Negative experience: I went there last week to book a trip I had to stand up and talk to the agent through a partition I was never offered a seat, another customer came in and was given a seat right away, I was very disappointed and would never give them my business.

Second the got another person date of birth wrong again the rcvd all passport pictures with full info . .. . First and last never ever again.

Negative experience: This agency is very unprofessional, the owner dies not work with you if an emergency comes up. Be mindful that you won't get your money back, or you'll just end up paying much more than you did before. She gives you the run around, its like planning your own vacation and they collecting the money. Would not recommend her services.

Negative experience: The owner Sunita calls you late at night to book your vacation and take payment but never speaks to you when there’s an issue, she charges way above what you should pay for flights and add fees for changes way too much. My entire group was unhappy. I will never use her agency again.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough wonderful things about this travel agent. My recent experiences exceeded my expectations. I have not a negative thing to say about anyone I've dealt with. I had a death in my family and had to go to Guyana. From one minute to the next I couldn't decide on my travel plans. I called them countless times everyday for a few days, not once was anyone annoyed or rude or anything of the sort. As a matter of fact it was quite the opposite. They were patient, understanding and make every effort to accommodate me. Thank you to everyone for providing such excellent service. You guys are amazing!!!!

Negative experience: This woman robbed my parents. She should be ashamed of herself. My parents stop booking with her. Does the name kalamazad ring a bell Shame on you. God will make you suffer for this. Like who robbed old people. I never recommend anyone to book their flights with her. Big time rip off

Positive experience: It was a busy office for sure. The inside was nice, the decor were nice. Some reps were friendly, some weren’t. My questions weren’t exactly answered at all, that kind of got me a tiny annoyed. I think they need more educated people working here, to be honest. The customer service representative did her job in finding the info I needed but she wasn’t the greatest at it.

I was kinda concern about the PCR test and the travel authorization, so I called Sunita who is very kind and professional, but she was busy so I spoke to Shoba wow she is very nice and kind she made sure I got all the information correct to travel I was having some problem filling out the form and she helped me. Sunita Travel is the best Travel agent in New York. Shoba 20 stars for you, you are awesome

I purchased 4 seat since in February of 2020 for July ,they told me flight with resume in sept I rebook for sept 23 rd I paid additional 330 still no flight again Sunita told me November I cannot travel in November due to COVID-19 and I have my old parents !! I ask for a refund they told me tickets are no refundable when I spoke a an agent from Caribbean airline customer service I was told yes it’s refundable because no flight was going then I was okay for them to hold my money The owner Sunita told me I have to pay weaver fee for 125 per person , my husband call an speak with one of her staff Shelly told my husband we don’t have to pay no weaver fee ticket can be hold for one year !! They were very nice at the beginning when taking my money , and they never call us for updates we have to call them ! I will never purchase tickets with them ever again !! I will not recommend travel to purchase tickets from that agency they owner lie she is not honest very sad

Negative experience: based on my experience. sunita travel agency staff is not very truthful.. i got 4 difference prices for a ticket within 24 hours.. the guy i spoke with the second time lied about what price he quote the ticket and reserve it at. another person from my group that was travel called back within 30 minutes of my transaction and got the price agreed upon reservation while three other price was upcharged $20 more and the agreed price. i will never recommend this travel agency.
