Fantastic experience: Thank you for your quick and experience processing in paying the registration.

Negative experience: AAA is known for reducing rates annually but since I have been insured by them my rates have only gone up and up! This is very unfortunate I'm gonna have to look for a cheaper insurance. The staff are friendly at this location but their broken promises of lowered annual prices are not.

Fantastic experience: I have to say I LOVE everyone in this office! Always so helpful for my husband and I.

Negative experience: I have been a AAA Remember for over twenty years. For the first time I decided to switch my insurance company to AAA. From the beginning it has been a disaster. Stephanie Bazikian who works at the Montrose office has been so unprofessional. Needless to say, I will be switching my insurance company come this summer only because of stephanie.

Negative experience: Can't belive how coming to AAA has become like going to the DMV . employees work as if they were working at then DMV . IT takes just as long as the DMV. I have been a member for the las 20 years it keeps getting worse. Thinking I might just cx the membership.

Positive experience: This location is always the best but called in today for an insurance policy question and some guy with heavy accent answered then snapped about 60 seconds into the call he just snapped and slammed the phone. Really odd experience.

Fantastic experience: Godd sevices, friendly staff fast attention. I recommend passport pictures there. If you are a member, you get a big discount, and the picture is good.

Negative experience: I went to AAA to renew my auto insurance, but the agent Stephanie bazikian was rude and didn't answer my questions.That's why I don't recommend this location to anyone anymore.

Fantastic experience: Of the few AAAs that I've been to (including Burbank and Arcadia), this one's my favorite. They're a super tiny location and have been there forever and every employee that I've dealt with there have been absolutely amazing. They're courteous, professionally dressed, and they do their job well. I even saw one guy get yelled at for something that was not his fault; the customers said they needed to get their DMV license renewed and the employee said calmly that they didn't do that but they do DMV registration renewals, the customers doubled-down and it was water off the employee's back, they made a joke about it and moved it. It was handled really well. I love seeing that. My respect goes to all the employees there that have to deal with a wide spectrum of interesting people. I love how they have passport photos for a minimal cost and that they have notarization services on site. It was a hot day and they had a mini fridge stocked with their logo-branded water for anyone who needed it. Thank you for making my day.

Negative experience: This review is for phone service only. There is like NO WAY to reach a human being by phone. I tried and was connected with someone in a corporate office, then I asked how I could speak with someone in the Montrose office and she tried calling but couldn't get a human being either. I had a simple question about whether they even offer service in obtaining an international driving license before going in. Hey folks...how about being consumer-friendly

Fantastic experience: Got a AAA visa and free luggage! Woot. Took a photo of my mileage and she double checked and said you're gonna get a $90 rebate! So I brought in my other car and did the same and got a $74 rebate! Won't get them until they mail it but hey easiest money I made all day! Also helped give me two forms for selling my two Toyotas. Too bad the service at Foothill Toyota is so poor, they refused to honor the estimate they had given me the week before in writing. I think it was a bait and switch maneuver to try and make me pay for thousands of dollars of unnecessary repairs. I asked for an oil change and thought I smelled oil after I had driven it and since then I smell no pipe leaks and see no leaks in my driveway. Tried to say I was being unfair. Toyota service suxks and I will sell both my Toyota cars asap. I was happy AAA montrose was so helpful to me.

Positive experience: I’ve been a member of Auto Club for 42 years. I get trip kits there regularly for RV trips that my wife and I go on. When I went there today, Catherine or Kathleen, who was at the reception desk said she was new, but was very helpful and nice. When they called me to do my trip kit, Deborah, who was helping me said I had to put all my destinations on a piece of paper. I told her that normally I tell them my destinations while they’re doing it on the computer. That way they know which route I would like to take. She said they couldn’t do it that way. I said they’ve been doing it that way for a long time for many years for me. I asked for the manager, and Pamula came and helped me and told Deborah that yes they can do it that way. She told me that Deborah was new and that was fine. When Pamula, the manager asked Deborah to watch what she would doing so she knew how to do it in the future she told her that she didn’t want to do that. That was very unprofessional on Deborah’s part. Everyone felt uncomfortable. Pamela end up doing the whole trip kit and did an excellent job. I feel sorry for her that she has to put up with employees especially new ones that don’t want to learn or do their job.

Fantastic experience: Nice small location. Great staff, super helpful, positive, and friendly. I registered my car, amd eas in and out in 5 minutes.

Negative experience: WORST experience at the Montrose location. I went to pay my car registration--I check in, then I wait, and wait----everyone who came after me has now been called....ask the lady at the counter if they only have 1 person taking DMV items as I've been here almost an HOUR...she says the longest I have some one waiting was 11 min.....then argues with me that I didn't check in....I said why would I make up a story like that???!!! SO, it's clear that I wasn't checked in properly...no apology from the lady either....AVOID this location....wow

Fantastic experience: Every time I need anything from a handicap parking plate to changing the title on my car, they are there and help me avoid going to the DMV. Wonderful office with caring staff.

Negative experience: AAA has notary, states that you should make appointments online, but one cannot make appointment for notary online or otherwise. Wait for notary was going to be a 2hour wait. Did not happen there. So much for that service!

Fantastic experience: Super quick great service take care of so many DMV items that you wouldn't even think of. I literally lost a license plate and they only charged me $22 to get a new one and the replacement sticker. That was it I walked out of there with new license plates and a brand new replacement sticker

Positive experience: AAA has some serious improvement to make. Tow trucks either don't arrive or cancel your order.

Negative experience: I had a flat on the freeway and called for assistance and they never showed up ,but the tow company said that they had arrived, so I had to fix it myself and called AAA to complain about it and didn't answer all the rest of the day.

Negative experience: Went to transfer title at 1620. They close at 1700. I was met by Amanda Alvarez turning me away because I was too late, them checked in 4 people behind me. I tried to ask why, and was replied to with much attitude explaining that there were 4 people ahead of me but the 4 people behind actually said I'll be back in 5 I'm going to post office, she's Amanda Alvarez was fine with that. Seemed discriminatory. She was being dismissive of a gentleman in front of me as well whom looked very much like me

Fantastic experience: I have to be honest in saying that AAA offices are being run like a lemonade stand right now during this period of COVID Madness, as you cannot pay cash, and you are put in a digital queue where they tell you in a calm tone you will be waiting for XX minutes, and to either stay in your car or wait 6 feet apart in the line....our estimated wait time was 45 minutes, and when 45 minutes came and went, so did we....ugh...

Negative experience: I would recommend going to another aaa office. Not very friendly here and there is one young woman here who is a full blown narcissist who is out to hurt you more than help you...just my opinion but see for yourself if you have time to waste

I have never left this location feeling that they didnt do everything they could do for me. -1 star ONLY because its a small office, and feels a little cramped which tends to make me feel a little on edge
