Fantastic experience: I’m tempted to gatekeep, but in the same way I would want to know, anyone reading this should know that you’re simply not going to find a better place than AAA Care Care Center in Clifton Park. The word “care” suits them perfectly because they go above and beyond in the services provided and the VIP treatment they give their customers. Shawn’s management of the center is top-tier, and everyone is professional and kind. My service was completed with ease and in a timely fashion. The price of service was also very reasonable. I didn’t know places like this still exist!

Positive experience: Front desk staff excellent and mechanics are knowledgable. However, I don't think it should take almost 1.5 hours for a state inspection given you have an appointment. Whoever is the manager needs to work on efficiency.

Fantastic experience: Such a good experience for my car seat inspection. It is free to members and non members with appointment, and as a first time parent I was very worried about potential judgement over if I had gotten it all wrong, but Kelley was wonderful- so helpful with great instruction and tips.

Fantastic experience: Chris was a life-saver. I recently did a few repairs on my car during separate sets of appointments. I definitely give each one of them a 5 star. Chris provides excellent customer service and will go above and beyond do get it done. He will genuinely listen to you and give a fair quote for your repair. I highly recommend checking them out for your vehicle repairs; you'll probably not go anywhere else in town once you try them. The office is also very accommodating with a complimentary free coffee that you can have while waiting for your vehicle.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely satisfied with a deep cleaning that I needed done. Fast reliable service, you can talk with a real person !!!!!! I would highly recommend this service.

Negative experience: If I could do no stars I would!! My kids car flooded during a huge rainstorm. Our street does this with downpours. Could not start the car and new something electrical was wrong. Called AAA and was convinced to have towed here as it would be free and then a discount. The tow driver left in parking lot and didn’t tell anyone. Sat there for almost 2 days before I finally was able to talk to someone. Without looking he told me to pay to have it towed to Malta as he wouldn’t be able to fix it. That multiple problems could be wrong. He said it would cost be $160 to diagnose and then probably wouldn’t be able to fix it. Twice on the phone with him for over 20 mins while he gave me a song and dance and literally told to call my car insurance to see if they would cover the repairs. Called Warren tire down the rd, car towed there, problem diagnosed and fixed. Said it was an easy fix. Will never ever go thru that ever again!!!

Fantastic experience: I know its been a while, but i have wanted to leave a review do to the great service i received a few months ago. Although i brought it in for one issue.. i was told of concerns regarding a seperate issue. The FACT that i had concerns about the second issue.. EVERYTHING they were telling me was on the mark!! confident in their assessment. I had been concerned with another very local BIG GARRAGE that seemed to fabricate problems with my cars. After the 2nd obvious b.s i knew i had to find a new place, that the GARAGE was taking advantage of me beingva woman.. I now know my instincts were correct and i no longer will take my cars to the other large GARAGE in clifton park. But since AAA has wrked on my stuff .. it feels incredible!!! I just felt theres an honestly about this place. It's not about one mans profit ... but a companies reputation. Ill definately be back!!

Fantastic experience: AAA did a good job with my vehicle in a 2 day turnaround time ! I wasn't sure my car would ever be drivable again, but I was surprised to know that it was ready within the two day turnaround time and I was so excited. Price was reasonable. Ty again two Triple-A who's always have my back. As a single mom of four daughters who are driving, AAA was the best choice I ever made

Fantastic experience: Just came in to get an E-Z pass and I was greeted by Josh he was very friendly and informative. He made the process quick and easy as it should be! Highly recommend Josh if you have any needs when going into AAA in Clifton Park.

Negative experience: Waited 9 hours to have a car towed from one repair shop to another. Luckily I did not have to wait with the car all that time. But I did waste 2 hours of my day waiting there as per instructed from AAA. I called in roughly 1:00 p.m. and was told to go wait and the driver would be there before 3:15 p.m.. It did not get done until 10:00 p.m. after many notifications of it being pushed off. I heard from one AAA employee that if you are sending one from a repair shop it's basically low priority, this the updates with later arrival times. I stopped getting notifications after 7:00. I didn't know what the heck was going on with my car. I called back and was talking someone with somebody from a remote location as it was after hours and she was very sweet and understanding and was going to have dispatch call me. That call never happened. The following day I finally got a call from AAA that it was picked up at 10:00 p.m.. It was my worst experience with AAA. Makes you wonder whether getting roadside assistance through your car insurance would be better?

