Fantastic experience: Went in for an IDP (International Drivers Permit) and was in and out in about 10 minutes. It probably helped that I completed the form ahead of time also. But the staff were all very friendly and helpful (and took a great picture of me :)) I’ve never used a travel agency but now I’m considering using AAA for my next trip!

Negative experience: If they tell you that you can get your vehicle towed from your place of residency to a mechanic shop. Then they lied to you. I even got the premium service and it’s not possible when I was told a month ago that it was. The only reason why I signed up for AAA. Staying in gear isn’t a big issue I guess

Positive experience: Super nice and helpful ladies answer the phone although I’m a member and they wanted to charge me $50 to make a flight reservation for me which I was shocked over. A member of what am I paying for? But also I’m planning driving Tour through Germany and they could only make suggestions about where to get the things that I needed. They didn’t actually have them.but again super nice and helpful where they can be.

Negative experience: Found out they aren't open on weekends. What kind of travel agency isn't open weekends to accommodate people who need their services but work during the week. At least be open on a Saturday.

Negative experience: I called, and due to the long wait time it gave me the option to leave a message. They called back within the hour. That is the good part. Unfortunately, the agent didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the my travel area (Cancun). She performed some searches of the same kind I did before I called and didn’t have much useful information beyond what I already found. I haven’t used a travel agent in a long time so I had some questions, but she seemed really bothered with me so I wasn’t interested in proceeding further. I got the pretty clear message that I fall into some category of people she absolutely hates dealing with — just barely contained hostility.

Fantastic experience: When I left Verizon Wireless behind, I left behind the roadside assistance that was part of my calling plan. After 2 years, I researched companies offering roadside assistance, and AAA seemed to be the most recommended. I went ahead and became a member. I called the Lynnwood office and spoke with Deborah, who made the enrollment process quick and easy. She answered all my questions and was incredibly helpful and reassuring. I'm so glad that I enrolled. I had to call for a tow truck today, and AAA took all of the stress out of the situation. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Was desperate on a last-minute business trip to get assistance with a hotel. Walked in and the lady helped me promptly very kind and understanding, she set me up with a hotel gave me triptych and I was on my way. They were just wonderful here in the Lynnwood office thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Welcoming and enjoyable my experience in this AAA location. They young lady at the counter was so polished and polite and helped us with processing our international drivers permit. The store also stocks many travel items including Stockwell colorful short compression socks which I had been looking for. Lovely place.

Negative experience: Called multiple times with no return calls. Finally got an appointment and the help planning my trip was underwhelming. The person wasn't involved in enriching my trip, just clicking buttons to print directions.

Positive experience: Needed passport photos since Costco doesn't do them any longer. Also needed maps and tour books. Only one person there to do pictures so had a 15 minute wait. She apologized and said she would discount the pictures for having to wait. Still paid the same price as any AAA member.

Negative experience: Very rude staff, my wife was parked outside feeding my kids a sandwich in the car from next door and she had the audacity to go outside and tell her to leave because there has been 'suspicious activity recently'. Basically because of her skin color and how nice her ride is imo... Shame on u

Fantastic experience: Excellent and fun presentation on Australia and New Zealand, and good info on how AAA can help you plan a trip, but not a hard sell. Ideas on how to make the best of however much time you want to spend "down under". Two useful booklets, plus coffee, soda, and Australian cookies and a hilarious demonstration on a unique way to dunk the cookie in the coffee. Next, I plan to attend their presentation on how to pack for a long trip. You don't even have to be a AAA member to attend these sessions.

Negative experience: I wish I wouldn't need to post this review comments but I was left with no options except to comment about unprofessional manner of a staff at this branch. The staff referenced was asked by a supervisor to assist in finding competitive insurance premium for me. The staff promised to help and get back with me unfailingly in two days. The staff did not. I had to call the staff to know the status. I reminded the staff that we've been a member of AAA for over three decades and yet have not been treated well or getting timely response to request. The staff actually dropped the telephone on me after yelling about how busy she has been. I really hope the staff would get some training on how to treat and relate constructively with customers. I'm now left with no other choice than to take my business to other agencies that would be more responsive and meet customer's need in a timely and qualitative ways.

Fantastic experience: It's been years since I was in a AAA and I didn't see any of the tour books for which I came. The store had all kinds of travel books, maps, luggage, and apparel. The service was fantastic. I've been an AAA member for more than 20 years and this is the best AAA location! I will be back.
