Fantastic experience: Very helpful. I am sorry to hear all. AAA offices are closing.

Positive experience: When first walked in didn't look like it was open and I couldn't find anybody. The people that I did talk with were very nice and they got me someone to talk about auto insurance but he didn't seem very enthused and didn't offer much suggestions until I gave him my car information and ask him if he would check for me. So no deal.

Negative experience: Husband and I tried to work with Renee to set up a trip to the UK earlier this year. We paid the deposit, but communication with Renee was damn near impossible. She would never respond to our emails or she would give us a “you should hear from me by” date and then we’d never hear from here again. More than once we showed up at the store hoping to speak with her, only to be brushed off. Due to her ineptness, we ended up booking the trip on our own (which we should have done in the first place). I’m just annoyed we didn’t get to use our deposit towards something on our trip, but Renee didn’t even seem capable (or willing?) of booking anything for us.

Fantastic experience: This place is the best little secret gem! I needed an international drivers permit and was able to get it here within like 10 minutes. The women working here were all very helpful. I was greeted when I walked in and walked over to the area I needed to be. The girl at the front desk gave my little guy a toy to keep him busy while I was getting my picture taken. The whole process was so easy. Plus they have the coolest and necessary travel items. If you need a travel item asap, this is the place to go. They even have cool hiking books and outdoor accessories. Awesome store, great customer service.

Positive experience: We needed International Drivers' Permits for an upcoming trip and came here to get them. Once a team member was available, they made it quick and easy. They can also take the photos for you here, so you don't need to make a separate stop. AAA membership is not required, but will get you a discount on the photos.

Positive experience: In and out of this place super quick for passport photos. Wish there were more expansive material on direct countries. Good customer service, but like every other business lacking employees, they are no longer open on Saturdays.

Positive experience: in person staff were helpful but very bad at replying to emails and phone msgs before I went there. I guess shift is away from printed materials since most of what I was offered is couple yrs old.

Negative experience: Unfortunately we did not receive a least bit favorable quote for a seven day Alaska cruise...the same was 1'600 more than going thru celebrity cruise themselves..so glad we researched and found way better price and much more knowledgeable staff

Negative experience: You can not reach a human in less than one and a half hours. To get a tow takes 2 hours. What the holy heck is this waiste of time about?

Fantastic experience: International Driving Permits are fast and easily processed here. Bring two passport photos, you can fill out the paperwork (one page) online or when you get there. An assistant usually has me back on my way in less than 20 minutes. Nicely done.

Positive experience: We had a pleasant experience, the travel agent took her time to explain the package and answered all of our questions to the best of her ability. As far as I can remember that agency has always been at that location. The facility was updated clean and well maintained. The two hours we spent going over our travel package flew bye. We are satisfied with the price of the trip. It seems to lean heavily towards the good side of a fair price. Positive experience: Very nice facility. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We have been members for years. We went to get an International Drive's License (IDL). They also take passport photos. You don't have to be a member to purchase an IDL or get passport photos, but it is a little cheaper if you are.

Fantastic experience: They took great care of us. We added my fiances mother and they planned out her trip from Tacoma to Kansas. I also used my AAA recently. Money well spent. Thank you AAA.

Fantastic experience: The reason why I love this place is because I went down there to get some AAA Insurance and while I was there I inquired about a cruise and I was very intrigued and what I found out so I put a down payment toward a cruise from me and my four daughters my four grandsons and my one son-in-law so hopefully I'll get that paid off within a year and we can celebrate together as a family on our first cruise

Fantastic experience: I went to AAA on 6/8/19 for an event in partnership with Mary Bridge Safe and Sound. The event provided free safety checks of infant car seats and teaches new parents how to safely install the seats in their vehicles. They do ask for a small donation to fund future events. The gal who helped us was absolutely amazing! Her name was Kelly. She stated that she is a safety coordinator for AAA. Her friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail was perfect. We had a great experience having Kelly help us with our car seats and would not hesitate to return in the future. Thank you Kelly!

Negative experience: I just joined AAA Washington a few months ago, when I found out my free towing included in my auto insurance only covered 5 miles, Wow! My car broke at the Ridge race track, driving in the pits. I called and the very nice lady said no problem (I told her exactly where it was & how I was driving it). She assured me it was covered and opened a case. The tow truck was supposed to arrive 70 minutes later, at noon. At 12:30 I got a text that it would be 1:09 before it arrived. Truck finally arrived and the driver informed me that the tow would not be covered. I called and reviewed the case with a gentleman (all cordial & nice at this point). Then he offered a manager if I wanted. I told him only if his answer was no. The manager confirmed that they won't tow from a Motorsports location. I explained that his company made a commitment to me and should back that. All he had to say was it was a teaching opportunity! NO, it was a customer service opportunity and you F'ed it up!! I could have called a local towing company and been home by then if the original lady knew their policy!! Not sure if I'll keep my membership.

Positive experience: A bit posh and formal looking, but the folks who helped me were anything but stuffy or formal- I only needed to pay my membership bill, but left with maps and free seminar info... The prices in their 'Travel Store' are very high, but most of their clientel probably don't have to care...

Fantastic experience: Attended a presentation about the Railroad Ride and hotel package they offer at the Grand Canyon. Won 2 tickets on the train as a door prize. Was thinking about the trip before I saw the presentation...now I'm sure about going. Great office/store with innumerable items to enhance travel for sale. They introduced the many friendly and enthusiast staff and sales personnel. Will be planning a trip with them soon.