Fantastic experience: Lady was actually sourced from the Albany office via busy phone relay She was helpful finding my annual apartment insurance information and policy I told her I would pay by card exactly on due date and she assured me the policy would be faxed to my Schenectady office. No glitches on mail this year.

Fantastic experience: Asheed towed my car just now- amazing guy. Super professional, efficient and caring. Made sure I held on to the rails, offered to hold my bags for me. He has a positive attitude and just all around great. My experience over the phone with the agent was very to the point and efficient. Asheed was there in 35 minutes! I wasn’t even expecting to see him for at least an hour. What a great morning for an otherwise potentially stressful experience!

Fantastic experience: This is the second time I've had employees assist me in planning a trip the first trip I was assisted and received Airline tickets car rental and all Admissions and Extras at Disney World it was so easy. The second time I've met with the travel agent was for airline tickets, he made it so easy what would have taken me a long time on the computer he did it very quickly and very professionally and very pleasantly. I won't waste my time on the computer again if I want to go somewhere I will make an appointment I have the highest level of AAA membership and it doesn't cost me anything and it's just so easy and convenient. The only way I want to plan my trips

Positive experience: It was incredibly hard to get a tech on the phone. And the lady that does the normal phones has no idea about the shop.

Negative experience: I called to inquire about inspection availability. A rep took my number for someone to return my call which never happened. I went to Hoffman's service nearby and had this completed as a walk-in.

Fantastic experience: This AAA location has serviced both of my vehicles since the location opened many years ago. Mark is a great service rep and is a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, straight-forward and friendly. The techs do great work as well, from typical oil changes to sub-frame repairs and everything in between. The service manager Chris is also very helpful and runs a great shop. They are AAA branded but are just as good as any local mechanic and much less expensive than a dealership. Thanks AAA!

Fantastic experience: We've brought our cars there for all manner of services, but the example that stands out is when our Town & Country's rack and pinion steering needed repairs. The job was done to our satisfaction. Not long afterward, the new equipment needed to be replaced due to defect, which it was under warranty. More recently, it needed replaced AGAIN, again due to vendor defect (they've since switched vendors) and it was, still under warranty, free of charge. They are friendly, professional people and we intend to keep coming back.

Fantastic experience: I have to share that I went in for an oil change and inspection. I was under a time constraint, but they assured me that they would be able to get it done in an hour. So I waited. Turns out, my brakes needed work (new discs and rotors!) and the rear brakes were iffy. Plus license plate bulbs burnt. In spite of all that, they did the inspection, all the work, and the complimentary 20 point check within the hour! Amazing work, and they acted like they do that all the time. Great, professional and top notch work!

Anybody local who knows this industry knows Mark and that he is respected by both customers and colleagues for his knowledge, courtesy, and honesty. Mark does an amazing job explaining things in a way that is understandable, which is great for those of us who are not versed in cars. Mark works hard and goes above and beyond to help his customers.

Positive experience: Good repairs done quickly and at a decent price, usually cheaper than a dealer. Free wifi, water and TV in the waiting area. I had one problem with a patched tire and they were able to fix it quickly and at no extra charge. Warranty of 2 years or x miles on the repairs.

Fantastic experience: I brought my truck in for an oil change and also a concern regarding an unusual clunk in the back of the truck. After doing an overall check of the vehicle they found an issue with the rear brakes. They also checked the joints and found no issue. When they took the truck out for the road check they noticed the clunk I had discussed and traced the issue to a bad.motor mount. The mechanic knew I had a concern and continued to look for the issue, finding and fixing it.

Fantastic experience: I brought my vehicle at this AAA automotive / travel center for an inspection which I Scheduled in advance by phone. The Manager, Christopher Chevalier greeted me upon arriving and proceeded to arrange for my vehicle’s inspection. I was directed to the very comfortable lounge area that had complimentary coffee, and PC stations, plenty of reading material and which had large windows overlooking the car bays where I could see what work was occurring with my vehicle. The level of professionalism of the staff, a lounge to rival any new care dealership and the fact that it’s a AAA owned facility gave me lots of confidence that I again thought to use this facility to work on my car. I will be back!

Fantastic experience: We stopped by to have a tire plugged from a nail. Luckily it was a slow day and we went right in. Very clean facility and the staff are very nice and attentive. They did a complimentary inspection on the vehicle and glad they did. Found an undersized air filter that was installed elsewhere. Upon look back at my records, the filter was installed elsewhere in January 2018. Since then, the car has been through a dealership and other facilities and nobody caught the wrong filter. For AAA to find it speaks volumes as it shows they really looked at everything. Thank you!
