Negative experience: BE AWARE, THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. That's their POLICY. Doesn't matter how much you've paid them, doesn't matter how far out your cancelled trip is... they do not give refunds, unless you pay for CFAR insurance, which is not cheap. Please go read all the angry reviews on Yelp and BBB.org. I find it predatory practice, let alone for service described by others. My only option is to eat the money I've already paid them or reinstate the trip, the location of which was recently impacted by a natural disaster. First and last time I ever use an agency like this for future travel plans.

Fantastic experience: BRT is such a pleasure to work with! They make my job as an educator so much easier by handing all of the little details of traveling so that I can focus on teaching the students. Accommodations, tickets, transportation, performance opportunities, tour directors--it's all top-notch. Every person from BRT that I have interacted with has been fully invested in making sure our trips are a success. We have participated many times in the Bob Rogers Travel Thanksgiving Parade of Bands in Disney World, and it remains a favorite event for our students, parents and staff. I can't recommend that event highly enough. We are already planning our return!

Negative experience: I wish I could give zero stars. You can't get a hold of a human being when an issue occurs. Not via phone. Not via their website chat line. And, when you text, you STILL can't get a human being to interact with you. Just chat bots. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service.

Negative experience: No phone support. They want lots of money paid for the trip but are difficult to communicate with and have no phone number to call. Tried to get some questions answered and they are as vague as possible. The do respond within a day usually but come on, if I am paying almost 5 grand to you people perhaps you should learn how to provide proper customer service. Then they want to steal 4 percent fees any time you pay with cards. They can't take cash and won't take checks unless you pay in full. Crooks. Another problem is we initially were told had to register by December 16th then had to pay deposits by 23rd of December but thier system allowed no payments and showed a message that payments would open on December 23rd. Just checked today to see how to turn on thier donation feature and it is not on thier page and now it shows payment is due by the 23rd again. Get your act together with your site

Fantastic experience: BRT is an absolutely fantastic travel agency. As a high school choir director, I will never use another agency. They specialize in travel for school performing ensembles. Fantastic experience: I teach chorus and travel yearly with my students. We just finished our first trip with Bob Rogers and had the BEST experience! I worked closely with Terri Jo Fox and Kim Hatcher. They were both incredibly personable and professional. They worked hard to make every aspect of our trip seamless. I have traveled for years with many companies and feel that I am officially a loyal Bob Rogers person now. I would also like to highlight the convenience of the Bob Rogers Travel App that you have access to on your trip. Students and chaperones join and it allows you to message everyone without exchanging phone numbers. It also allows you to put students/chaperones into groups so they can message each other there as well. My favorite part is that as the trip lead, I could see EVERY message sent, ensuring safety of everyone involved! Bob Rogers also puts together a keepsake video of photos taken on the trip. If you’re looking for someone to plan the perfect trip where you can focus on having fun while someone else handles the logistics, Bob Rogers Travel is the way to go. Our recent band trip to New Orleans was a hit, and we owe a huge thank you to Terri Jo, Kim, and Susannah for making it all happen. The itinerary was a dream mix of music, history, and good food—basically, everything you want in New Orleans without the stress of planning it yourself. We jammed to incredible live jazz at Preservation Hall, knocked down pins (and had a blast) at Rock’n’Bowl, and fueled up on delicious food at Central City BBQ. We explored the French Quarter, learned about jazz history at the New Orleans Jazz Museum, and hung out with sea creatures at the Aquarium of the Americas. To top it all off, we cruised down the Mississippi on a riverboat, which was the perfect way to soak in the views. And so much more. Everything ran smoothly—no missed reservations, no hiccups—just pure fun. Bob Rogers Travel made sure every moment was meaningful and every stop was memorable. Plus, they left us just enough time to wander around and take in New Orleans’ charm (and let’s be honest, some of us needed a moment to recover from all that BBQ). This trip was one for the books, and we couldn’t have done it without Bob Rogers Travel. If you’re planning a group trip and want it to be equal parts organized and fun, they’re the team to call. Fantastic experience: Bob Rogers Travel is top notch! We have traveled with them for 3 overseas trips to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and London. Staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. When planning the trip they always have our best interest in mind. They are also readily available in emergencies. During our most recent trip our flight leaving the U.S. was cancelled twice leaving our group of 24 trying to find flights to our destination. Positive experience: We took a 5-day trip to Nashville and Memphis, TN, with Bob Rogers, and it was a phenomenal experience. One of our tour guides was delayed due to weather, but a new replacement stepped in quickly and was great to work with. Both tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. I felt safe and I experienced no stress. It was a smooth operation all around. The only complaint is that I didn't get to spend more time at some of the destinations we went to, but I guess that's one of the drawbacks of traveling with a large group. I would highly recommend Bob Rogers. I certainly would travel with them again!

