Negative experience: Called during snow storm and was pleasantly surprised when told they'd be able to help in a couple of hours. Aaa Called back an hour later and let myself know to call back after 8 the next morning and they MIGHT help ,week ago or so they couldn't tell myself after several conversations with staff and hours when my expensive battery in my van expired and I should just suck up and buy another.their batteries have 3 year warranty interstate which I purchased from my mechanic at half the price has 5 year warranty. Aaa really going down hill.may switch to my subaru new car road assistance they showed last night like promised.

Negative experience: I work for a tow company and have been around this stuff my whole life. Never have I ever had a driver cut not one but 2 people off in the matter of within a mile. Not looking barely using a blinker and then thinks it's funny that he does it. Old man gonna catch some hands next time.

Negative experience: On Wednesday August 28, 2024 I found myself with a flat tire on the southbound section of highway 75 in Tulsa, OK. At 5PM I called the AAA roadside assistance on my card. The person I talked to wanted to know what address I was at I explained that the highway is elevated where I was located. I could see two exit signs ahead of me.They were labeled 4B & 4C. I travel in that area and know that the first exit go to the Broken Arrow highway 51 and that the next exit takes you to 7th Street, down town Tulsa. The dispatcher said someone would be there in an hour. It was 90 degrees, I had no water and no tow truck had arrived. I called the roadside assistance number again and was told my order had been cancelled. To say I was distraught at this point is to say the least. The dispatcher told me she didn't know why the first order had been cancelled. I was very upset and said a few things that I would have rather not said. I told her I was without water, it was too far away for me to walk along the side of the road to get to the next exits. I did not feel safe doing that. I was incredulous when I was they could get someone to me by 8pm. This meant I was going to have to be stuck in the 90 degree heat for another two hours if I was lucky. When 8pm came and still no tow truck or communication from you dispatch center. I called to the Oklahoma highway patrol.In less than 30 minutes they were on the scene. They gave me a bottle of water to drink and I could stop shaking. By 9pm they were able to get a tow truck for me. They had spent more than 30 minutes trying to get through to your dispatcher who told them their phone was ringing off the hook.Perhaps you need to get more phone lines and people to answer them. Your roadside assistance at least in Tulsa is a Joke. I was able to see your dispatcher left me a phone message. I was totally unaware they had called. When someone didn't respond to those calls why didn't they text me instead of blowing me off. I wouldn't wish that nightmare on anyone else. no photos Your system would not let me post this nightmare experience

Positive experience: Staff never truly welcoming there. This visit was pointless...was supposed to be for IdentoGo service which had to be sch'd online yet the machine at AAA was known to be broken at least a day or more before my appt yet neither they nor anyone from IdentoGo notified me...annoying waste of time. Forget calling IdentoGo as their CS staff is even more unfriendly and useless.

Negative experience: Couldn't give them negative stars. I received a membership as a gift last 2 Christmases. Needed a tow this week. Could not even speak with anyone after hours of frustration. So I paid $106.00 for a tow truck. Triple F! Threw useless card away and will request anything but FFF membership next xmas

Fantastic experience: We went to AAA for our international driving licenses. Great location and very easy to park. The service is stellar. We were greeted on entering and we had immediate service. Fantastic experience: AAA is a amazing company. Our house burnt a couple of years ago. They helped us in every way they could. I can still call my representative and he answers all my questions. I called at about 3:00 in the morning. I locked my keys in my car. They were there in about 30 minutes. The gentleman was so kind.

I renewed membership and had a driver there in 30 minutes. Negative experience: The last few times we used triple was we had to wait OVER 3 hours. We are a premium customer but that doesn’t matter. I remember when triple a was really good. Not anymore. Apparently they only use ONE towing service int the area. This is unacceptable!! We have now been waiting over FOUR hours for service because they won’t call the tow services closer to us. My mother is 81 years old and to be left on the side of the road at a very dangerous intersection is appalling!! I WILL be filing a complaint!!!! It’s midnight and no one will answer the phone. Unacceptable

Negative experience: I have been a member for 6 years. On a trip, my vehicle broke down. It took AAA 16 hours to get atow truck to me. The driver took a longer than necessary route to pad his account. I had to use the trip interruption insurance..It took 2 months and numerous calls to get a refund. I received a letter today, stating Aaa would not renew my membership.

Negative experience: Worst situation ever with AAA. Stranded with kids and baby in Texas on vacation in between citys, next major city was 300+ miles away AAA and said company wouldn't come pick us up or tow my vehicle because of how many children i had. After asking could they just tow and we could walk to closest exit or town they said NO and just left me and my family on the side of the road in 108 degree weather, they wouldn't contact another company to tow either. Instead they suggested i call a uber (nearest social transit was 1 hr & 30 minutes away) just to get 30 miles to next small town. TERRIBLE, after being a member for 3+ years and in that 3 years i used 2 free tows. No help what so ever i give them a -10 stars for paid services

Negative experience: POOR SERVICE 2 times in a row. This is the second time I have needed a tow in 18 months. Both times I was given an estimated time and told I would be updated. First time the driver ran behind.. understandable, but we waited in 90 degree hot car for an extra delay because driver serviced a car who had just called from the same parking lot before us. We had been waiting 90+ minutes.. Toaday we were told 55 minute wait and that we would receive updates. No updates at 55 minutes so called dispatch was told D&L had accepted call but were delayed and to expect an additional 45 min wait. I explained this was not acceptable and dispatch said they would try to route to a quicker driver and call me back in about 10 minutes. 20 minutes later no call. Called again and third dispatcher was not able to comprehend the problem so I was transferred to supervisor and by this time had to cancel tow. Asked for a supervisor to lodge complaint regarding not being called back. Was transferred back to call taker who informed me they have no supervisor to speak with and that member services wouldresearch it. Not happy with this type of service or response. Maybe try tow service through car insurance policy, not planning to renew.
