Fantastic experience: Good morning.. I have years with this transportation company from California to Tijuana 6 times back and nothing has ever happened to me or my daughters... the drivers are kind and some like others. The only thing in my humble opinion is that the ones from Tijuana should know and explain more to the people what to do when they arrive at the second station and from there where the new place is after San Ysidro line... that's all... because many do not know and it's their first time, etc.. and without knowing, one gets lost because everyone goes to the old place.. so it is better that they explain well the stops and where they are... the rest is all good... blessings for everyone.✨

Negative experience: If I had the option to give 0 stars, I would rate them that way; however, for their luck, I rate them 1 star so it adds something to their rating. Please, anyone who intends to request a service from this company, I recommend you refrain from that decision. We had a terrible experience, the transport conditions lacked hygiene, the departure times were not respected, it was scheduled to leave at 3 PM, we left an hour later because they were waiting for a passenger who never arrived. After this incident, about 30 minutes later, we had to divert because we were running out of gas. This resulted in not arriving on time to board my flight. I hope this criticism helps them and they improve their service.

Negative experience: I don't recommend them. I paid for a ticket to the airport through CBX, and it turns out they took me to the airport from the Tijuana side. Plus, the driver was terrible and arrogant. It's better to look for another transportation.

Negative experience: Their scheduling organization is terrible, they ask you to arrive early and make you wait a long time. They are supposed to already know how many are going to travel and at what time, but since you have to wait for someone you know or whatever, you don't leave at the time you're supposed to... but if someone arrives 15 minutes early, they tell you that the van has already left when the scheduled departure time is different, like what is that about??? Sometimes you go on time and have to leave at the time they feel like... I DO NOT RECOMMEND it if you are measuring your time, better look for other options.

Negative experience: It seems they changed management because the service is no longer the same, they take a long time to send out the vans. You call to find out what time their next departure is, they give you a time, and they leave up to 2 hours later!

Negative experience: I was told I was going to switch cars (bus) at the border to get to the airport. Wasn't told I was going to have to wait a full hour to do do. I had to cross the border and hop on a taxi so I wouldn't miss my flight and I wasn't the only one.

Negative experience: Los choferes very rude, solo por que le sugeri que deberian de desinfectar los asientos antes de cada viaje. Me dijo tantas cosas y que si no me gusta el servicio que no me subiera. En Pleno tiempo de pandemia no tienen nada de higiene, asi como se bajan las personas usan esa misma Van para subir el sifuentes viaje. la mayoria de los choferes no usan cubrebocas. Deberian dar o buscar solución y no ofender a las personas.

Negative experience: RATEROS!! (ROBBERS!!) These people are HORRIBLE in Tijuana, Mexico ! My family had arrived in Mexico and we needed to find a ride home. We were approached by a man claiming to know a BUS service that could drive us to Santa Ana. My mom trusted this man because we were in a desperate situation just trying to get home. He called another man saying there was 5 people needing a ride to Santa Ana. We were then picked in a small car by a fat darkish skinned man wearing a red hoodie on 5/7/21 and were all packed in the backseats. They said they had to drive us to their office to buy the BUS tickets. The ride was less than 10 minutes. We got to the office next to the immigrant homeless camps and the guy went to print the tickets. He told us $250 US dollars for the 5 of us. Shortly after, this man told us that we had to pay 3000$ pesos or $150 US dollars for the ride to this office. We were being drained of our money and they even added that to cross the border with a “fast pass” it would be $40 per person. My mom told them No you guys have charged us so much already and the guy lowered the price to $10 each. We were then WALKED to the border by a man with arm sleeve tattoos and this man had the nerve to say “People usually give me 200-300 pesos in tips” we told this man “You guys drained us of our money we have nothing left” and he said oh okay it’s fine like that ‍♀️ Once we got to this so called fast pass blue line we realized it was a handicapped line for people with disabilities and seniors. We were none of those so we were scared we would be sent all the way to the back of the 2 hour line after being robbed of so much money. Luckily the regular and handicapped line meshed together and we were able to slide in. Once we crossed we had to find the station. It was hard to find because we thought we were looking for buses but turns out they were a shuttle company. It was super sketchy we were scared thinking we may be being trafficked or something. I even shared my location and sent the license plate to a friend. Only one other lady got on with us and she told us that she payed $35 for a round trip! We were charged $50 each for one way! The whole way back we were scared and just watching the map. We did arrive safely but it was super wrong of them to prey on 5 women who didn’t know anything. This company is just out here to rob people well at least in Tijuana. Do not trust anyone outside of the airport.

Positive experience: He usado antes el servicio de ellos, pero nunca me habia quejado.. El jueves 18 viaje en la tarde a Tijuana, y la verdad me senti inseguro,. La van en que me fui Nesesita Frenos y mantenimiento, cada ves que frenaba en el trafico hasta se movia de lado a lado, y tambien el vidrio de enfrente quebrado y el A/C sin funcionar

Positive experience: Pagamos por que nos llevarán de Tijuana a Los ángeles, es un servicio económico a comparación de coches de plataforma sale como $30 dlls por persona. Lo malo es que es muy tardado ya que te llevan de una estacion a otra que está a 4 minutos y te hacen esperar hasta que se llene una van. Al final nos dejaron en una zona no muy segura de los ángeles, donde pedimos un uber para nuestro hotel. Si contratas esta opción asegúrate de cotizar hasta tu hotel.

Fantastic experience: Son unas vans que te pueden llevar directo al CBX o al aeropuerto en Tijuana. Lo único que hay que tomar en cuenta que por lo regular del horario anunciado sale como 1 hora tarde. Es recomendable comprar el boleto 1 día antes o el mismo día muy temprano.

Cuando llegas a comprar un boleto te ofrecen servicios desde las 4 de la manana, dicen que sus salidas son cada hora exactamente nunca te comentan que no hay reembolsos lo que ellos quieren asegurar es una venta sin cuidar a sus clientes ni su reputation. A la hora que llegas a tomar tu viaje te dicen que ese viaje ya va lleno en su totalidad que enbuna hora sale el sig pero es falso salen hasta que llena el sig carro y al final de cuentas llegas tarde a tu destino sin que Ella's se prrocupen
