Negative experience: No MMR points for such expensive tickets, poor service from the operators as if they were doing them a favor instead of being paid. Loading terminals often do not work or many times they don't want to turn them on.... People, don't travel with this bus line to be treated badly and ask for something only to be met with rudeness. There are more bus lines available; at least they should lower their rates due to the junk buses they have and the service they provide, both from the operator and the bus. It's a shame I had to give them one star, but if it were up to me, I wouldn't give them half of one (I do not recommend these Tornado buses).

Fantastic experience: Va mejorando su servicio, atención y van ampliando sus rutas, hay personal muy excelente y personal poco atento, hay autobuses que tienen su baño publico en buen estado, pero en ocasiones están sucios y no los asean, hay choferes muy atentos, amables, serviciales y atentos y hay unos que parece que no les gusta su trabajo, porque son prepotentes, desatentos y mulas. Falta que actualicen sus números telefónicos. Gracias a quien sirve con amor en su lugar de trabajo.

Negative experience: Falta de profesionalismo te piden estes una hora antes de tu salida para que alfinal el operador no aga parada para tu abordaje y no solo eso no te dan solución y si por tus propios medios llegas al siguiente punto su disculpa es un crédito de 10 dolares después de aver viajado 2 horas .llegas ala terminal pidiendo una respuesta y nadie sabe decir ni explicarte nada y solo culpan al sistema y la falta de actualización del mismo pésimo servicio al cliente

Negative experience: First time taking this Tornado bus and it was horrible!!!! I don’t recommend!!! They make so may stop, and every stop literally takes 30-45mins. I normally take los mares which are super fast but couldn’t take them due to an emergency. This bus left at 11:15 am and got to distinción at 10am next day. Which should only be a 17 bus drive. I repeat don’t take this bus line they take forever!!!!

The guy that answered the phone thought I was asking to many questions and heard him tell his coworkers to pay close attention to the line bc i asked what time would my dads bus would get there . My dad bus was at 9:30 he got there before 9 and he still didn’t get the bus they made him wait until 11:30 . the guy didn’t let me choose his seat he said I’ll give him 35 instead .

Negative experience: Voy viajando en Tornado de Dallas a Laredo y le pido al operador que baje la intensidad del aire acondicionado ya que está demaciado frío, incluso la mayor parte de los pasajeros ya usan chamarras y cobijas para cubrirse sin embargo el operador la unica respuesta que me da es que cierre la rejilla. Esto no soluciona nada y sigue la misma situación. En general es buen servicio, sin embargo hay algunos operadores déspotas que no dan soluciones a los requerimientos en tiempo real de los pasajeros en cosas tan sencillas como regular el aire acondicionado y se tiene que viajar con este tipo de molestias, haciendo que se voltee a ver otras líneas para viajar.

Positive experience: Okay, riding from Odessa to Waco and back. $150 roundtip and I can get work done as I ride, perfect. The service is the better bus company, take it from someone who enjoys taking the bus more than flying. No fee for luggage, it all just gets ticketed and loaded, small compartments overhead and spacious seats if you want anything with you as you ride. Odessa/Midland doesn't have a terminal for these buses, we have the Stripes on West County. Midland has the Whataburger near 80--I think. Larger cities like Dallas (my layover) and Waco have the actual terminals. Reserve the tickets online, they send the confirmation email with your confirmation number, you show that to the bus driver pulling in at the Stripes at your designated time and he'll give you your ticket/load your luggage. Be warned, the buses are more spacious, often have decent wifi/outlets, make stops to drop off and board along the route, stop once for a snack/potty break, and have one tiny restroom. They are also often double decker. If you are sickly, I do not recommend these lines as sitting on the top deck may be a bit nauseating for the weak. You may also call their company to re-confirm times as sometimes the time you reserve is not the time on your email confirmation. Calling was no help to me but it did let me know that in general, the time you reserved online is the correct one, not the mistakes on the email. Be there at least an hour before said time because in my experience, these lines are extremely punctual and wait for no one. Also, these lines are BILINGUAL, they have reps available in both English and Spanish--most of what you hear is Spanish--at every stop. Sometimes you sit at your reserved seats, sometimes you don't, depends on your driver. Also, take a blanket as buses are usually kept cold.

Fantastic experience: Gabrielle y her staff in Doraville are amazing they treat you with respect and accommodate people with special needs. I have been riding for 10 years never had a problem I go from Doraville to Lapiedad M ichoacan.
