It's really hard to have service when nothing has ever been done with our company. I ask that if you are from another agency and feel intimidated by us, you need to improve your service and prices to be able to compete.

Negative experience: My dad made a shipment 1 month and 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. Honestly, I do not recommend this agency at all. They don't even deserve one star, terrible service. You write to them privately and they respond, but in a rude manner, and then they say they are professionals. They should learn from the apps in the US to understand what professionalism is. What they do is reply with gossip, as if they were talking to a neighbor. I honestly have no positive comments.
You just want an answer that doesn't exist; you were given the system to track your package, and everything that the system says was explained to you. Everything that happened on the island since the end of November was also explained. Without electricity, Cuba cannot process the cargo in customs, and without electricity, Mariel did not allow all ships to arrive together, which caused delays. When I told you that customs had already released the container of your package and that after counting 2 to 7 days that we take to deliver, you wanted an exact delivery date, to which we responded that this could not be specified. As I said above, it’s 2 to 7 days.
Negative experience: I have been used to going to this place for years, but lately they have had terrible service. On more than one occasion, I have seen how they mistreat people, especially the elderly. I don't understand how they hire people like this to work with the public. I would never recommend it.
You came and sent a card on Nov 11 and your family had it on Nov 12, plus I checked all the calls and you have never claimed anything and you have never been told anything at all. Apparently, you must be friends with the competition. Because a person doesn't treat others poorly without speaking to them, and you don't even have a single call. I will give you the same response I gave to Mari González: It’s incredible that you are from the competition if you think that by writing false claims, customers will leave. If things were lost and the service was bad, we wouldn’t have been here for 30 years in the same place. You should improve your prices and services so you can compete.

Negative experience: I went to the office at Elizabeth Avenue on Friday and had an unpleasant experience with the girl who attended to me. I simply asked her how much a flight to Cuba would cost. She was very unprofessional and gave me an attitude. Instead of doing her job and searching for a flight, she just said, "They are expensive." Finally, after I insisted, she decided to do her job and look for a flight. I am very disappointed. We have been using this agency for 25 years and have never had a problem before. I recommend that the owners be more selective with their hired employees.
We reviewed everything on the cameras and at no time was your ticket searched for. You only wanted a ticket that does not exist at the price you like. Then you asked for another date and the girl told you it was even more expensive and you said why it's cheaper on your phone. The girl told you that she does not control the prices, she can only tell you what price she sees on her screen. I even told you that you could buy it then on your phone. Falsely accusing someone to see if they lose their job or to see if they get reprimanded is not acceptable. Google reviews were made to improve as a union between the company and its customers to create a better home between both. Not to falsely accuse someone; have a nice day. Also, you say that you always go, but you haven't come to the Caribbean since 2011, that's 13 years.
Fantastic experience: Very good service and attention if you are Cuban and need to make any money transfers, food, miscellaneous and more, do it with Caribe Express, your best option in agencies. Note that the beautiful redhead who is at the first desk attended me, very kind and professional, always willing to make sure customers leave satisfied with the service. Thank you Caribe Express.

You are the Dominicans who left upset because we are Caribbean Express for Cuba and wanted me to send money to the Dominican Republic, and we do not send money to the Dominican Republic.
Negative experience: It is sad that they hire people who do not have the professional ethics for customer service, prioritizing rudeness instead. I do not generalize the place, but one person I asked for information was really very unpleasant. By the way, we were not Dominicans; from what I see in the response, you are the same girl who was rude (the one at the first desk). I invite you to have ethics; you didn't even take the time to say 'good afternoon' and you also did not let us speak so that you could really see what we were there for. Negative experience: It is really very unpleasant and uncomfortable to go to that place, I would never return. The people who work there are very unpleasant and rude; they are the shame of the Cuban exile. They should learn from the rest of the women in Latin America who are very educated and professional, not to excuse or reprimand them. It is the result of 60 years of communism. In short, the Cuban of these times has nothing to do with the historical Cuban exiles; they carry communism in their veins. I spent a considerable amount of money, but you shouldn’t thank them for their terrible service and bad treatment. Definitely very disappointing.

You even booked the ticket with us as well. You were given the option to pay with card or cash, and you went to the bank and brought cash. Pero mandé a hacer la prórroga de mi pasaporte el 30 de Octubre y la persona q me atendió me dijo q lo recibiria de 3-5 semanas. Todavía hoy después de 8 semanas aun no lo recibo, ya tuve q cancelar el viaje q tenia reservado para Cuba y cuando llamé la excusa q me dieron por el atraso es q mi pasaporte iba en un paquete con otros pasaportes donde uno de ellos tiene problemas y hay q esperar a q lo arreglen para enviarlos todos juntos. Eso es una falta de respeto y profesionalismo ya q los demás no tenemos culpa y pagamos por nuestros servicios individuales no en grupo. La mayoría de las veces q se llama no contestan el teléfono y tampoco devuelven las llamadas. Ojalá q la supervisora o alguien q represente esa agencia pueda ver este review y darme una respuesta concreta y profesional. Tengo pasaje sacado próximamente y espero no tener q cancelarlo nuevamente. I always recommend this agency for passport procedures and shipments of medicines to Cuba to my friends since I have never had problems before. But I sent to extend my passport on October 30 and the person who attended me told me that he would receive it in 3-5 weeks. Even today after 8 weeks I still do not receive it, I already had to cancel the trip that I had reserved for Cuba and when I called the excuse that they gave me for the delay is that my passport was in a package with other passports where one of them has problems and you have to wait until they fix it to send them all together. That is a lack of respect and professionalism since the rest of us are not at fault and we pay for our individual services not in groups. Most of the time they call they do not answer the phone and they do not return calls. Negative experience: Es la obligación de la compañía y no del cliente investigar lo que pasa con el proceso del pasaporte cuando pasa el tiempo establecido. En mi caso tuve que ir varias veces a la embajada hasta que lo resolví. Uno paga el precio que ustedes establecen por los servicios y lo menos que uno puede esperar es un buen servicio. Tienen que buscar un método eficiente para esto no ocurra en el futuro.
