Negative experience: We checked in for our appointment and we're missing a document, the woman who checked us in told us exactly what we needed to come back with and said she would keep us checked in, as long as we got back by 4pm we could get back in line. After driving 30minutes back home to gather the missing information, drove 30minutes back and checked in. New team on the floor, now we go to check in, instantly reluctant. After explaining the previous employee had said we would be fine to come back they reluctantly signed my husband in explaining there were a couple people ahead. Fine, understandable. After about 45minutes the final person who was ahead of us was finished and we were next. Well my husband was skipped over to someone who had checked in well after we had been waiting. This was a complete waste of our time, overall about 4 hours and did not complete our task.

Negative experience: I dont reccomend for insurance. Travling or simply AAA- sure. Even with full coverage they don't do much for you. They seem to not have your best interest at heart.

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment at the Plymouth Triple A office to get a Real I.D. The service was fantastic, smooth and easy. I don’t remember the name of the woman who I was assigned to, but she sat at the first desk to the far right. What a difference from going to the Registry! Thank you Triple A for such a quick, friendly and nice experience!

Fantastic experience: This visit was quick and efficient! I went in to renew my license and upgrade to a Real ID. Be sure to fill out the application online before you go. I was in and out within a half hour. Spectacular!!!
Negative experience: Plymouth AAA was a complete waste of time. We wanted to get our day early boarding passes. Staff stated travel agent was out, even though we called and confirmed someone was there. Nine people in the office could not help us. We were told to go to the library and use their computer. I would not recommend doing business with this do nothing AAA in Plymouth. We used the AAA in Allen, TX to plan our trip. Maybe the Plymouth office could learn something from professionals in the Allen office. EBG and LLH

Negative experience: I called the service center over a month ago to check to see if I could get a real ID and update the spelling of my first name at the location. The woman on the phone assured me it was something they could do even as I asked multiple times to make sure. I arrived and was promptly informed that they only change middle and last names at their location, something that never came up on the phone even as I specified that it was my first name being changed. Heads up: if someone calls you weeks ahead, before even making an appointment, to make sure that you can complete a time-sensitive service, actually MAKE SURE it’s something that can be done. This was completely unacceptable.

Negative experience: Terrible experience at the AAA store in Plymouth today. I observed the staff be rude and unhelpful to a number of customers while I waited in line. Additionally, I witnessed the staff outright lie to a customer. I arrived around 1:30PM in the attempt to avoid going during the period where the staff would likely be taking lunch breaks. I waited in line behind 3 or 4 other customers. As the line grew longer, someone called out for any additional customers who where waiting for RMV services. The man behind me responded and was taken to the counter for service. Next they asked the couple behind me in line what service they were waiting for and they replied that they were in need of notary services. They were told the notary was on lunch break and would be back in around a half hour or so and that they could wait or come back. They left. As I was also waiting for notary services I decided to leave and return close to an hour later. When I returned, the same couple had also returned and were in line ahead of me. When they reached the counter for service they were told the notary was not available unless they had only a single page that needed to be notarized and otherwise they would need to make an appointment to return. They were very displeased and left. I was the next person called to the counter and I asked for notarization for a single page. The staff member at the counter was aware that I had been there an hour earlier and return, and that I had heard what had been said to the previous customers. Then the staff member at the next window...who had been their the entire time...had me step over to her window and accepted my form for notarization. I was the last person in line. There were not further customers in the store behind me and there was no apparent reason the notary could not have provided service to the previous customer. After my form was completed the staff all went and sat down at their desks in the back. THE NOTARY WAS THERE THE ENTIRE TIME AND AVOIDING PERFORMING NOTARY SERVICES!!!

Negative experience: Approached multiple times for Notary Service. First time refused saying that there was not enough space to notarize. Second time, it was really pathetic. The lady asked me how many places I have to notarize and I told 4 documents. Then she said the Notary was not available. Why would someone ask someone hiq many documents to notarize if the Notary was not available. Both the times I got it notarized from a very friendly Citizen Bank

Fantastic experience: You do need an appt here, they were doing 2 photos for licenses while I waited. I was there to make sure my address was updated, the appt necessary bcuz there is only 1 insurance person on. They are open til 1pm on a Sat which is better than the Raynham office. I found staff very knowledgeable and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Telephone contact regarding all new requirements for renewing drivers licenses. The service rep was very well trained & informed and had the patience enough to explain everything in detail already. Fantastic experience: Had appointment for 9:10 am at 9:07am was back in my truck driving home with my license people very nice registry web site says you dont need appointment at AAA but you do ,first sighn up on line with registry then down load paper at home so you need printer take that with $50 birth certificate and whatever id you got and away you go and you cant give them date for appointment they give it to you they actually called me later with it

Fantastic experience: Went into this location to add a new car to our insurance policy & Lawrence was fantastic! Hit a bit of a snag with Carvana not sending all the information but after a quick call it was all set and I was on my way :) Would definitely go to this location again for any insurance / travel/ rmv needs.

Negative experience: I went for a new license id. The appointment process on line was exhausting. Had to refresh over 30 times to get an appointment. I was not able to do app online. When I got there the people were the most unfriendly and hostile people I have eve r met. I was set next door to print something because they did not like my copy. Then I was sent out to scramble in my car for a pen. Even though I brought everything I needed they sent me packing for the third time because my credit card bill had my P.O. Box and not my address . Sorry aaa but post office does not deliver to my house Bottom line aaa makes the old registry look like the friendliest people in the world.
