Negative experience: Unprofessional and over chargers your card multiple time they did it to me and when I was originally checking in another family had problems with the same issue
Positive experience: The room was dusty. The customer service person was not very helpful. And the maids cart was so large it was difficult to get past it in the hallway with our luggage in tow. centrally located to grocery store and restaurants.
Positive experience: 01.2025 Nice and clean. Wifi, Guest Laundry, regular Basic Breakfast every thing worked well. Location is also nice and overall property is in good shape.
Positive experience: PROS- Rooms are clean & lobby nice. Breakfast was good. CONS- Families with small children should be on different floors from non-children rooms. Walls are thin… kids screamed all night & early morning. Locations near busy highway & carwash. Plan on using data. Was given WIFI password but it only worked about 20% of the time. Hot tub was barely warm. Not the worst place, but we won’t stay there again.

Negative experience: Our athletic team had a signed contract for an upcoming tournament.10 rooms booked at the agreed upon rate. 1.5 months after the booking the owner of the hotel is changing our rate. Increasing it by $100/night. He is not honoring his contract, signed and agreed on by both parties. Hotel employees cannot help us, although they are kind and great to work with. The hotel owner has changed the rates and they can't do anything about it. This is unacceptable and a shady business practice. No reputable hotel would confirm the rates and bookings for 10 rooms and then increase the rates after completing bookings and sending customer confirmations.
Negative experience: Super shady business practices. Check for “Glitches” on your reservation with this hotel. You can book at a rate in advance but they will change your rate later when they realize they are booked out and can charge higher because we have no where else to go. They did this to our soccer team of 10 rooms and a separate team of 10 rooms.
Fantastic experience: Our family visits St George frequently due to our daughter in college in the area. Having stayed at a few different hotels over the years, this location is our favorite. Spacious, clean rooms, easy to get to, ample parking, safe area, and most importantly, excellent customer service. From front desk to management, we’ve had pleasant experiences interacting with staff and they’ve consistently made sure our stay is to our satisfaction. Other things I consider when choosing a hotel that this location meets/exceeds: - WiFi: with kids, we NEED strong wifi. Never had an issue with signal or running multiple devices. - Outlets: there are plenty all over the room, including usb outlets. Two outlets in the bathroom as well. - Lighting: several overhead lights and lamps throughout room. Curtains have a black out curtain that kept the room dark at sunrise. - Comfortable bedding (including sofa bed): soft mattress, duvet, and pillows. Bedding for pull out sofa was sufficient. - Water pressure: this is a make or break for me, and happy to say this meets my standards. A couple different settings to choose from. - Tub space: when traveling as a family, we have a lot of different shampoos, soaps, razors, etc. Plenty of space for our toiletries. - Breakfast: standard hot breakfast, including eggs, cereal, assorted fruit, yogurt, coffee, milk, juice. There’s a 50/50 chance someone in our party goes down for breakfast and the offerings are consistent. I would recommend this location for families, couples, or if you’re just traveling through and need a good nights sleep. Stars given based on hotel type, compared to similar hotels.
Positive experience: Nice clean, modern hotel. Rooms are very nice, comfortable, and inviting. Lobby is attractive with several conversation areas and reading nooks. Everything is clean and we'll taken care of.

