Travel Business Class

Negative experience: Please ensure if you use this company that you do not ever accept a travel voucher from them. Also the insurance they sell has no value. I was deceived and lost a significant amount of money. When I went to use my voucher I was faced with a significant gap and asked to pay thousands of dollars. It took months to get a clear explanation. Finally I received one - I was told it was the airline and there were restrictions on routes - so I contacted the airline and found out there was no voucher with them. I was deceived. I am in the process of action against the company as they then withheld the use of the voucher as I lodged a complaint. Please do not ever accept a voucher from them and consider the value of the insurance that actually never seems to be valid and from a legal opinion may not be insurance at all. There are many others companies out there that have valid membership associations than this one - their sales techniques are very good - however when faced with a problem there approach is to say the consumer misunderstood. In 2025 this is still deceptive conduct and advertising logos that they are no longer a member of is also deception. Don’t use them …. Choose the other options on your google search !

Negative experience: Unreliable Service - Ruined My Parents' 80th Anniversary Trip I was booking a flight for my parents' 80th anniversary and was initially assisted by Mario Hahn, who provided several options. After receiving a quote that promised price matching, I sent the required proof, and the company accepted the deal. I immediately provided all the necessary details, including credit card information, and received a confirmation. However, they later canceled the booking due to not being able to find the price again online—despite already confirming the deal. This cancellation caused enormous stress and ruined my parents' special trip. It’s unacceptable that a company would cancel a confirmed reservation and fail to honor the quote they provided. I would not trust this company with any future travel plans.
