Fantastic experience: My experience is spectacular, both in Mexico and in Puerto Plata, I have traveled with them twice and everything went very well
Negative experience: The worst agency I have dealt with, they offer you a package and when you arrive at the destination it is something completely different, and it has been the same in both bookings I have made with them to two different destinations meaning it is not a coincidence. My daughter made a booking to Punta Cana with them, when she arrived there was no reservation made and they still say it was not their responsibility. Moreover, I still haven't received the refund and it's been a month since then. In summary, irresponsible and unreliable.
Thank you for your comment. Your reservation for the group that went to Hotel Impressive from July 20-23 included exactly what was offered to you and at an excellent price. You had a flight that was on time for both departure and return, which also included catering and unlimited drinks on the flight ✈️ (believe me, and you know it, you won't find that in any flight). You had a welcome dinner for the entire group by the beach, which was a success, along with a DJ who entertained the dinner. You enjoyed a catamaran ride with drinks included for 3 days from July 20-23 for just, if I remember correctly, only 790 dollars all-inclusive... tell me where you can find that, with assistance from the agency 24 hours a day. We appreciate your comment, although we know it is not fair.

What a shame with you, and we have talked about it several times, I have always been in communication with you, we know what happened and it was explained to you, and we are also waiting for a refund from the hotel operator which you know is very fair because it is the price difference between the hotel that was offered to you and the one you had to go to. We understand your annoyance. If you refer to the other opinions, you will see that it is not common for us to have such inconveniences with our operations.