Fantastic experience: Great hotel, great location, great service. Stayed in 101, single king bed room. Only 3 things that could improve: have the volume setting changed on the tv to hear it better (it topped off at “70”, and we could still barely hear the tv from sitting on the couch or on the bed), fix the shower head so that it will stay in one place(kept turning to one side), and get firmer pillows. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Loved the location-right off the freeway and close to so many restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was really good, lots of options. We also used the outdoor pool, which is small but sufficient for a hot day.
Negative experience: Aside from one nice employee, the manager was a bit of a weirdo. It was also hard to breathe in the rooms, the carpets were soaked with carpet cleaner and it smelt like wet dogs and my socks were ruined from the wet carpets. There are better places to stay here in st George. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!
Negative experience: As a choice elite member, I highly reccomend that you take your business elsewhere.The manager is extremely unprofessional, unaccomadating and inappropriate. And I'll just leave it like that. Also, They cleaned the carpets, without drying them leaving them soaking wet. A perfect environment for mold to be growing in. We had to cover the entire floor with blankets to ensure that we wouldn't be breathing in harmful chemicals during our stay. Housekeeping has a negative attitude about doing their job. If you are sensitive to energy and care about your health, don't stay here!
Fantastic experience: I’ve stayed at this hotel over the past 4 years while visiting my daughter who goes to college here. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed here 10 times and never had an incident of any kind. Front desk has always been very accommodating. Recommend this hotel for anyone.
Negative experience: Shower would not work and left my phone charger in room and magically disappeared front seat was nice enough to give me a key to check but no sign maids are not honest be careful leaving anything behind here
Hello Ryan, we take comments like these very seriously. Our housekeeping staff is trained on how to deal with lost items and they bring any lost items to the front desk. Chargers are one of the most commonly left items and we can assure you housekeeping did not steal your charger. We are sorry to hear about the shower. Maintenance issues should be brought to the attention of the front desk staff in order to resolve them in a timely manner.
Positive experience: Room was clean and beds were comfortable. If you are looking for a place to relax and sleep in, then this is NOT the place for you. Housekeeping started pounding on all the doors at 9am and again at 10am. She would play her music in the hallway. She did this both mornings we stayed here. We were up late the nights before and was looking forward to sleeping in. And Utah is in an earlier time zone than us. When we complained to the front desk we just got a "oh sorry" but it was obvious they wouldn't do anything about it. I've done a lot of traveling and I've never stayed at a hotel where Housekeeping was pounding on doors before noon. Oh, and our room didn't have a "do not disturb" sign to hang. And we heard another customer telling the Housekeeping lady that they weren't checking out for a few more hours so she needed to stop.
Positive experience: The rooms are clean and decent. My complaint with this hotel is the housekeeping staff. They did not clean our room once during our stay. However, they went up and down the hallway knocking on everyone's door at 9 am both days, including our checkout day. Local time is an hour ahead of our time zone. To top it off, we had spring forward the night of our checkout, so they woke us up the equivalent of 7am our time. On our checkout day. When we didn't check out yet. Then to top it off, we had just fallen back asleep and they came and knocked on the door AGAIN. The room did not have a do not disturb sign to hang on the door. I mentioned this at check out, but they clearly did not care. The hotel is decent, but don't stay here if you want to sleep past 9 am.
Fantastic experience: Very good customer service experience
Negative experience: One of my employees was staying here recently and there was an incident that happened that needs to be shared. Our employee that was paying to stay in this hotel went up to her room as normal and wasn’t able to get in as her key wasn’t working. She went to the front desk to ask for help. The front desk then states, “oh your key doesn’t work because someone had entered your room that wasn’t you.” Then they proceeded to give her a new pair of key cards, for the same room. She, had to ask them, to get her a different room. Once I heard about this I told her to get out of that hotel immediately. She was traveling alone and was completely vulnerable. Not only did they not make a police report, they told me they were doing nothing about this situation going forward. The man I spoke with on the phone was surprised that I asked him to do something about this situation. I would not stay in this hotel ever. They do not care about your safety or there would have been a conversation about implementing something. Better yet, they should already have a safety protocol in place due to this safety incident. This shows me that they do not care.
Hello Makenzie, I can assure you that guest safety is our absolute number one priority. In the example you provided, the person must have gained access to the room with a key from a 3rd party. Wether they found the key on the ground, or the guest gave the key to someone else, we never give keys to any rooms without proper identification. We do not ever give keys to anyone other than the person checking in. We regret the fact that you had a negatiove experience, and would be happy to further discuss any concerns you may have by phone. Guest safety and satisfaction is always number one for us.
Fantastic experience: Quick & easy check-in and check-out. Room was clean, the pool & hot tub was relaxing. Maverik is right next door. Easy access to freeway & close to UT.