Fantastic experience: Bob Rogers Travel was amazing at organzing our high school Choir & Orchestra trip to Disney World! They helped us secure everything!! Group dinner for 100 guests, a performance on a Disney stage, 3 park days, flights, hotels, and meals. It was amazing to have an online portal for families to pay for their trip so we did not have to be responsible for student money, too. David Brachmann & Jessica Sanabria were above and beyond!! We decided we did not want to perform so we made it an exploration of the arts in Chicago trip and visited the Art Institute of Chicago, watched Mamma Mia! at the Nederlander Theater, enjoyed a performance from the Chicago Symphony, and took an architecture boat tour on the Chicago River, along with seeing the other touristy attractions Chicago has to offer. The trip was super easy to get set up and Mike was super helpful in making the changes we wanted to the normal itinerary. I never had to deal with keeping track of payments as it was all done online for the families. Any questions or concerns I had were answered immediately. The trip turned out wonderful and the kids had an amazing time! I can’t wait to schedule our next adventure with Bob Rogers Travel.

Fantastic experience: Met my rep for @bobrogerstravel at a professional conference. I needed a new travel rep because my last one didn’t deliver on several key trip components. The folks at @bobrogerstravel took care of us every step of the way, from planning, to boarding, to our detour adventure thru the mountains, and to our destination and all around the city, several unique events we requested, dietary restrictions were accommodated, ADA needs were largely met and the ONE exception they were ready and willing to rectify IMMEDIATELY. I’m genuinely happy and impressed at the level of care and customer service from the @bobrogers team—from Tom and Susan putting the trip together, the drivers they hired, and Kevin their on-site travel guide. 11/10

Negative experience: Did a band trip to Gatlinburg. The itinerary stated all meals included. Got to Dollywood and Bob Roger’s gave each 14 year old boy $15 to spend on food and drinks for the whole day calling that lunch and dinner. We had to call parents and ask for them to electronically transfer money for the kids to buy them lunch when we got INTO the park. Each stop was way longer than it should have been so we had bored kids and annoyed chaperones. They even tried to blame our school admin for the blips in the trip. Our teachers are not from here so how are they to know what we are doing? Meals were as cheap as they could find and shortcuts on costs made wherever to save Bob Roger’s money. The 5 stars have to be employees and friends of Bob Roger’s. Some really dumb decisions made about this trip. Wanted to give everyone a heads up before booking through this agency. P.S. I travel A LOT with my family and we have used many other agencies and have never experienced such terrible customer service as this one. Can’t wait to get the generic “we pride ourselves on customer service here is our 1-800 # reply” they give to everyone else on here.

Fantastic experience: I was a parent chaperone for my son's high school marching band trip to LA and Disneyland March 2024. The itinerary was fantastic, and I thought everything was logistically handled flawlessly. Shout out to our guide, Callene! She was so knowledgeable and helpful. It felt like we had another mom on the trip looking out for all of us! I really appreciated her safety reminders! I also appreciated how she spoke with chefs for group dining and the hotel, as some student had dietary considerations, including my son. Shout out to our bus drivers as well, Ed and Grant, which did a fantastic job. Overall this was a super fun trip my son and I will never forget!

Fantastic experience: Southern Coaches was recently on a tour for a school band to march in the Disney Parade. We had 3 busses. Ms Dee and Ms Hillary C Johnson were our contacts for BRT. Wonderful team. That both worked together and made our stay in Orlando very stress free. They both were always ahead of any concerns that we had. They care about every customer that is under their care. Hope to work many more times with BRT.

Fantastic experience: Wanted to come on here to specifically shout out our tour guide Steve!!!! Our high school band took a trip to Washington D.C. The itinerary was put together very well and was full of activities each day. Steve was incredibly knowledgeable about the city and fun historic facts, as well an upstanding, friendly, and respectful guy. He had great jokes, and his personal stories he shared were equally as invoking. Steve even misplaced his phone at one point throughout the trip, and kept it to himself and did not burden others to try and find it. Thanks for a great and memorable trip!!

