Fantastic experience: Gabriela is awesome & friendly + she will hook you up with a deal! Has lots of fun things and day trips to do from Miami Beach or full blown cruises through the Caribbean. We live in Miami so didn't need it, but they also offer luggage storage, which is handy. Goooo.

Fantastic experience: This is a lovely family-run business where you’ll experience hospitality rooted in tradition. We used their luggage storage service and had a brief but helpful chat about the area. They provided standard tourist tips and recommended some great local businesses. If you’re looking to store your luggage and make the most of a few hours at the beach, this service is a gem. It’s $10 per bag, and you’ll also get some great advice. They went above and beyond by lending us a beach umbrella, providing plastic bags, and even allowing us to use their bathroom to change clothes. Plus, there’s a public beach shower just a couple of blocks away for a quick rinse. Highly recommended for anyone needing a convenient, affordable, and friendly solution near the beach!

Fantastic experience: I did the Everglades tour with Perfection Travel 1300 Collins Avenue. Excellent experience of going to the National Park of the Native Americans of Florida and taking the airboat. And on the second day, I went to the Bahamas on a 1-day cruise. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: 0000/10 I literally just called them now to ask how I can book a trip. She said she was busy and didn't even asked or initiate to call me back. What more if we have issues with the booking. Poor service.

Negative experience: This is not a legitimate business. They told us the jet ski we rented was 6 minutes away. Our taxi ride was 40 minutes away and they sent us to a marina with no jetskis. They called me one time and hung up immediately and wouldn’t answer when we called back. Then the guy who rented us the jet skis said we were too late and refused to refund us. He lied and said he didn’t have our money. Eventually when we refused to give up, he finally pulled our cash out of his pocket and decided to pay us back to avoid us calling the police. Stay away from this operation.

Negative experience: I highly recommend not stopping there at all. My wife and I made a reservation for a Jet-Ski at 11am and everything was wrong. First the address Maria gave was off by a 30 minutes walk. I called the guy with the ride and he said he never got the reservation and asked to wait for him for 2 hours. Long story short, the ride never happened. Just find somewhere else to go.

Negative experience: They took my money sent me to an address that wasn’t even at the water, I walked 25 mins to the water to have another number call me and tell me to walk another 20 mins on a never ending trail off behind the water, I never got to jet ski but I paid over $100 on travel to have them tell me I couldn’t get my money back. I didn’t feel safe nor did I feel they ever had intentions on providing me with a service, I felt like I was about to be a victim of human trafficking. Don’t go here EVER!!!!

Pero se olvidó de pasar mis datos a la compañía de bus para recogerme en el hostel... lo llame y nunca atendió... Si no fuera por la gente de bikini hostel que me ayudó a buscar la empresa de transporte que había contratado. Todavía estaría esperando que me recogieran...
