Negative experience: I can't believe they are always busy and unable to answer the phone, it seems that those who work there still haven't realized that they are in the United States, they keep the same mentality as in Cuba. Trash of an agency.

Negative experience: It really should be zero. I have been sending money through this agency for many years. The last transfer was delivered to another address. Now, on Friday at noon, I sent money for a funeral, which still hasn't arrived. When I made the claim, they replied that if I was displeased with the service, I should not send money with them anymore, instead of trying to expedite the process, they responded to me.

They never did anything to fix the problem that was their fault. We solved the issue by our own. This agency is the WORST!! They don't answer the phone or emails. Terrible customer service..

Eso costó 1 ańo de demora y mas de un ańo sin poder visitar mi familia. Ellos nunca hicieron nada para solucionar el problema que fue su culpa. Tuve q resolverlo todo por mi cuenta llamando al Minrex en Cuba y a la embajada en Washington. Esta agencia que queda en Bergenline Ave, NJ es lo PEOR!! No responden el teléfono, ni los correos. Su portal principal tampoco responde los correos. NO SE LA RECOMIENDO A NADIE.

Tu entras a esté lugar y pareces que es una prision por la forma que hablan y tratan a las personas. Literalmente es como visitar el partido Comunista en Cuba. Estoy preparando un complaint para enviar al town de Guttenberg y al New Jersey Consumer Affairs. Espero que el complaint haga que cosas cambien.