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would. Our son’s h.s choir had a trip to Spain announced in Winter 2023 for spring break 2024. Had 1 month to sign up and deposits autopay every 6 week or so. We are 3 weeks away from leaving and no information provided to parents or school/teachers about anything. We call and email and are either told to contact the teacher (who has been emailing Bob Roger’s as well) and he knows nothing. When you call they have to call you as no way to get someone directly. Then they call you to say “the agenda is being finalized” (have heard that for months) and they did not want to “piecemea”l info. Now rumors are that there are 2 planes for the group and if you ask if you are on the same flight as your child they reply”talk to your teacher”. Something is seriously wrong with this company. They are horrible & I wonder what I paid $$$$ for. RUN RUN RUN AWAY & use anyone other than Bob Rogers!!! UPDATE- Post Trip: A few post Spain comments. This trip was advertised as the same itinerary as our band program recently took. Sites, towns, etc. So quite the surprise that for a trip that was being planned for A YEAR, that for the main site in Barcelona, La Sagrada Familia that we had no tickets reserved by Bob Rogers when we arrived. Was told that our tour director (a freelanced local who works with american companies) had to purchase tickets from the local scalpers and use who they work for as our guide at the site. While they did a decent tour not booking tickets in advance was a surprise. Same happened for The Royal Palace in Madrid. It was on the advertised agenda and finalized agenda (received 2 wks before our trip) only to have it cxld and a trip to an art museum instead (not a favorite of 50 high school kids). When in Madrid was told Royal Palace was not open due to Holy Week (we were supposed to go on a Wednesday). Imagine the surprise (not) to see people standing in line for tickets to go into the Royal Palace! Suspect it was another scalper/ not-booked in advance issue. WHY?? The final negative (although there were others) were the dinners. Besides being rushed (one night we were told we were only allowed to be there until 10pm after arriving after 8:30pm and typical slower style service, standard for europe we know), no one had any choice of what to eat. It was 3 courses with plates of food put in front of us and what we ate was whatever it was. Extra fun was a dinner which was an hour plus, that we were told we could only have either one water, or one soft drink, that's it, for the whole dinner. We asked why and was told by our tour director that that was what she received in the paperwork from Bob Rogers as our "dinner voucher" with the restaurant. The school (the client- per BRT) was surprised to hear this and we could not even buy our own extra drinks if we wanted to (per tour director there wanting to follow what BRT gave her). Insane! Did BRT mention this in the trip info or bother to show up at any trip meetings at the school- nope. And you don't even want to know about a poor student turned away at the airport because their passport while valid, only had 1 month extra post trip when it needed 3. The blame was put by BRT on the student and the family who does not travel. While we all need to take responsibility for ourselves, interesting how we had to enter our passport number, issue date and EXPIRATION date in their computer system and they did not acknowledge the potential problem. But yup all the family's fault for not reading any fine print. Way to be consultative BRT!! I know our admin was not happy with the lack of partnership when trying to resolve these problems over the phone from Spain, and hope that they consider using another company for future trips (or which they do almost every year, domestic and international).

Positive experience: Our kids recently visited NYC to march in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade (shout out: Greendale High School Marching Band!) Bob Rogers Travel handled all the details. The trip was action-packed, and the kids took in all kinds of NYC sights and activities. There was a bit of a snafu surrounding the seating for the Thanksgiving dinner. When I brought this up to the trip contact - Sarah McVeigh - she immediately acknowledged the issue, took responsibility and offered a partial refund for that portion of the trip. While we were disappointed that the dinner didn't go as we had hoped it would, I was pleased that BRT took responsibility for the issue, and did what they could to make it right after the fact. It turns out customer service isn't dead after all. Thank you Sarah!

