I had a flat tire on the side of the road and waited for 3.5 hrs for a tow truck with my family and then called back when the 3.5 hrs was almost up and told me I had to wait another 3 hrs. Granted at that point it will be 1:30am and I first called them at 7:45pm when I got my flat. Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous, the worst service and customer service i ever experienced. When I kept calling to express my frustration and need for an emergency tow truck they couldn’t care less. They didn’t even seemed concerned or gave a crap about my situation. Do not get AAA membership. Sad this is how they treat a customer of 30 plus years with them.

Fantastic experience: I read mixed reviews for the AAA, but recently I just went to this location since its super close where I work. i have to get my passport photo done and since we are AAA members we get it for FREE! To be honest this was my first time being inside the AAA and it was very interesting inside. They have a receptionist and I was greeted when I entered their office. She was very friendly and helpful. She asked me for my AAA which I have but I think she can still look you up without your card but I guess it will just be easier. I told her I needed to get a photo for my passport, she then asked me to follow her and on the corner she took my picture with their professional camera. After that I waited for maybe 5 minutes and I got my photo! It was such a delightful experience. The inside was huge and very clean. they have a lot of brochure for traveling and they actually have a pretty competitive rates for their savings and other products which I didn't know they even offer.

I was told that the tow job had been denied by multiple perspectives and that I’d get a call from the rep when a driver picks up the job. It’s now 1:33am and I am still sitting here waiting for a tow truck. AAA has to be the worst at getting service out to you. This isn’t the first time they have been inefficient in doing their job for me.

Negative experience: We put in a roadside request after our car got stuck in some wet grass out front of a friends house. We waited for 3 hours and when I finally called back in AAA said they couldn’t reach the tow truck and at 9pm there was nothing they could really do. I put a new request the next day at 3pm and again waited for over 3 hours. When I called in this time, they said the truck accepted but then declined the order and no one was coming again. Finally on the 3 rd day we just contacted a tow directly and paid out of pocket. It was resolved within an hour when handling directly. AAA service is a complete waste of money just to be left stranded when you actually need them. Don’t waste your time or money with them.

Negative experience: Had to wait over 13 hours for road assistance, tried to complain at the website, re routed to the local page, no place to complain, tried to leave a email for the manager, it is blocked. horrible experience, they are not what they used to be. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love my triple A membership, it's so worth having. Every person that has came out to me has been super nice and quick and my one and only complaint is the wait time, it take a good hour to get help... but the help has been accurate, courteous, and just good people. I do have the platinum card and will keep it renewed.

Negative experience: I have been waiting since 12 pm to get a tow. It’s 9:00 at night I haven’t been able to reach anyone on the phone. I’ve had no information as to why this is taking this long. I reserved the tow at 9am this morning and the ETA has changed multiple times absolutely the worse. This is the first and last time I will continue this membership service.

Negative experience: I ordered for a tow truck made me wait 4 1/2 hours to tell me that they don’t have any tow trucks available for me to ask a whole different towing company to come help me don’t waste your time and money waiting on the phone to help you they’re really slow and don’t care about you also don’t get me started with the app it’s poorly designed you signed up and try to check for the eta it doesn’t tell you so you have to call them and wait 4 hours
