Tornado Bus Company Nashville

Positive experience: It didn't work for me, it only serves the Mexicans with their routes.

Negative experience: First and last time I ride on these buses, they are very unreliable and not friendly at all.. and it took me 2:30 hours of delays.

Fantastic experience: It’s hard to communicate, language!!!!! Normal business hours are ok and someone can speak English! When I look for tickets from Nashville to Lexington, KY Greyhound travel time is around 11 hours with two transit! Where is this bus is straight route 3 hours !!! There is always good and bad … just look at the positive side!!!

Negative experience: Improvements in the facilities, good attention from the staff. Just one detail is affecting their crossing times to Mexico. The trip from Nashville to Torreon takes a long time at customs and at the booth when leaving Laredo due to several people carrying expired documents. My opinion is that at least they should check valid passports and visas.

Fantastic experience: Tornado Bus Lines are the #1 best ever bus to travel in great class quality busses. They are too a/c comfort during of the summer heats and very warm during the cold winter months. I wld not travel thru any other bus line other than Tornado tht is how satisfied I am with their great service to customers. They have high back bucket seats chargers to keep ur phone charged during ur travel and free WiFi. I have been traveling with Tornado bus lines for 11 years now and i Tornado wld always be my first choice of bus line.

Positive experience: Its faster but not cheaper. Definitely an easier route than Greyhound. They have there own building located of nolensville. Traveling is limited to only certain cities in the US.

Negative experience: La actitud de los choferes o por lo menos el chofer que me toco cruzar Laredo el dia lunes 19 de junio 2017 a las 3pm, deja muy mala impresion y hecha a perder todo el buen servicio y atencion que la empresa se esmera en dar a sus clientes. El chofer es un corrupto y esta coludido con los agentes de la aduana pidiendo dinero a los pasajeros.