Negative experience: Our recent five-country tour as part of the Ambassadors of Music (AOM) was a logistical nightmare. BRT contracted with Target Travel, a European travel agency who provided absolutely wonderful guides. However, the guides seemed as uninformed and as exhausted and frustrated as the rest of us from the endless delays and packed schedules. There was often bickering between guide and bus captain (which is an issue I will address with AOM not BRT), but it still made for a stressful environment and BRT should be aware. Target Travel could not control the full, unmanageable, and inflexible itinerary coordinated by BRT and AOM and any suggestions they made for relief were thwarted. Also, no one seemed to take June traffic into account in planning. Hotels were too far from city tours and performances. “Time to explore” usually meant, “barely time to use the bathroom and eat”. Meals were missed. Sleep was minimal. Communication was lacking. It would have made more sense to eliminate or make optional some of the day trips to allow more time to explore as promised or just to relax and enjoy the moment. It was not pleasant to feel so rushed for two weeks. Several of the hotels were not fit to house anyone much less a tourist who paid between $7,000 and $8,000 for the trip. Local friends and family asked why we would ever stay in such places. Luckily, there was a wonderful group of parents on the tour with whom I could commiserate and lean on. Lots of memories were made because, and only because, of fellow parent attendees. Many students were exhausted, stressed, crying and upset. A lot of that was from bus leadership but also the overall, poorly planned schedule. Going forward, the BRT/AOM advertisement should represent the end product on these tours. Don’t promise quality accommodations and then house people in sub-par environments just to increase profit. The photos depict my hotel room in Germany where the rooms were old, towels and carpet were badly stained, there was no air conditioning and the meals for special diets were not edible.

Negative experience: Our family participated in the Illinois AOM trip. This trip was marketed very well. I wish that the marketing efforts had been matched by those executing the travel plans. There were several areas that were lacking: Communications and roles between team members: BRT hired Target Travel tour guides. BRT provided staff at each destination city. IAM has staff. It was never clear who was in charge of what. Uncertain items had judgment calls made by at least one of the parties mentioned above, and often several people making differing decisions at once. Frustration among staff was evident. Plans changed constantly. There was no clear chain of command in place. Medical and allergy information: 1. In Paris, the city coordinator announced that those with allergies would need to advocate for themselves. This is absolutely inadequate. We opted into this trip specifically because we needed people to ensure we were not going to make anyone sick or ill by mistranslating an ingredient. Food at the hotel was not marked, and at group meals, it took 3 tries for me to get a meal that did not contain my allergens. I used the BRT AOM app to ask for help and it was not responded to for several days, and it was a brush-off response to a time sensitive need. 2. Also in Paris, several students were overcome by heat at a performance venue. It was evident that there was no action plan in place. Several students were hospitalized, with significant delays for the group. 3. In Rothenburg, our hotel staff (Rothenburger Hof) seemed inconvenienced by allergen menus. I watched another parent on the trip wait while everyone else ate, be offered food clearly containing her allergen twice, and finally leave in tears when they could not accommodate her. Unacceptable. 4. In Vienna, a participant experienced an allergic reaction. Staff seemed not to know what to do. Restaurant staff were either not alerted or not helpful. It was a terrifying scenario to observe. Participants did not know the local emergency numbers to call. There was NO ACTION PLAN. Group size: I understand that the basic itinerary for all tours was set up, and is repeated for each Ambassador group. This itinerary was not manageable for a group of our size. With about 450 people on 10 buses, it was not possible to get us through the itinerary as quickly as smaller groups. 1. The town of Colmar, France was mostly shut down on the Sunday we arrived, and we were unable to find food in time to get back onto the buses, let alone explore the town. 2. Our bus broke down en route to Vienna, and we were stuck at a rest area for 3 hours. I asked staff who they contacted, and who their BRT contact was, and they didn’t know. They assumed it fell to our tour guide to make new arrangements. We missed our tour of Vienna, and were only given 20 minutes to explore the city. Our guide let us know that our group was the absolute hardest he had ever managed. The logistics were simply not in place. 3. Assigning hotel rooms was a disaster. They delegated slotting people into hotels to the IAM staff to do while en route to various places. Lack of wifi service along the way had our staff scrambling, as other buses grabbed their spots while we were locked out of the spreadsheet. At times, buses split people across 3 or more properties, which only made our itinerary more unmanageable. This had a snowball effect on delays. We were always late, always short on sleep, and never able to enjoy the sites we were promised. This trip gave the strong impression that Bob Rogers Travel farmed out almost all of the work for the entire tour, and merely kept their name and logo without any sense of responsibility. We, as participants, did our very best to create an enjoyable experience, but were severely hindered by a lack of organization by the planners.