Fantastic experience: A very nice hotel. Walls are thick in the hotel rooms so you will get a lot of peace and quiet. The hotel rooms are suites so there is more space with even comfy couches, good if you plan to stay for a few days. We also visited the gym there and it was pretty nice. Some of the weights were missing, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Sadly it is likely that customers abscond with them. Breakfast was a nice experience and the front desk show a genuine care for their customers. I will definitely stay here again if coming through the area.

Negative experience: WARNING: If sleep is your priority then avoid this hotel like the plague. The air conditioning was either in its death phase or this hotel uses motion sensors to turn off the a/c when nobody is moving in the room. I tried to turn on the fan to provide white noise but that shut off as well. The beds are creaky when you lie down and need to be replaced. The cleanliness of the furniture exhibited signs of dried male body fluids and were disgusting. The only saving grace was the water pressure as it was strong. I will never stay at another Comfort Inn & Suites again for the rest of my life as I value my sleep like gold.
Hello, it sounds like you have confused our hotel, Comfort Suites with a different hotel in town, Comfort Inn & Suites. Our hotel, Comfort Suites is only about 5 years old, and as such, our facilities are in peak condition. Our hotel does not use motion sensors to control A/C units, and cleanliness is a top priority for us.
Fantastic experience: We stayed at this hotel for one night before heading to Zion the next day. The location is ideal, close to Springdale. Breakfast was great. Free parking. I recommend it!!

Fantastic experience: Stopped here on the way to Vegas. Super clean, rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. Late check out friendly. The pool is nice. Location is great and walking distance to pioneer Park - great spots for short hikes and sunset. I missed their breakfast because it shuts off at 930, but there's a million places to eat within 5 feet and it's surrounded by convenience stores. Great that they have a few electric car chargers on the property.

Fantastic experience: Took a trip for a few days with my sister. We had a great time. The location of this hotel is great. It is by a lot of places. The rooms are a decent size and they are clean and comfortable. We slept really well. The pool and hot tub are outdoor and very fun. The breakfast was good. We would stay here again.

Negative experience: This hotel does not pay vendors for repairs. Fixed their pool heater and sent an invoice that day Tu said Victor would pay but it’s been 6 months and still no payment.
Fantastic experience: Hotel was very clean both in the room and the common areas. The bed was comfortable, with plenty of pillows and blankets and the air condition worked very well. The window covers closed completely to keep out the morning sunshine. The room had a small refrigerator, an iron and ironing board and hair dryer. They supplied soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion that was all well stocked. The free wifi worked great and there were USB charging ports in the outlets. There was daily maid service and they provided clean towels everyday. We had a king size bed with a sitting area that had a couch, which was very comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of selections including eggs, waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, muffins, coffee and juice. They provided coffee and lemon water in the lobby area, throughout the day and the lobby had several couches and tv's if you wanted to sit in the lobby for awhile. All staff was very polite, nice and helpful. We didn't have time to use the pool but it always looked clean and well taken care of. Parking was easy and location was convenient. I have no complaints at all and I would definitely stay there again.

Positive experience: We stayed here four nights while visiting family. The hotel itself was pretty clean and modern. The room was a good size. The thing we didn’t like was the noise! There is no sound proofing. We could hear everyone. There were teenagers running down the hallway screaming at midnight one night. They put us right by the elevator which did not help things. The air conditioner in our room was also very loud. The beds were fine. The price isn’t bad, and the breakfast was decent. We will probably try a different place next time.
Thank you for the input. Our hotel was built with soundproofing to reduce unwanted noise, but as with any hotel, it does not keep all noise out. When other guests are disturbing those trying to relax, we ask that the guest notifies the front desk in order to get the situation resolved promptly. As for the location of the room, we are happy to move guests into any selected room when we have availability. We apologize that you didn't get to enjoy your stay to the fullest extent and would like to invite you to stay at our hotel again in the future.
Negative experience: Booked a room 3.16.23, noticed i needed another night 5 minutes after booking, called, and front desk gentleman was rather unhelpful. He also seemed to be proud of his lack of customer service, which was odd. Upon asking for another night , he said that the extra night would be an extra 70 dollars. (up from $120>>$185) plus taxes. I booked it because I had to, not because i wanted to deal with the extortion of it. I will be staying here (Because i have to), but next time will go elsewhere as I travel here monthly and need better customer service.

