Fantastic experience: Good service here, a full lounge at this time but the staff working really hard. Liked the food, drinks for free plus alcoholic drinks. Cute Prosecco small bottles, worth priority pass lounge.

Negative experience: I called looking for information and the person who answered thinks she is an ambassador with a terrible attitude at the location on 75th St and Roosevelt. They left me waiting and then hung up on me. Today’s date, Nov 13, 2023, at 8:30 AM, I called another location and they answered well.

Negative experience: This place at 79-08 Roosevelt is not very responsive when my mother has been trying to speak to someone and literally waiting over 20 minutes. The lady on the line told her they were busy but that is no excuse to leave someone waiting. (Called 3x) That to me is certainly not professional. So my mom decided to go to the agency in person and get help which took about 5 minutes. Don’t understand why these employees let you wait for a long time for something so simple. This is the last time my mom does business with them after 8yrs. Waste of time and money!

Negative experience: Un agente vendedor de esta agencia es lo peor ,mal educada con pesimo servicio al cliente ,,,alli compro usualmente mis vuelos y las 3 veces que he ido ella esta alli la primera vez ella me atendio y esa vez se puso a chatear en su telefono y con una atencion hacia mi persona muy pobre con respuestas cortas y nada explicativas ,la segunda vez para rematar se puso a maquillar y al mismo tiempo a atenderme a mi ,,,es lamentable que estos empleados den un mal aspecto a esta historica agencia .Ojala tomen cartas en el asunto.

Aparte está la opción de comida de boletos aéreos y paquetes turísticos a casi todo el mundo, ahora en envío de paquetería si no es el mejor por sus precios pero si talvez de los más amplios y seguros.

Años atras esta oficina era muy buena ahora el personal que tienen especialmente en el area de tiquetes aereos es realmente lento creo que esta fue mi ultima vez que compré tiquetes en esta oficina y lastimosamente no los recomendaré mas.
