Negative experience: I do NOT recommend this business, because when you call to ask what the dollar rate is for Colombia, they tell you a high value. They deceive you to make you go there. And when you get there, they say 'the dollar is low.' You feel almost forced to make the transfer because you have already traveled to the store. This happened to me several times. I do NOT recommend it for DECEIVING THE CUSTOMER.

Positive experience: My experience with it has been helpful, especially in customer service. Although I didn't get an immediate response, the bad part has been with the company that receives the packages in Apartado, Colombia, due to poor warehouse management. My package still hasn't reached its recipient, and they don't give me a favorable reason. They tell me they are going to deliver the package, but when the delivery day arrives, they have no transportation. We are looking for the package in all the warehouses in Apartado, Colombia, and it is nowhere to be found. No one is answering the phone calls in Colombia. The most frustrating part is that they don't give any reason why the delivery hasn't occurred. A package that was sent on November 11 was received in the warehouse on November 21, and today is December 2, and still, the package hasn't been delivered and remains in the warehouse. Customer service in Colombia doesn't help resolve the problem. I recognize that the issue is in Colombia and the poor management by the warehouse manager. This is the first time this has happened to me with a package that hasn't been delivered on time. I know Campiña is doing everything possible to resolve this delivery; its owner is doing the impossible to solve this case and other cases related to deliveries in Apartado. However, in my frustration at seeing that the person who had the report wasn't answering my calls either, I understand and am aware that they didn't have an answer for me.