Negative experience: Very bad experience Low level of communication from the company, the company itself takes little hand in the travel, hiring a secondary company that they don’t communicate with leading to countless delays. Some busses reserved were half empty and other had so many occupants that some had to stay behind and wait. No part of the tour was ever on schedule and overall the company totally fails to deliver on its promises

Negative experience: My family of 4 arrived home from our Illinois Ambassadors of Music tour, organized by Bob Rogers Travel, 2 days ago. Prior to the trip we were given a detailed itinerary. I don’t think one day came close to meeting that schedule. Most days we arrived to destinations late and left them early. At many meal stops there was time to either eat or explore - not both. Many students were eating fast food or not eating at all. The students were terrified of being late getting back to the bus because late-comers were publicly berated on our bus and made to wear a giant clock around their neck by our bus captain. (Side note- the clock was brought to us by the Dean of Students for IAM, not BRT. Our group was managed by IAM staff teachers, who often talked down to kids and adult travelers as if we were kids in their classroom. It was insulting to students and adults. I love teachers, but BRT should have people who are experts in hospitality and customer service leading these groups, not school teachers. We had an awesome tour guide for our group, but he was overruled by our IAM bus captain. for instance, once when our guide suggested we stop for a bathroom break, our captain stated he didn’t care if everyone peed in their pants. He wasn’t going to stop because we were late.) Our 2nd night in London had us going to the theater. We were so far behind schedule that many groups ran to the theater without getting dinner. Many kids ate dinner after the show at 10 pm at McDonalds. We were behind schedule the day of the Eifel Tower. The itinerary stated we would have chance to go in the tower (didn’t happen) and staff would guide students to Rue Cler for lunch. Didn’t happen. We were also supposed to have a guided walking tour that day. Didn’t happen. Almost every night we arrived back at our hotel very late. Students were sent to their rooms, usually 3 -4 kids per room, while staff met. After the staff meeting, staff would do room checks at 11 pm or later, sometimes as late as 1:30 am. We had to be at breakfast by 6:30 most days. students and staff were exhausted. At the Paris concert, 3 kids fainted and were transported by ambulance to the hospital. It was initially assumed they overheated (prior to this day, we had no water on our buses), but I heard their diagnosis was low blood sugar (from not eating?) The hotels - The London and Paris hotels were not close to the sites we were seeing so that created delays. At the Paris hotel we were warned not to leave the hotel for our safety. Our German hotel had no a/c, no window screens, and no curtains. We didn’t turn on lights because bugs were coming in the room. In the morning we were woken up by sun and traffic noise. Online, we saw rooms were <$100 per night, and, remember, there were 3-4 kids per room. More on meals - Dinner one night in Switzerland was cheese fondue with bread and water to drink. That’s it - cheese, bread, water. Kids who tried to leave and walk back to the hotel were chased down by IAM staff. Also, many in our group had serious dietary restrictions. However, almost daily people were served food they couldn’t eat. Far from just being inconsiderate of their needs, it was extremely unsafe. Finally, since coming back 2 days ago I have heard from other parents that I met that 2 people in our group now have COVID. One required hospitalization. Neither BRT or IAM have reached out to tell this to us, although they are aware. Unbelievable. I spent years looking forward to this trip (we were supposed to go in 2020 initially) and thousands of dollars. It’s so sad how this turned out.

Negative experience: From the 3 hours in the Omaha airport trying to get checked in and on the plane to the 9 and 1/2 hours stranded at the Houston airport with no assistance and no call back from the emergency line I can say that this was the most poorly run trip my family has ever been on. For the money that it cost to go along on the Nebraska ambassadors of music trip I can say that this was one of the worst guided tours that my family has ever been on. I'm afraid I would have been better suited spending the money taking my entire six member family rather than just sending two members of my family for the cost and service. The tour was riddled with bus service that was consistently late leaving my family sitting on the curb for up to a half an hour at a time. Hours of inefficient travel inside cities from place to place and drive by tours of places that were advertised during the trip. We have been overseas in foreign countries three or four times for week-long trips or better and never have I seen this lack of participation with the group that paid to go on the trip.

Negative experience: The first three days were a dysfunctional mess. Luggage ruined and cant file a claim for damages because they failed to let baggage claim know when landing. Eating supper at 1am and catching a bus at 5am. Kids only getting 3-5 hours of sleep and not even rooming with kids from their own school.

