Negative experience: I shouldn't give it even one star. I went with great enthusiasm to send my packages and when I arrived, a lady didn't even let us speak, she just told us that the packages take time to arrive. We said ok, but we can send them, and she repeated the same thing: 'yes, but they take time, I am telling you they take a long time'. I had no other option but to leave because apparently she didn't want to help us. I don't understand if what they need is customers; this lady scares everyone away. This is not the way to treat a customer who arrives. Honestly, I was disappointed because I had been looking for a reliable agency nearby for days and look what happened. I hope it was just a mistake because they would lose customers if it continues like this.

Cuba is a state sponsor of terrorism, and this agency is lining the pockets of the dictators. A respectable Cuban does not bow their head; a respectable Cuban has dignity and does not cooperate with the hotels that support the dictatorship that tortures their Cuban brothers on the island. In Cuba, there are political prisoners, there are tortured and disappeared individuals. Do not increase that list and say NO to those who profit from your pain. No travel to Cuba.

Negative experience: The website needs to be updated or honor the information that appears on it. The page mentions that the minimum weight to send to Cuba is 3 pounds. However, a worker informed me that the minimum is 6 pounds and they do not honor what their own page describes. Updating the website would avoid many inconveniences such as going to the agency in vain.

Si usted quiere perder su dinero entonces hagalo. Yo mande mis paquetes a Cuba el 10 de mayo y este es el dia que mis paquetes no estan en la habana. Estas personas lamentablemente me estafaron 700 dolares sin contar el costo de los productos. Mi familia en cuba llamaron a Aerovaradero y ellos mismos confirmaron que los paquete no estan en cuba.Les estoy pidiendo a estas personas una respuesta de donde estan mis paquetes y no me responden. Ellos no se hacen responsalbe de nada porque esta en su contrato escrito. No te reembolsan y no dan una locacion del paquete. Todo esto esta en su contracto que coincidencialmente no esta en su pagina . Lo recibi departe de ellos en un correo depues de reclamarle que los paquetes llevaban mas de 45 dias y no llegab an. cuando los mande el viejo en la casa me dijo que maximo eran 45 dias . despues me dijeron que de 50-60 bueno ya llevo 100 dias esperando que lleguen dis que por la situacion actual de Cuba, cuando eso empezo recientemente . Te dan informacion falsa paraque usted gaste su dinero y nunca mas lo vea. POR FAVOR NO COMETAN EL MISMO ERROR QUE YO . NO ENVIEN POR AQUI.

Someone told me about A Cuba Voy and when I contacted them through WhatsApp, they were very quick to reply to every question I had. I live in California, so it was important to me that they get the things right. The process of sending the package is very smooth, and they guide your through it. Now, as of right now they are saying that packages get to Cuba in about 45 days. I had previously sent a package through another agency and it took 8 months. If A Cuba Voy's timeline is misleading, I will definitely update. However, personally I am mentally preparing for an 8 months process because I would hate to get my hopes up and then the same thing happens. If by any chance they do deliver in 45 days, I will never ever ever let go of this agency.
