Fantastic experience: Employees were great and helpful. I was in and out of my appointment with no issues!

Negative experience: Gentleman who came out tried demanding $800 cash for a simple pull out job. I don't get why I pay for their roadside assistance for them to demand $800 on Christmas Day like anybody just casually has that to spend. Went and bought tow straps myself and got pulled out by my brother. Terrible service.

Fantastic experience: Had great results for 2 trips we recently took. Venilia took care of our Canadian Rocky Mountaineer Train Trip from start to finish. Nothing was overlooked and all my questions were answered with a great deal of patience! Then we planned an auto trip to Nova Scotia and Steven was wonderful creating our triptik. He adjusted it each time I came up with a new plan and the final triptik was perfect! Highly recommend both of them!

Positive experience: Was there for a pasport photo and it took longer than I thought but not for a bad reason. A young lady trying to get a driving permit was ahead of me and she was completely unprepared. The lady at the counter patiently guided her through the process. So, if I have to wait a bit longer than i would think for an act of kindness in this rushed world I've no problem with that. Everyone there was busy and helpful and patient. Thank you for some positive vibes.

Negative experience: We were met with an employee to schedule travel activities. We had already found the activities we thought we wanted, but we were looking for guidance and assistance with booking on their TERRIBLE website. The employee was disinterested and dismissive with our questions. She continually kept trying to select a blocked out date on one of the activities we had in mind.. when we mentioned that the date was unavailable, she continued to complain that the issue was that the internet service was slow. We happened to glance up at her monitor and noticed multiple tabs open to Facebook and other personal websites. This may have contributed to the issues with the webpage speeds. However, after using the website at home, I believe the website is garbage. The travel agent that we dealt with was literally being paid to click dates and type stuff for us and was unable to do so. If you have a AAA membership, please understand that this is for roadside assistance only, and not for travel assistance. Book your stuff at home. With that said, the woman at the counter who handled our foreign currency exchange (Liz) was very patient and helpful. We are giving 2 stars only for Liz and for the entertainment of the old, disheveled people in line behind us. 0 stars for the "travel agent".

Fantastic experience: every single employee that i have worked with has been so very helpful! i didn't know what i was doing with insurance at all and the woman who helped me that day was genuinely kind and patient. i have done other business with them and every time the people there are knowledgeable, friendly and appreciated !

Fantastic experience: Finally AAA was prompt in getting my mother a tow truck for her jeep! Usually it takes hours for a truck to be dispatched, but this time it was within a half hour of placing the tow request on the app. So thankful that this time the jeep was at our house and not in the side of the road! Last Summer we had a problem with the jeep and waited over 3 hours for a tow truck to meet us. My mother having health issues and it being hot that day we decided to call a family friend to pick us up. Didn't find out until later that the jeep got picked up many hours later at 11 pm. When I did a tow request around 2 pm that day!

Fantastic experience: Worth the money in every sense. Needed to get an updated passport photo, got it within 10 minutes. Woman was very friendly and fast. Went during lunch break and had plenty of time left over. AAA locations are like the friendliest people from the DMV left the DMV and started their own company. They want to help and it's fantastic.

Negative experience: Was given a two and a half hour window for a tow, then received a call they would be there within a hour -then 45 minutes and then they never came. I called and was out on hold for 20 mins after explaining the situation and trying to find out if they were still coming and was disconnected after 20 mins. Called again, got another person who I explained the situation was put on hold for 10 mins and then hung up as I needed to go into a meeting. Got a call hours later to see if I was still available but the place I was delivering the car to was then closed and gated. Was very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Got my driver's license, a REAL ID, renewed there. Couldn't have been easier. Very attentive staff too in spite of being short staffed. Had to wait a few weeks for an appointment but at least I didn't have to go to the RMV. I'd rather step in dog poop

Negative experience: Was there for a simple registration renewal. Turned into a project. Told them I'll mail it in.. was quicker. RMV service there is poor. If my car breaks down, will I have to wait two days to fit into your schedule? Will not be back for the RMV service again. Very disappointed. Avoid if possible!