Fantastic experience: Mike and Jamie are consummate professionals! They made the planning side of this experience as smooth as it could be. We leaned on them heavily during some parts of the process, and they were extremely attentive to our needs, and lightning fast with correspondence! We had the best tour guide we could have had--Larry Fabulous. He stayed with us during the trip, helped the logistics flow smoothly, and expertly navigated us through Disney traffic and some problems that were outside of anyone's control, all with a smile on his face. When you travel with a big group, things are bound to pop up, and we are so thankful we had him with us on this trip! Fantastic experience: The Bob Rogers team was beyond amazing for our students. From attending a parent meeting virtually at the very beginning of this process late into the night with the time change (David) - to the amazing attention to detail, paperwork support and extremely timely communications of the support staff (Jessica) - through the amazing work ethic, service, solution-finding and willingness to help in any way day or night (John and Callene), this has been the most cohesive, successful and professional travel agency I have worked with in my 23 years of teaching. Negative experience: Sold my daughter a $2000 trip to California through her school. The first day was over 15 hours to get to California because they were booked on the cheapest spirit airline flight WITH overly long connection in Las Vegas. They arrived too late to do any of the first day activities, INCLUDING dinner. This has been a huge lesson in buyer beware.

Negative experience: Horrible horrible company. DO NOT PAY FOR THE INSURANCE! They will not reimburse 1 cent. Even if you meet all the qualifications for a full refund. The only good reviews are from teachers and faculty. Also the teachers need to inform all parents that band fundraisers are misleading. They say so much and so much money pays for this and for this yet it does not go towards any of that. All the money goes directly towards the school none of it towards your child.

Fantastic experience: Bob Rogers is an amazing company! We had top notch service while in CA on a band trip with 250 students and chaperones. Celia, Candace, and Mike were absolutely amazing! They care and it shows. Our bus driver Rick (Windstar) was also top notch! We couldn't have asked for better!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience with this group for an 8th grade band bus trip to Chicago. As a passenger and chaperone, I was impressed with the agenda and ESPECIALLY our guide Joel. He is a ROCK STAR and brought so much enthusiasm and passion. He even had birthday ribbons and candles in his bag and made my day very special during the trip. He’s a gem and we had an amazing time. Thank you!!!

Negative experience: My brother’s band had a trip to San Antonio, TX this past weekend and it was planned terribly. The students expected to have a fun trip but were bored for most of it, the itinerary had them scheduled for long guided tours to teach them about the Alamo… while this is great for educational purposes, they expected to relax on this trip and not be at school. They just wanted to go swimming at the hotel but there was never any time made for it. It seemed like they planned the trip around an adult’s mentality and not the students’ interests. It cost a lot of money for my brother and our mom to pay for the trip that wasn’t enjoyable for the first 2 days because they tried to rush so many activities. The agency also had them go to SeaWorld on the last day, on a Sunday, the day that they had to make a 10 hr shuttle bus ride home. They only got 3-4 hours at SeaWorld even though they paid a full day’s price for entry and the lines for rides take up most of the time. The travel director assigned for his trip, Callene, was so rude and disrespectful. She never smiled and looked like she hated her job. She could’ve at least tried to have fun with the students. If you have a choice, don’t use this agency. They’ll overcharge you and the trip won’t even be worth it.

Negative experience: Planned a trip through this company last year to travel in January of 2022. Trip was canceled three weeks in advance and it is now April and we have gotten only about 10% of a refund. Jumping through multiple hoops to get a refund in any capacity. Travel agent has been less than helpful and was rude even before the trip cancelation.

Negative experience: spent my trip running on little to no sleep because our hotel had bed bugs and we were not allowed to go to bed until after midnight and had to wake up at 5 am. we sat on a bus for 3 hours with no food, no bathroom, and no air conditioning. spent 12 hours in disney parks every day with no energy. i was miserable the whole time.

Negative experience: The planning was fine. The app (location, pictures, etc) was wonderful. The actual travel and bus conditions were horrendous. Uncomfortable and scratchy seats, usb ports didn't work. Drivers refused to turn air conditioning on. Plus a substantial traffic accident which damaged one of the busses, and no one bothered to have the children medically evaluated despite stiff and sore necks for days. Extremely disappointed.

