinah and Makkah. Transport from Mina to Makkah was provided on the last day of Hajj as promised. Few things like - delayed food in Mina couple of times as mentioned before, and power failure for few minutes in Arafat, delay in commute due to traffic were all beyond their control. On the other hand, things that didn't work as promised were: 1. Saudi Phone was not provided as promised (they said they will refund me for the amount paid towards the phone). 2. WhatsApp Group was said to be created for communications, but was not due to 'technical issues'. It didn't impact us much as all communication from Haram Tours were posted on Hotel Room's door while in hotel and during stay in Mina/Arafat/Muzfalifah they directly communicated via speaker system. 3. As also mentioned previously, they mentioned 7 Imams will be part of their group but we actually had 3 Imams. Again, no big deal - as all three of them were with us during Hajj and were easily accessible to answer any questions. Moreover, there were lot of HaramTour's staff members who had answers to logistical and administrative queries. Recommendation for Haram Tours: They can improve on communication in US during Hajj Visa processing. There was a time when they wouldn't respond as quickly as they usually do due to being busy. They should have a dedicated staff to answer questions on phone/email during their busiest time of the year. Overall very good experience. I would recommend anyone planning to go for Hajj and inshaAllah if we are given another chance for Hajj and/or Umrah will not hesitate to chose Haram Tours again. P.S. Some advise to future Hajjis: Some people may also complain in the reviews about the arrangements in Mina and conditions of the tents, etc. If you set the expectations right, you wouldn't have any issue. Be prepared for lot of walking as all North American Camps in Mina are 45-50 minutes away from the Jamarat (stoning area). Also, please do your own education too on Hajj Manasik before leaving for Hajj. If you totally depend on Imams during Hajj, there is very little they can do to teach you every aspects about this important pillar of Islam in a short period of time.

Fantastic experience: Service was beyond my expectations. I almost paid $8, 400 from a different group with the same service before coming across Haram, but paid less. Allah made it possible to answer my call to perform Hajj with the help of Haram Tours and Travel at a price I never thought of. May Almighty Allah continue to bless them to continue the good work they are already doing. I’ll definitely continue to use them for all my future travels. Negative experience: I spoke with Mr. Naved Mirza. He is very rude and arrogant. He lied to us regarding our travel plan. My family and I received very poor customer service. I would not recommend buy Hajj Package with them. We are also going to place a complaint to Better Business Bureau.

Positive experience: I have done hajj this year with haram and jawad bhai and his team help us to complete the hajj alhamdulillah, food was good with the economy package which we have selected, our hotel was a little far so we have to arrange transportation for the days public transportation was stopped by police , if you want to avoid that then you can select package where hotels are near by Haram. I recommend anyone, if they want to go with haram for economy or higher package.

I would highly recognize Mr. Javed Billoo, 5 young gentlemen (I believe they are all from Bangladesh) who resides in Saudi Arabia but assist HTT during Hajj and Umrah seasons. (Mohammad, 2 brothers one named Mazhar and 3 more). Always ready to help with smile on their faces. With the permission and help from Mazhar’s bosses in Arabic language and organization. Mazhar went with us all the way to Jamarat walked in heat to help us find my husbands cell phone. He knew Arabic. Very pleasant personality. Negative experience: I wish Jaram travel and tours learn something from Gate 1 travels , during entire hajj time there was no communication in mina, hajjis were left there on . There was no transport provided for mecca on 10th jilhaj , consequently women children and elderly had to walk almost 20 -25 miles and dehydrated themselves , many women cried that night and some left without competing Arkan , I really do not recommend this travel group, more over there was epidemic of flu in camps which I guess has never been reported , sorry I had night mare experience

Fantastic experience: It was a great hajj experience with Haram tours in 2019. My dealing was with Javed billo and he was totally upfront and clear with everything. I went with my parents and I can see that the package was one of the best and most economical in market. We were given better services than what we expected. Residence in Madinah was a 5 star hotel. Which was excellent. Residence in Mecca was a 4 star hotel which was great too but almost 1.5 miles away from Haram. But they had very good shuttle service in Mecca. Mina camps were great. Food, cleanliness, cold drinks, juice and water availability was in abundance in mina. Plus arafat had really great ac tents and food was great too. The only problem that we all felt was no strong scholarly guidance besides that everything else was on point. May Allah reward you guys for taking such a good care of all the hajis. Oh and also we were given complementary prayer mats and box of dates too by haram tours. I would definitely recommend Haram tours for hajj and umrah.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to share a couple of my thoughts from my last UMRAH trip. My religious knowledge is very limited but I am a strong believer of business that adheres to islamic principals will be successful. Some of the western value systems have also adopted these principals from whatever source. The travel agency reflects the same level of ethics, commitment and consumer oriented service. The trip was hectic but we had an overall good experience for all of our travel, accommodations and transportation experiences. I am not sure if its just my experience or others from US (with weaker immune systems) have the same problem. The food served by the restaurants in the hotel is easy on the digestive system as opposed to the food from malls and restaurants that may cause stomach infections. I would like to suggest that perhaps include diner in your packages in addition to the breakfast. Additionally putting 5 people in a quad is not a problem from accommodations perspective but its a hassle in terms of meals included at the hotel restaurants. The transportation coordination was perfect, the communication was timely and above all the commitments were met as promised. I appreciate the personal connection that folks at the travel agency were able to make with me in our short interactions.
