Positive experience: A lot of bus changes, it seems like it wasn't like this before ‍♀️

Negative experience: The porter Alexander was very self-centered and arrogant, lacking professional ethics; they shouldn't have people who mistreat customers, providing such poor service, and without empathy for others, thank you.

Negative experience: Brought my friend and his niece to this bus stop. The Bus was supposed to depart @ 10:00am, but we’re still waiting for the bus to arrive. It’s been over an hour and twenty minutes and still waiting for the bus. This is horrible service at its best!! The one off of airline seems to provide better service. Nevertheless I would recommend you use another service. The bus finally arrived @ 11:27 am

Negative experience: Very bad service and you are put at risk and danger in Mexico. They said you would transfer in the early morning, but there are no buses available to where you are going. It is a disgrace how the staff treats you there at the Mexican terminal.

Negative experience: Waiting for the bus since 10pm, at 11:09 I was told it was 25min away. At 11:42pm I was told it was 7minutes away, at 11:56, I was told that they had no one to transfer me to in English anymore. I spoke Spanish and Humberto proceeds to tell me “oh so you do speak Spanish, that would have been easier, please continue to wait for the bus or call back at 7am” & he hung up on me & will not answer the phone anymore! Tell me how was the language even relevant to the fact that the bus isn’t here and the fact that they kept lying to me regarding the time. It is now 12:03am, the bus is still not here & Humberto is not answering the phone! We had a loss in the family, we have to be at our destination on time! Update: *Humberto finally answered at about 12:30, he was rude again and told me to keep waiting until 7am if necessary. He said he had other calls to attend to. All he could say was that the bus was near!! The bus arrived at 12:42am!!! This is ridiculous!! I’m sure if we would have been late the bus would have left us!

Negative experience: Mala experiencia, el asiento que me toco estaba orinado, deben de tener cuidado con eso. Compre mi ticket de Houston a Reynosa Tamps y el chófer se paro muchas veces en las tiendas, y también en una casa de cambio y todo el camion se bajo a cambiar dólares, eso no viene en el ticket, que va a perder mucho tiempo ahí. Muy mal.

Negative experience: Pésimo servicio por parte de chóferes, no te ayudan con dudas dicen q ellos no saben nada y si esta ocupado tu lugar t dicen q t aguantes como te toque, super feos modos que tienen . El camión super sucio y el aire no funciona, las ventanas sin cortina más el baño no servía la puerta y con el calor q se sentía se apestaba horrible. La primera y la última vez que viajó con ellos. Para nada lo recomiendo. Están un poco mejor los Chávez u ómnibus. Pero bueno uno quería ver opciones y en esta terminas decepcionando.

Negative experience: This the worst trip I've ever had, if you want to be on time don't take this Tornado Bus, it's arrived around about 50 minutes late and while on the way to Brownsville TX the driver was try to find someone address by guessing where they at and makes lots frequently stops and U turned on highway and almost caused an accident. I will never ride this bus again, take Greyhound only a couple block from Tornado station on Houston Southwest freeway.

Negative experience: Últimamente pésimo servicio haen cambios a ultima hora y no le informan al cliente para estar preparado tube la mala experiencia que cambiaron de terminal y me abisaron asta último momento y quede en la calle sola y todavía estaba oscuro.