Positive experience: Everyone there was very friendly and things seems to be organized. The problem was, they were running a full hour behind on license renewals. That being be said, there was no sense of urgency on the part of AAA employees. There was a lobby full of people and no updates as to what the holdup was.

Positive experience: Very nice people. They fit me into the schedule. Went on Mon 2/14 and had my license at my P.O.Box by Sat 2/19. Glad I rejoined Triple A. And they gave travel tips to a customer who was going to Ireland.

Positive experience: The staff is always moderately pleasant and competent but there is always a delay for whatever reason. Needs more resources or better management.

Fantastic experience: Shockingly positive experience here for Real ID application. Staff was friendly and personable. Probably run 15/20 minutes behind schedule but compared to RMV, that’s nothing. Negative reviews are because people can’t prepare their paperwork independently.

Negative experience: You get in line for someone to put all your paperwork together and confirm you have what you need for the registry window. So I waited in line for that. They said I was all set and then I waited agaon for RMV. Then I get to the window and theu tell me I cant use my mortgage bill as proof of residency as it has my maiden name. Even though I had my birtg certificate and marriage license. They could have told me at the first window instead of making me wait!

Negative experience: Called to make an appointment to sign up for auto insurance, been a AAA customer since I was under my parents as a kid. Confirmed appointment date and time, made sure they had my contact information. Walked into a packed lobby and was told that they were at least an hour behind. Received an appointment reminder an hour before my appointment with no mention of the delay. No phone call or email to advise me of the wait, which would have been acceptable so I could have done other things before heading over. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service

Fantastic experience: Didn't know as a member I could do my RMV work there. Couldn't find my drivers license. My daughter said "Go to AAA. They will help you out!" And theý did. No long lines!

Negative experience: If you have any out of state documents to prove your identity beware! I was turned away after and I quote "well this shows you were born and this shows yup, she was married but I can't accept these documents". I've used the declined documents to get all sorts of financial services, attend school, change my social security number after marriage, and obtain a passport but it wasn't good enough for the staff member at the desk. The documents were original complete with raised seals. These people will ruin people's lives. What's more is the woman made a loud example of me about how my documents were incorrect and I was improperly checked in. I left feeling embarrassed. I've called probate court in OH and my marriage document is correct.

Fantastic experience: Went in and did a few things. Mostly did online and got the help i needed. AAA is a great thing to have. They actually offer there memberships and have a monthly package as well. So if you want the plus membership and don't want to pay upfront all at once you can link to your credit card or debit card and pay a very small amount each month. Less than $10 a month is so worth it for the piece of mind. Never mind the benefits of roadside assistance. They have discount tickets on alot of things and you can show your card and get discount. My insurance company gives me an extra discount because i have it. Yes it saves me more on my insurance then i pay for monthly. Discounts on rentals and advanced package with your insurance so if you want that nicer car if you need a rental they help cover extra and again less than you pay a month. So worth it if you don't have or didn't want to pay all at once check out the monthly program. Pays for itself.

Positive experience: Made an appointment to get real ID. Took 2 weeks online to get the appointment and when I got there surprise, they were running late by over 30 minutes. Might as well had gone to the RMV with that wait. It really bugs me when you must make an appointment, you do but they don't keep the appointment. The people are nice and helpful but I don't like waiting, standing around doing nothing.

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment to renew my DL, was weary having to go anywhere during COVID19. Staff was incredibly kind and supportive, they have protocols in place to keep us safe, and they follow them with zeal. Every seat and every surface that customers come in contact with are wiped clean after each use. More than that however, the staff was kind and friendly, they truly meet you half way if you give them a chance.

Negative experience: the office is closed ,until now no service

Fantastic experience: This office provides services for auto/homeowner insurance, travel(passport photos, traveler's checks, etc...) and rmv services. It's located in a busy stripmall but there is plenty of parking with lots of other amenities nearby.
