Negative experience: This is for Cubamax in West Palm Beach. Don't go to this place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. AIXA has the worst attitude in this company. Very bad service. Lack of respect for her clients when she gets angry. And she says obscene things when she doesn't like something. On Wednesday I was calling the office since 10 am to send a box, no one answered, and I decided to go after work. I arrived after 3 and Aixa told me that I couldn't send the box because it was until 3. In a terrible manner and using bad words she told me to leave the office and go look for another office because according to Aixa there are many offices that send packages. I do not recommend dealing with her because she only does what suits her. There have been several times I have dealt with her, and it's always bad manner and bad service as if it were her home, and this is a business. I prefer to go and attend to anyone and wait for hours rather than having to talk to Aixa. Because of her, that agency is losing clients and money. Do whatever you have to do, but the best thing is to get rid of her. I'm leaving this for future clients to be aware.

Negative experience: I will never get a flight ticket from them . Reason one they changed my flight without my permission and without ask . My flight was supposed to be at 6am and then change for 5pm .Now it’s at 8pm. This is ridiculous . Never again

From the moment you walk through the door, get ready to be treated poorly, and as if that’s not enough, they tell you that if you don’t like it, then why are you here! It feels like I went to an office in Cuba that is underdeveloped.

Negative experience: If you are not from Cuba, do not come to this place! I went with a friend who is the same age as my husband 3 years ago, they helped him fill out the citizenship application. Today when we went to the office, we went to ask how the process of making the citizenship application was. The first thing the lady who helped us asked was what country my friend was from. I told her she is from Honduras. She went to talk to the owner and said that at this moment, they are only processing citizenship applications for residents of Cuba. I couldn't believe that racism still existed! I do not recommend this business. They should conduct an investigation because I am sure that in this country, it is illegal to deny service based on someone's nationality.

After it was supposed to arrive, they tell you that there is no fuel to make the deliveries, they don't care about the harm to the customer and their relatives, there's no compensation for the shipments that don't arrive, it's a complete disaster.

Negative experience: I HAVE A SHIPMENT OF MORE THAN 3 BOXES FOR MORE THAN 2 MONTHS AND IT DOES NOT SHOW UP

Negative experience: Terrible service, my work permit was denied due to Maritza's negligence in filling out my form incorrectly. When I went back to complain, Maritza was unable to assist me, and after waiting for over 30 minutes without attention, the girl at the first desk said to me: 'What do you want, dude?' I explained what happened with my work permit, and she told me that it was all in vain and that I better wait for my residency. There is way too much misinformation because at another place they explained to me what Maritza did wrong; I applied as I should have, and thank God it is already on its way. The worst part is the loss of time, something so precious in this country.

Negative experience: Terrible service, it feels like you're still in Cuba because of the bad treatment they give. You arrive at the place and they don't even greet you or say good morning, not to mention the gossip that goes on there. They treat you as if they were doing you a favor.

Negative experience: They told us that the good charters weren't available until mid-November, and that's a lie because I got them for Miami and they are available for the date you need. They wanted to charge more than necessary, scoundrels.

Since I arrived, the girl sitting at the first table didn’t greet me or show the slightest bit of manners — she asked me what I was going to do? I told her a translation of a birth certificate into English, she asked a lady named Maritza and the woman said she didn’t know because she had too much work,,, lack of ethics and education, no professionalism, they act like they live in Cuba,,, I wish they would close all these agencies that have agreements with the Cuban government due to the lack of education of the staff. If I could give zero stars,,, they work as if they live in Cuba.

Negative experience: I made a shipment of miscellaneous items and medicines that my family needs in Cuba since December 20 and it has still not been delivered. In the office, I was told that they would deliver within 10-20 days. Today I was trying to talk to the Consumer Service Department to follow up on the complaint I made last week about this situation and after 45 minutes I gave up as no one answers the phone. Why do they commit to providing a service that they do not fulfill?? They are not doing me a favor; I am paying for a service (which is not cheap $15 per pound). How long does my family have to wait???

Negative experience: My wife and I went to the agency in Hialeah to send a package to Cuba. We waited in line for 3.5 hours, that was 25 days ago and the package is still in the warehouses in Hialeah. They say they have delays but they charge $15 a pound, that's a premium price. Oh, and without notifying you of the delay, you don't even have a way to use a tracking number.

Let me share a bit of my case: I sent my passport for processing 10 months ago and these people didn't have the decency to call me to inform me that there were problems with my name until 5 months later, and I had to call and chase them the entire time. On top of that, they charged really high for a service they are not providing. How is it that I pay them for the service of renewing my passport and the least they do is ensure that it gets to me??