Positive experience: This is a very nice hotel with a CRAPPY breakfast. I swear, they took the scramble eggs out of the container and warmed them and that was all. They were never stirred or broken up. They served spicy sausage links that were, no doubt, warmed from the previous breakfast when they weren't finished. They had piss poor apples. Their waffle maker was out of service and they only had onion bagels. The rooms were wonderful and quiet and the queen suite was very comfortable. There was adequate outlets and they loaned us a fan which was nice. I will 100% stay here again before I stay at the St. George North location. Even if their breakfast sucked, the stay itself was worth the extra expense to the other location. We utilized their laundry facility in the hotel and the prices were reasonable. The snack shop was way over priced; $4 for a Totino pizza but, it was offered. They really need more parking and cameras on 3 sides which they didn't offer. Again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if needed.
Positive experience: Generally our rooms have been great. Stay here anytime we come to St George. Pool towels are a hot commodity and are rarely available.

Fantastic experience: We had the best experience staying here two nights. The rooms are clean and totally updated and the breakfast was great! But the best part was the manager on site named Semi. We had an issue that he totally helped us with and he went above and beyond. We come to Utah every year and I will for sure come back and stay here just so I can be taken care of with such great care. Thank you Semi you’re the best!!
Fantastic experience: I stayed at a different hotel prior to staying here and it was stressful to say the least. I then checked into this hotel based on its reviews and it seemed like a nice place. The room was very spacious and clean and the staff was welcoming. The breakfast was simple but delicious before heading out in the mornings. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic experience: The room had alot space and was clean the guest service was extremely excellent would definitely recommend this place and I will definitely be staying here whenever I am out this side.
Negative experience: The room wasn't as clean as we expected it to be. There was clutter and dust under the couch, for example. Also, we made a reservation for 3 nights but had to leave after only two nights. We explained it to the clerk. He said not to worry. We would be charged for only the two nights. Not so. We were charged for three nights.

Positive experience: Love how clean this place is…grounds and all. Room is a great size, linens super crisp. Only drawback is being charged for electric vehicle charging (generally hotels that offer that convenience don’t charge for it). I’d stay here again and recommend others to do the same!

Positive experience: Nice hotel. Like that there is 2 beds and a pull out so there is no fighting between the kids about the covers. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. If you want fancy breakfast find something else. Cleaning needs to be checked. Floor under desk hadn't been swept in a long time really dirty. I noticed it when I threw something in the garbage can. Also in the bathroom the floor was dirty. There was stuff under the sink that didn't make it the can from the previous people and it looks like someone would didn't want to clean it up. I would stay there again but hope the cleaning gets addressed.
Negative experience: Been here once before, was excited to come back. This time we’ve been disappointed in the cleanliness. Shower curtain was filthy, coffee rings on the back of the toilet, mirrors dirty, what looks like blood spots on wall around bed, food splatters on wall and floor was super dirty after laying white bath mat down. The complimentary breakfast left a lot to be desired as well. Won’t be staying here next time.

Positive experience: Lovely design to the rooms. Loved the closet and large desk. Absolutely loved that you had USB ports along with electrical outlets, for charging. Just fyi, there's a photo in room 319 of a waterfall that is hung sideways. Enjoyed the outdoor pool! The continental breakfast could've been better. Liked the sausage, but would've loved to see bread, bagels, and a toaster, maybe even a waffle maker. The dining area for breakfast was also ridiculously warm. While I know it gets hot during the day, it shouldn't feel like it's 80 degrees inside, first thing in the morning. Would have loved to see some ceiling fans in the dining area, if not a boost to the A.C. In addition to being warm, it was stuffy and felt like there was zero air circulation in that area of the hotel.

Fantastic experience: I stayed here for 3 night, I did experience an issue one of the nights but the GM exceeded my expectations with the resolution so I’m still giving them 5 stars. The staff was friendly, hotel was clean, and great location to Zion. If I return to this area I will stay here again.

