It is incredible that, being a regular customer for a long time, they don't even let you use the bathroom, even when I begged them because I traveled more than an hour and needed to use the emergency bathroom. The lady flatly told me no. I wouldn't have had to go all the way there if they answered their phone, but you can call all day and they don't answer the phone at all.

Negative experience: Well, I give them only one star and I haven't sent any packages with this agency yet, but I give this rating because they are terrible at answering a phone call. They have a number on their website supposedly for customer service; I ran out of battery on my phone calling the agency, and not even out of charity do they bother to answer a call. I wonder if they are not capable of answering a phone, how will they be able to make a shipment to Cuba? In reality, their customer service when it comes to receiving calls is the worst in the world.

This was my eighth shipment, and they charged us 30 dollars for 499 Cuban pesos that have to be paid to receive the package in Cuba at 16.63 Cuban pesos per dollar. I consider this a Guinness World Record, as I don't remember that exchange rate in Cuba for many years. It is necessary for the executives of that company to inform customers of any changes so that there are no surprises when sending.

After 3 PM, many customers arrive and the wait time increases since there's only one working. I really hope they're paying her $40 an hour because it's very uncomfortable.
