Fantastic experience: This year we decided to do x-mas different ! We asked the boys if they would like to go somewhere , they said yes ! So we went to RIU palace in Cabo san lucas with a couple other friends and their families ! Vincent Vacations and Jeanette Blevins set up everything up for us ! Jeanette was so helpful making arrangements for flights, transportations , rooms , etc ! Only hiccup was our luggage didnt make it to Cabo the day we got there ,it took 2-3 days to get it ! Clearly not Vincent vacations or Jeanette fault , but she was the best helping us , staying in constant contact with us and the sw airlines until we got it ! So so helpful ! The resort was very nice and pretty ! Christmas decorations throughout the resort , food was great , entertainment was great ! Staff was very helpful and nice ! Wouldn’t hesitate to go back ! Will b using Vincent vacations and Jeanette for our next future trips ! Thanks Jeanette

Fantastic experience: We worked with Chastity from Vincent Vacations on a trip to Ireland. We went in the off-season so we found it difficult to find tours on our own, also never having traveled to Europe we were overwhelmed with where to stay, what to do, etc., which is where Chastity comes in. I was ASTOUNDED with how, thorough, detail oriented, communicative and helpful she was. I had never worked with a travel agent before, and am so impressed and grateful to Chastity that I’ve recommended her to several people and will be working with her in the future. Fantastic experience: I travel a lot. I like to think I am pretty good at it. But when I wanted to go to the Paris Olympics to see specific events spread out and also see Greece and Italy, I was overwhelmed. I reached out to Angel Goforth at Vincent Vacations and I am so glad I did. She was incredible. I can say, without a doubt, the trip she planned is the best trip I have ever been on. I briefly lost my passport in Italy and she was available to me to troubleshoot issues from back in the states. She was truly a God send. I cannot recommend Angela and Vincent enough!

Positive experience: We had a great trip on the Amtrak train. We had 2 rooms where we could sleep- have a bathroom- and eat in the diner. It was more expensive but worth it.

Fantastic experience: Becky Walters assissted us in putting together a Christmas family trip. We were travelling from various parts of the country, and had shifting needs. She gave us several options, helped us narrow our choices, and gave great suggestions. In the end, we stayed at a wonderful resort, got us airline tickets that coordinated, and set up our transfers. Fantastic experience: We had the best time on our honeymoon! Angela was such a big help. She booked our resort, flights, and shuttles for us to and from the airport. It was so nice being able to actually relax and not worry about how we are getting to and from places. We were able to really enjoy our time. Our room was incredible. We gave Angela a list of things we are interested in and the resort she recommended had everything we asked for. She found the perfect hotel that was close to all the sites and got us a nonstop flight which helped ease my anxiety. I don’t like layovers. I loved that I could make payments until closer to the travel date. I was able to budget better and prepare for other expenses. Negative experience: I booked with Terri. She was very responsive until I placed a deposit, and after that she would regularly take weeks to answer any of my emails or texts. I did at one point reach our to Lia & Linze and they were very helpful and assured me that Terri would reach out to me promptly. Terri did reach out and gave me some needed information. On this final call with Terri she said she would reach out to me the following week so we could speak one last time before the cruise, which she never did. I would never book with her again as I had horrible service which sometimes felt like a scam. From emailing half from her personal Yahoo to half from her work email, to her name being spelled different ways across different documents, to weeks of not hearing back, to her saying she would contact me again and never doing so, it was just a sour experience that had me anxious going into my father's retirement cruise. Services she said we would receive on the cruise we never received also. Her service was a disappointment. We did enjoy the cruise and have booked several more departing over the next few years, but we did not book with Terri. I advise you go elsewhere. I think if you book with Lia or Linze you would have a positive experience though!

We just booked our 4th trip with her, 2 all-inclusive trips, a cruise, and a destination wedding/honeymoon combination so far, with plans to book all our future trips with her as well. Jessica is absolutely the best to work with and makes the process so easy. She takes care of her customers like they are her own family.

I don’t have much time or energy to plan a vacation and Amanda took care of everything. She also helped us choose the best resort for our budget and time. Amanda took care of our flights, our transport to and from the airport and resort, she even gave us all the information we needed to fill out to enter the country. If I would have tried to do it myself I would have missed out on knowing we needed to fill out extra things to enter the country and would have spent time i don’t have to just do research on resorts. Amanda made it so easy and so convenient. There is even an app that included all of the information for our trip which made it even easier to travel because it was all right on my phone. Cannot thank Amanda enough! Can’t wait until she helps us with our next trip!