Positive experience: Beautiful spacious room, very clean and modern. This was our first Choice hotel stay and I was so impressed with our accommodations, that we booked the remainder of our 10 day vacation with only Choice hotels. Hot breakfast, as well as quite a few choices for bagged items like muffins, bagels, etc. The reason this hotel gets a 4, not a 5 star is the customer service from the front desk clerk. Our remote did not work and when I called down to tell him, he said give him a couple minutes. 30 minutes later, I called again, and he told us to come get another remote. So...second remote not working as well. Called down again and he said he would get back to me in a couple minutes, and never did. We ended up changing the channels and controlling the volume the old fashioned way - using the TV itself.

Positive experience: I very much enjoyed my stay with the exception of the extremely hard water. If I had washed my car in the motel water I would need a paint job.

Negative experience: We had planned to do a simple spring break weekend trip and our main plan was to stay in two rooms and swim, bike and hangout at the hotel with our kids. We called ahead to make sure the pool was heated and was told yes. I then called a few days before and asked again and that was one of our big plans with our kids and asked again if it was really heated and worked. When we arrived we asked again and was reassured. Their pool has to be coldest I have ever swam in and I have swam in non-heated pools. I finally spoke to the front desk and they admitted that the heater had been broken for two weeks. :( As a travel agent, I was very frustrated that they lied and had no plans of fixing it while we kept asking if it worked. The covid breakfast had some pre-packaged food and they ran out of the basics each morning 30 mins before the breakfast closed. When you can buy pre-packaged items in bulk, I am surprised they can't keep juice, salsa packets or yogurt. As for the condition of the hotel, the place is clean and up to date.
Jasmin, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay. On behalf of our entire team we would like to apologize for what seemed to be less then perfect stay. In regards to the swimming pool, we're sorry to hear that it wasn't working properly during your stay. We are not sure which employee might have let you know the heaters have been out for 2 weeks, because that is not correct. According to our records and maintenance log the heater stopped working Saturday and was working again by Monday. Again, we apologize that it was not heated for you. I assure you that when you called prior to your stay the pool was up and running properly. We are having maintenance go out in the morning to double check everything is running properly for all of our future guests. Regarding your breakfast experience, it seems we failed to keep up on a few items and we do apologize for that. With this information we are better able to purchase and stock our breakfast products for our future guests. Negative experience: The workers were very polite and helpful, but there was zero concern for COVID 19 regulations. Washington county currently requires masks and people were in the lobby and the halls without a mask every time I walked through and no one seemed to care. The continental breakfast consisted of either a small muffin or an uncrustable, that’s it. Usually hotels have a little more selection, even during the pandemic. The bed is not comfortable. Very firm. Everything else was as you would expect from a hotel, so nothing special. That’s why I’m giving them such a poor rating.

It is mandatory for out staff to wear masks at all times, we also have a ceiling to floor plastic partition that protects our guests at the time of check in. Negative experience: The hotel was comfortable but they didn’t follow any covid regulations. There was no signage encouraging mask wearing and no enforcement. Less than 10% of the patrons were wearing masks. Very disappointing and I can not recommend anyone stay here since the hotel clearly doesn’t care about their customers health or safety.

Fantastic experience: Clean, Modern and Spacious suites. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast to go option was nice, considering many other hotels have gotten rid of the breakfast option due to covid.

Positive experience: Only giving 3 stars because the cleaning staff is very inattentive. The rooms are new and very nice, but they'll go downhill fast unless the cleaning improves. There were soda stains and crumbs on the white shelf between couch and bed from a previous visit. They were not noticed or cleaned by the staff for the 3 days we were there. There was also a drink stain on an ottoman that was not cleaned.
We apologize that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. Please let us know how we can make up for this.
Positive experience: Room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We heard water in the plumbing running above us all night but it wasn’t too distracting. They had a free breakfast that was just the basics so we walked next door and had a nice breakfast at Denny’s.

