Fantastic experience: Matthieu Widner (MR1) provided 5 star service today! He expertly assisted me with passport photos that I need for my International Driver Permit application. He also helped me with a snag I was experiencing with the online form. Thanks to Matthieu's help, I was able to successfully submit the form. He was very professional and courteous!

Negative experience: We've been waiting for 6 hours and have not received any assistance..is this how you treat your customers..we have a small child and we've made multiple calls and all we get is trying to locate a tow company. This is unexceptable. We've paid our dues and we should receive the service we paid for immediately not 6 12 or 24 hours. We are stranded and AAA is a specific service that's suppose to fix this when called. People If I were you I would save your money, they do not deliver what they promise and they take your money.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR ASSISTANCE EVER!!!!! If I could give less than one star, I certainly would! We called them at 4:30 to come and change a tire for us. We also told them the tire was on a 15,000 pound fifth wheel. The man they sent out said he didn’t have the right equipment to change our tire stating they do that sort of thing all the time to him. He supposably called to tell them the situation and then told us someone would be getting back to us. After five phone calls and getting the run around from a different person each time we called, they FINALLY showed up at 1:30 A.M.!!!!!!! AAA is expensive and this kind of service is unacceptable at best!!!!!

Negative experience: Went to this location for international driver's permit they told me to go get passport size photos went out of my way to get them came back and they said they were not able to take me because they were about to close I was in there 30 minutes before they closed and the guy that was there was being very rude would never come back to this particular location ever horrible service and horrible time management!

Negative experience: Be very leery of using insurance agents out of this office. I recently had an experience with them where I called to cancel a Progressive policy that they had written for us, was very clear on the phone withe them, however they ended up cancelling our AAA South policy for two other vehicles instead!!! When brought to their attention they seemed very nonchalent about the entire episode and didn't seem to care that this was their fault and that now we could not drive either car until it was resolved. Resolution ended up taking them several days and again, very few people on their end seemed like they even cared. Very poor customer service from the agents at this facility. Be extremely detail-oriented and diligent when you speak with them. They obviously don't hire the brightest people and their customer service follow-up on issues that are clearly their fault is poor at best.

Negative experience: Worst office of AAA I have ever visited for assistance! One of there travel agents were so rude and seemed to have poor knowledge of travel. Lacked customer service skills and I even doubt she has traveled much herself. She basically lied to me and stated that if I had been given any travel brochures in the past to go home and read them,; then to come back to her. I went to your Venice office and the agent was outstanding and knowledgeable, she provided me everything I requested which the Bradenton office stated they couldn’t. I would recommend members to don’t waste their time going to the Manatee Avenue office and go to the Venice office! !

Negative experience: Been a AAA MEMER SINCE 1980 AND for the most part been satisfied up until a day ago when my car died in a shopping center. Called AAA at 9:30am and was told no one could come out until 3pm. That is unacceptable. I found people to help Jumpstart my car and got it to a station for a new battery within 1 hour. Plus it's all automated when you call no live person which is not good if stranded in a remote area. Not very happy about this experience.

Negative experience: THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, BUT AAA WILL NOT RESPOND TO YOUR CALLS OR HELP YOU WITH THE AUTO PROBLEMS. WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR @ 1 AND 1/2 DAYS FOR A TOW (GOSPEL) DELAY AFTER DELAY 10 23 23. FINALLY, WE HAVE TO CALL AN INDEPENDENT TOW CO. THEY CAME OUT IN @ 1 HOUR. IF YOU NEED A RELIABLE TOW, TEXT ME OR GO TO GOOGLE.

The people there were very helpful and honestly went out of their way to help. Theirs was a much better process than some of the other places I have been to.

Then received a follow up phone call to check and make sure everything was taken care of. I have been with AAA since 2001 and a customer for car insurance since 2004.

Negative experience: This branch has the Worst travel agents Lost a $1900 flight because she spelled my name wrong so it cost me $5400 Booked prenights for a tour in a hotel that was non refundable but she forgot to tell me they can change hotels which they did She didn’t offer any suggestions, advise or guidance not even an apology for the mistake she made on my flight They tried to make it sound like it was my fault - I could have done a better job on my own she did nothing she sat there and waited for us to tell her what to do - will never return to this branch again

I hope the owner is not involved in this fiasco and can take some action regarding the widespread incompetence in this branch. When requesting help from AAA, ask for help from St. Petersburg not Bradenton.

Negative experience: I thought AAA was a great business but there Bradenton location offers the worst customer service. Last year and this year I called to review my policy. It took them over a week for them to get back to me. And that is only after I called them back. Recently called to make a reservation for a car rental and hotels. That was five days ago. This is so totally not acceptable. We are past Covid now there is no excuse!!! I am a member and is seriously thinking of not renewing..

Negative experience: Roadside assistance NEVER came, just called hours later to say they couldn't come. I pay for 3 memberships in excess of $400. a year and got no tow. Called the office the next day and got the menu computer and redirection to another menu, NO HELP!!

Negative experience: Do not call this agency....you will get a national answering service that will attempt to sell you a AAA membership. If you get an agent they may not be licensed in Florida so you will get bounced around and cut off. Complete waste of time.

That was one time the next time I called him I never heard back from him so I went to AAA and they said oh they are having difficulty locating finding people to service AAA and they're going to try to start their own AAA service in this area of Bradenton Sarasota I've had him for 35 years and this is a worst

Negative experience: Triple A picked up my vehicle and was supposed to tow it to my mechanics shop. My vehicle went missing for 12 hours. They gave me the run around when I was trying to find it. They want as far as lying and saying it was delivered with the keys. They finally delivered it. They didn't even apologize.

Today is Monday - 5 days later no response to a request for help with a policy. Had to call again only to find out she is the manager - I give 5 stars for the rest of the people there and in the past but she certainly doesn't return calls or emails.
