Negative experience: Today at the front desk, Katherine or Catherine, she was rude to me today. My mom was trying to talk to me about something, but Katherine kept trying to cut me off trying to respond back repeating the same question 4 to 5 times. It was very upsetting and frustrating to why she wouldn't let me finish. AAA I hope you guys see this and say something to her, because I've never had a problem with this branch until now.

Negative experience: Wow, no one works at any of their locations in Southern California anymore for auto claims. Auto is their middle name. Customer service has gone down the tubes. If you have an auto claim they only want to communicate with txt messages. I have been with AAA for over 25 years. I am disappointed with WOKENESS ruining businesses. Get it together AAA. Get serious about Customer Service .

Negative experience: the phone number--you don't need to call, because no one will answer you at all.

Negative experience: The absolute WORST auto insurance you can get. Even if you're desperate for auto insurance DO NOT USE AAA. If you're in an accident don't expect a single phone call, they will ignore you and expect YOU to do all the leg work. Someone ran an intersection and hit me while on my motorcycle, GEICO (the guy who hit me insurance) called me within hours of the accident happening, GEICO called me again the next morning, and again the evening of the second day. GEICO paid me for injuries and pain and suffering, money was deposited into my account....ALL OF THIS from GEICO (NOT MY INSURANCE PROVIDER) AND NOT A SINGLE CALL FROM AAA MY INSURANCE PROVIDER YET! GEICO informed me I needed to get AAA to approve my motorcycle repairs. At this point I had already called AAA for updates since the day of the accident more than 5 times to no response from my agent. I was reassigned 3 times for 3 different representatives via AUTOMATED TXT msgs from AAA system (NOT A REAL PERSON). I sent dozens of text msgs, emails, phone calls, voice-mail to each and every representative and NO CALLS MADE BACK TO ME. It's been 3 days since accident and I STILL haven't got a call back from my rep in regards to the repairs for my motorcycle!... DO NOT USE AAA! THEY ARE USELESS!!!!

Fantastic experience: The staff at the location are knowledgeable and patient. We replace our missing license plate and get our notary done all at the same time.

Negative experience: I tried to get notary service and they said only allowed 1 signature per notary. If I needed more than 1 signature, then I had to schedule an appointment online. But the AAA website doesn't even list Diamond Bar office. The customer service told me they couldn't do anything about. I didn't know what to say to the agent anymore.

Negative experience: Do not get insurance with these scam artists. Got hit by one of their policy holders and wouldn’t fix my car because the policy lapsed a couple days . They won’t help you because of a technicality I’m sure they get commission from denying your claim . I’ve been a customer for over 40 years I will be canceling my membership.

Fantastic experience: I have always had excellent and friendly service at this office. I have done simple tasks as well as very complex ones and never have I had a bad encounter. Thank you Diamond Bar AAA.

Negative experience: This company sells car batteries that don't work and then refuses to issue refunds. And they have horrific customer service; each rep will transfer you and so on and on. They can give the DMV a run for its money. What a joke.

Positive experience: Had to wait in line to pay for my membership. Seems like they would have a vacuum suction device to grab your money quickly.

Negative experience: I am not a member, but I have processed a title transfer with my friend (he is member) at this location last month. I have been told by Hannah that I don't have to be a member to come back in because of just submitting a smog check certificate. After I got the certificate and went back, the receptionist let me in and wait 15 mins, then counter staff said they are unable to help if I am not a member, and they asked me to apply it right away for continuing my transaction. Waste my time. I will never be a AAA member in my life.

Negative experience: I was trying to use my credit card to pay for my car tags, the lady said I wasn't able to use my credit card because it has pin number, but I told her you can bypass the pin. She said no, she's not allowed to bypass the pin. I couldn't use my debt card because it has a pin.but I can use it as a visa credit card, they don't accept cash I had to back home get my check book. I came back to AAA, got my tags..it was annoying that they don't accept credit cards with a pin or cash... your policy need's to be rewritten
