Fantastic experience: I went to the Indian Visa Passport Center to see if they can help me in getting a PAN card. I was charmed the minute I entered their office. It is particularly clean and organized. Both Arunaji and Artiji are extremely cordial people. They explained to me upfront what I can expect from them in dealing with the process, how much it would cost and how long it could take. Their honest disclosure was quite appealing to me. Moreover, I had to submit a photo for the application. Arunaji took the photograph with a simple iphone and I was amazed in seeing myself. Arunaji is such an excellent photographer better than other professional photographers that I know of. My visit to the center was short, but their prompt efficient services enabled me to get the card home delivered from India to the US in no time. I applaud their hassle-free services, and wish them great success in the future.

Fantastic experience: I want to send a thank you note to the entire team of Visa Passport Center. I had known them for a long time since 2022. I first approached them to get the Indian OCI card for my daughter. They were meticulous and thorough with all the processes that needs to be taken care as part of the OCI process. My daughter received her OCI on time and since then my travel to India has been so much at ease. Also, recently I reached out to them for renewing my India passport. They again surprised me with their diligent work and helped me to get my passport. I had applied in Tatkal and received my passport in 1 week after my application was sent over to the embassy. However, I needed mine soon, so I did the 10-day buisnees hand carry option, and they delivered for the price they wanted. IT EVEN CAME 2 DAYS EARLIER THAN EXPECTED!!! If you need to get your passport soon, I would say go here, but if you can wait and save money-do that instead. But overall, I LOVEEEEEEEEE THIS PLACE, THE PEOPLE, AND THE OFFICE! 10/10!!!!
