Fantastic experience: I made an appointment for a Saturday to do registration and title services. Lori helped me. She is fantastic. Very nice and very friendly. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Why would anyone go to the RMV when you can go AAA do the same thing in 15 minutes?

Fantastic experience: I am a AAA member for long time and never been disappointed with any services. They are absolutely awesome. I visited Oct. 23.2023 for RMV Registration Transfer Service. Front Desk (Lori?) and RMV transaction specialist (Jennel?) were very friendly and courteous. The transaction was completed very smoothly and right on scheduled time. THANK YOU for the GREAT service. My apology if I spell the names wrong.

Negative experience: Horrible actually horrible service. Waited an hour no biggy, just to have them tell me he 15 minutes over and over for another hour.Then to have to call again to let them know that I’ve been waiting for more than two hours. For them to tell me that they have to send another guy since dispatch doesn’t know what going on. Im asking to be towed less than 5 miles away. Horrible service atleast the lady on the phone was understanding. I would not recommend this company to anyone you’re better off going with your insurance company for road side assistance than dealing with these guys Edit: Waited another hour still no assistance for less than a 5 mile tow. They offered me a service that I was denied an 2 hours ago. You have to love the money grab this company is. Extremely dissatisfied I hope and pray you make a better decision then I did and chose to not deal with them as a whole.

Fantastic experience: I had never renewed my driver's license at an AAA before. This year, I knew I would probably have a problem because I turned 75, wanted one of the new ID licenses, and wanted the eyeglasses restriction removed, so I thought going to AAA might be easier than battling the registry. Boy, it was. When I went in, I told the lady I had no appointment and was having a problem downloading the application so I needed some help. No problem, she finished with her client and asked if I had a little time to do it now. She was nice enough to take the time and renew my license right away. I know I had luck that day to get it done right away, and next time, I will make the appointment as required. But what a better experience, no long lines, no sitting waiting for what seems forever, and they had all the equipment the registry would have. Thanks very much, AAA. This senior really appreciated the help.

Positive experience: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not very welcomed upon entering as there was 2 staff working with others and about 6 people sitting in random chairs throughout the office. I then realized they were going on who ever came in first but they didn’t know so they let the customers go In order. I was helped and all questions answered but maybe say hi when entering and waiting 20-30 min for service.