Positive experience: Their website is a bit simple and buggy, a bit hard to navigate. It's hard to get through to a human being on the phone and it's not immediately clear how to get quick responses. But overall they do a pretty good job with putting trips together for schools and other organizations. I'm not sure how I feel about their pricing. They need to step it up negociation wise with these airlines and destinations to get more aggressive deals.

Negative experience: This is the worst business I have ever seen. We have a band trip to disney and we have some profit for selling fruit to apply. The band teacher mailed them the check a month ago and they still are holding the money. They asked you to pay the balance anyway and threaten to cancel your trip! Don't use this business please! Let them bankrupt!

Negative experience: A bus broke down within the first 4 hours and so we had to spend another 4 hours at a rest stop. We were an hour late for our reservation and the buses were then an hour and a half late to pick us up from there. We literally spent the first 2 days sitting on a bus when we should’ve been riding rides at disney world.

Negative experience: Stay away from this company and do not conduct business with them. Unfortunately we were trapped into using them via a school trip that was cancelled by the travel agency during the pandemic. The company proceeded to keep large percentages of their client's money under the guise of having made payments to vendors that were non-refundable, but they would not provide any accounting of this information when pressed. They have also kept all of the money committed towards the other trip for my daughter who has not yet graduated stating that they will be applying this money towards providing the trip at a future date. They have effectively worked their way into giving themselves an interest free loan of a major portion of the money that was originally designated for a trip that they have not been able to provide over the course of two years.

Fantastic experience: Our music department has chosen to use Rogers Travel to plan all of our choir trips. From the communication to our directors, to the organization of our trips, we have constantly been impressed with their ability to make each of our trips the highest quality they can be for our students. They do a fantastic job of designing the trip around what you would like to accomplish with your students, and are willing to put in any extra time to make sure you are completely satisfied with every part of your trip. I highly recommend BRT for any of your future group plans to travel!

Fantastic experience: I have used other companies and even planned a few of my own small trips. Bob Rogers is the easiest to work with! They take care of all of the big and small details and make sure all you have to worry about is making music, enjoying the experiences, and creating life-long memories with your students. Working with Terri Jo Fox has been incredible because she puts so much effort and time into all her itineraries to make the best experience for you and your students. Even when things don't go as planned, Bob Rogers Travel is always there ready to help and solve any issues. I wouldn't travel with anyone else.

Fantastic experience: Bob Rodgers Travel helped me plan a trip to Spain for my dance school. I worked with Mike Wallace to put together a fabulous trip. Mike was so helpful and did all he could to make the trip just what we wanted at a price we could afford. He was a pleasure to work with and always responsive to our questions. Unfortunately, we did not get to take the trip because of Covid 19. Bob Rodgers was very professional in helping us cancel and we hope to work with them again. Their communication and efforts during what must have been a hard time for them were everything I could have hoped for.

Fantastic experience: Bob Rogers is an excellent company. I am eternally grateful for all of the hard work of our fantastic BRT team (Terri Jo, Jessica, and many more behind the scenes.) Though we were not able to travel due to the pandemic, I will always use them in the future. They go above and beyond, and are extremely professional and responsive. Their IPS system is so easy for my parents to use. I highly recommend using them for student travel.

Fantastic experience: I've been a part of multiple school trips with Bob Rogers Travel. I've never been disappointed. They've always set up highly entertaining and educational opportunities for my bands. Our last trip to Nashville was a standout. Our agent organized performances at both the Grand Ole Opry and RCA studio B! Fun for the students...and the band director! From the pre-planning, clinics, performances to the flight home...I can't say enough about Bob Rogers Travel. A+

Fantastic experience: The personalized nature of BRT's customer service and their responsiveness is unrivaled. I have been using BRT's services for domestic and international trips since 2006. During this time, BRT has taken to the time to develop and foster a strong relationship with our music department and with our school. BRT knows all of intricacies and nuances of a music ensemble tour. All of our many trips and tours with BRT have been absolutely amazing from the seamless planning to the arrival back home. Fantastic experience: Our trip got canceled due to the Pandemic and BRT worked really hard to make sure all of my students and their families got as much money back as possible. They were in constant communication and I always felt that they were working for us and doing their best to provide us the best experience during that difficult time. I will certainly be using them again.
