Fantastic experience: Great service, professional staff. Handle our insurance, DMV tasks and travel support.

Negative experience: We went to make a small change to the policy, just to add a driver. Our English is not good, so they sent us to another agency; they didn’t even make an effort to assist us. Very poor service. Also, they never answer the phone, but when it’s time to take on new clients, they don’t care if you speak English or Spanish well.

Fantastic experience: Ryan Brown is a star representative who expertly assisted me in merging accounts, upgrading my car insurance, and hooking me up with renter's insurance. I walked in 30-minutes before close, and Ryan patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. I walked in anxious, and left feeling relieved. Thank you very much for your assistance, Ryan!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Service!!! DMV was so not helpful in getting Title Change done. Thought I’d give AAA a try. Michael and his colleagues were patient, knowledgeable and efficient. Next day back with proof of Smog check. Done! Worth the membership!!!!

Negative experience: My passport photos taken here were too large to be accepted with my passport renewal application. Instructions state head must be 1-1 3/8 inches from bottom of chin to top of head. The AAA employee zoomed in too much, and mine was more than 1.5 inches. Go somewhere else for passport photos unless you want to risk having your passport application denied.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience here. Night and day difference in comparison to the DMV. Got there right when they opened to register my out of state vehicle and they brought me back right away. Completed the entire car registration and inspection process in 30 minutes and walked out of there with my new card, stickers, and license plate. Coffee in the lobby too (: Can’t remember who it was that assisted me (something like Johnella I think) but she was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you’re an AAA member and don’t want to endure the pain of the DMV. FYI: check to see if you are exempt from the USE TAX fee. The DMV tries to charge everyone for it but you can appeal for exemption if you bought the car out of state over a year ago. I informed them of this and they were able to waive the $2300 use tax fee that CA tries to charge you. It’s just another way for CA to try to get more out of you by charging additional sales tax for the vehicle.

Negative experience: Came here two years ago for ohv needs, no problem, came back today for new ohv and was told they don’t do ohv, do think the lady helping me knew what she was talking about and she was extremely rude. Been a triple A member for 27 years, never once been told can’t do ohv

Negative experience: Arrived to an empty office, To get a document notarized. The sign on the desk clearly reads $6 for each signature over the 5 free they allow. Because I needed more then 5 signatures, The employee complained about the workload being too much and neededcto wait until the superviser, Steve arrived. While they stood sround doing nothing, They gave me the excuse that they only had one notary, and couldn't help me. Had they helped when they first called my name, the process would have been complete by the time the manager was sent to deliver excuses to help them remain unoccupied.

Fantastic experience: In a sea of depressing DMV bureaucracy, this AAA location is *incredibly* helpful, friendly, and efficient. I don’t know how, but they CARE!

Negative experience: They don't answer the phone... the previous manager of this branch illegally parked his motorcycle in the handicapped spot. When I went in to complain... the manager rushed out to move his bike before the police arrived. I reported him to headquarters....

Nice pleasant staff, they had all the forms, I had all my documents, did changes and was issued new registration on the spot all in one visit. Fantastic experience: The wait was minimal compared to the DMV. Went to get new plates after mine were stolen and they helped me so fast. As long as they cont. doing auto registration you won't catch me in some crazy DMV line. The nice cold A/C was an awesome bonus as well. Thanks AAA

Fantastic experience: Anytime you can avoid having to go to the DMV is a good thing and AAA does many of the tasks for the DMV. In this instance, I had need of a notary which AAA has in each office. Been with them for many years and never had an issue with them. Can't do better than that.

Fantastic experience: The staff greeted and screened us at the door. They had us cue-up outside, observing social distancing. The wait time was around 15 minutes when I visited, to ask a DMV registration related question.

Roadside Assistance, towing & battery replacement services mean help is just a phone call away. If this sounds like an ad, it's been my happy experience after 13 years of membership. I can also recommend AAA auto & renter's insurance.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very nice and helpful, usually there is no wait line, but there's changes because of COVID19. Because of COVID19 they have implemented safety precautions: *You cannot go inside, you wait outside until you are called. *They will ask you questions before you go inside. *When you get to counter you have to stand on the circle 6 ft apart. I recommend going early in the morning to avoid any waiting. Also, don't forget! cash or check only to process any DMV services.