The pre-cruise visit to Vancouver and the post-cruise trip to Denali National Park was quite nice. Terri took care of our flights, accommodations, and cruise experiences. Your suggestion to include the 3 day land tour was perfect. We toured through Denali, Talkeetna and back to Anchorage by motor coach and train. It was packed full of several visits to amazing places. Fantastic experience: Jessica Pratt planned the best vacation for our family! We went to Secrets Maroma Beach Cancun in July 2024. We had never been out of the country before so we had no idea how to plan a trip. She made it so easy because she did EVERYTHING, from the minute we arrived at the airport to leave until we arrived at the airport to come home and even more! She gave us details for the entire week we would be gone! We all know vacations can have bumps in them that cannot be avoided but they can be especially scary when you’re out of the country! Negative experience: Our family of 13 just came back from our cruise booked by Vincent vacations!! Let me say the one star is too much!! Vincent vacations didn't even book our rooms near each other, our family dinners together, she didn't even tell us that some of us were going to be charged gratuity double!! Royal showed us where our agent submitted that gratuity was not paid but thankfully we had our copies on the boat!! Horrible company that doesn't really do their job but charged us Soo much more for it!! Never again with Vincent vacations!!!! Update... So the owner decided to post on here only part of the problems and used small print information Not discussed by travel agent and claimed I hung up, but was told I would get a call back about the issues!!! Not our fault that the agent failed to give complete information and failed to provide the proof when asked!!

Fantastic experience: Becky with Vincent Vacations has been our go to for all our families travel needs. We’ve used her for multiple trips over the past few years. She recently sent us to Haven Riviera Maya and we had a great time. The hotel was clean, staff was very helpful and the food was one of the better AI food we’ve had. All in all, we would rate Haven an 8 out of 10. Only down fall for Haven. It’s not the best beach area. Becky is always a 10 of 10. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful.

Everything Haley booked for us was perfect for our family of 6. From the tours scheduled, to ease of travel, to accommodations, all were top notch and made our vacation so enjoyable! Fantastic experience: Maranda Stout was my agent and she was amazing! She made sure everything ran smoothly from booking till we were home! We went to Chic by Royalton in the dominican republic and 10/10 reccomend! It's beautiful, the vibe is so fun and the people there are so accommodating and friendly! We had the best trip!

Fantastic experience: We had a 5 star experience with our agent MaRanda Stout thru Vincent Vacations. My family just returned from a trip to London and Paris. Our agent was Travel By MaRanda Vincent Vacations (MaRanda Stout). She was wonderful. She arranged everything and was super responsive. She also recruited a local agency from Europe who arranged private guides for my family. We would highly recommend Maranda.

Negative experience: Kate McCutchin was our agent and did a terrible job. Would not return emails, said would call and never did. I do not suggest this agency as we reached out the management and they did not help. She did not book the rooms requested. Told us to book our own transport from hotel. The worst, she should not be in the travel agent business.

Fantastic experience: Amanda Berlin did an exceptional job at planning my partner and I’s trip to Punta Cana! Fantastic experience: I don’t have enough great things to say about Vincent Vacations, and especially Kari L. who specializes in Disney planning. She got us better rates than the travel agency we formerly used, she gave us great tips on getting the best airfare rates, and she knows *everything* Disney. She gave us great recommendations on events, using Genie+, when to use the shuttles vs. Lyft or a Minnie Van, and she helped us on the fly when our kid got sick on the trip. She met with me beforehand and gave me all sorts of fabulous planning sheets with ride and character information. No way we could have planned such a special trip without her. When we do Disney again, she’ll be our first call.

Fantastic experience: Wanted to surprise my wife with an anniversary trip to NYC for our 10th (she found out early, because of course she did…) Tami Durant did an incredible job! Flights were booking quickly, but she was still able to get us onto flights at our preferred time to our preferred airport. There was an issue with our flights just a few days before leaving, but Tami took care of everything for us so we never had to deal with an airline rep ourselves. She also found us a boutique hotel I never would have found, but now couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. The hotel upgraded us to the penthouse floor when we mentioned our anniversary, then we received a small gift from Tami as well! She was with us every step of the way, answering text, emails and phone calls. She was patient and kind when I changed my mind on 15+ different things. Fantastic experience: Brandi Ridge assisted us with our first cruise! She was ever bit of amazing! We booked pretty far in advance but while we waited and even on the cruise she checked in with us! She gave us tips what to bring, do, excursions, and so much more. Thank you Brandi for knocking this out of the park for us!