Fantastic experience: A brand new hotel. Rooms are big with two queen beds and a sitting area with a sofa. A lots of outlets so we family of four had no trouble charging our phones, tablets and cameras. Swimming pool is heated so kids enjoyed it (and the hot tub) even in such old weather. A lots of restaurants nearby is another plus.

Positive experience: This was a nice place and clean. Bed was a little hard. Pillows were awesome. Big rooms. Good friendly staff. Honestly I have never had to actually go out and get my plate number. So be prepared they will make you get it. Would stay here again.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were tired and cranky when we arrived at the Comfort Suites in St. George, UT. We were welcomed with a bright smile and super fast service. The bed was very comfy and the room was large. The shower looked like what my shower at home would like to grow up to be one day!

Fantastic experience: Great hotel! Very clean hotel, friendly front staff, spacious rooms, and breakfast included. I travel to St George for work, and used to book my hotel simply based on price and location. Since finding this hotel over a year ago, it is the only place I stay. Not only is it a great value, it is also significantly nicer than any other option in its price range. I highly recommend.

Positive experience: The front desk staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are clean, and the pool was a great temperature. However the manager was there with her friends (or whoever she was letting swim in the pool for free)… And when her friend asked if the pool was a salt water pool she said it was not, I responded that it definitely had salt water in it.... To which she rolled her eyes and scoffed at me… I don’t know why there was salt in the water, not do I care really, but it was the saltiest pool water I had ever been in... and despite her friend agreeing, me saying it was salty and the other guest saying it was salty her response was still condescension... the manager needs to work on her attitude because of this is how she treats her guests i can only imagine how she treats her employees!

I am however trying to understand how this conversation at the pool with some lady makes it in to the majority of the review. You also left us a 1 out of 10 on likelihood to recommend (which is a big part of our hotel) on the Choice feedback form all based on this pool conversation. Something seems off. I am the manager...my name is Ryan. I treat my employees great and love each one of them. I am sorry you had this moment at the pool with some lady...for the record it is a chlorine pool not salt and none of the staff use the pool. We don't let non guests into the pool area. Fantastic experience: New property and very well done. Very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast is very good, and the heated pool and hot tub were great. Staff is helpful, friendly, and professional. Plenty of parking, and you can walk to restaurants nearby. Close to main roads, but far enough away to be quiet when you need it. Very reasonable price makes this a top pick!
Fantastic experience: Das war das beste Choicehotel auf meinem Roadtrip durch den Südwesten der USA. Sehr sauber, extrem freundlich und wirklich schöne Zimmer mit gutem TV Angebot. Durch die Nähe zur I-15 bietet sich das Hotel an die Gegend zu erkunden. Wenn es 30 Minuten eher Frühstück geben würde, wäre es optimal. Ich komme gern wieder.
Fantastic experience: Moderne, große und gut ausgestattete Zimmer die sich in einem sauberen, gepflegten Zustand befinden. Das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend! Nettes und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück war im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels überdurchschnittlich gut. Wir haben die Buchung nicht bereut.
Fantastic experience: Wonderful big breakfast, lots of choices. Large rooms. Very friendly staff. Very clean!! We stayed Sunday-Thursday so it was not just an overnight trip. Could not have been happier. We had a problem with a reservation we had at a different hotel (The Coronada, very rude staff, very dirty rooms!) So we made a last minute reservation here and I'm so glad we did. Ryan at the front desk was super nice and all the other front people were also so friendly. Some of the rooms don't have a great view (looking at a the hill) but our room looked out over the valley which was very pretty. Great pool and hot tub. We would for sure stay here again!!

Fantastic experience: This is a fairly new hotel and the rooms are big and very nice. We have enjoyed our visit and it has been located well to the many places we have visited. The staff is very friendly and helped us timely with our service request. The breakfast was also good too. The only things to know about the hotel is the pool is not heated in the winter and there is only one treadmill. Overall it was a good stay.

Negative experience: Hotel was just okay. The carpets need to be replaced, they smelled very old, other renevations were nice and clean. The air-conditioning was extremely loud and kept me from sleeping more than 3 hours in a full night. Matress was very painful.
