Fantastic experience: Fast & cozy - came for passport pics 20 minutes before close on a Saturday and was warmly welcomed and out with my pics in about 10 minutes.

Negative experience: Well well well.... where oh where do I begin!? So I have been in upper management most of my life, (I got an early start!) and I can say if there were to be any 's given at all, it would be the 1 I gave for consistency and follow through because, the Englewood AAA Insurance location likes to harass, but not produce! You wanna save someone money by giving a quote verbally, but not in print so they can compare their coverages!? To be told we are paying more because we don't have an "agent" that is looking out for their best interests!? Really!?To continually ask someone what they are paying currently so you can beat the price for a year, and then double it!? Put up... Or SHUT UP! Grange is cheaper for home owners, compared to AAA - FACT! Have a nice day!

Positive experience: Night one call for my car needing to be towed. I am parked in a garage and cannot get a flat bed into the parking garage. They were explained this prior to dispatching a tow truck. They told me arrival time of 7:53 this was at 6:30 pm. At 7:54 received text it would be another 27 minutes. Driver calls me and tells me they just got the call. He would be there by 8:30 pm. I asked what type of vehicle he was bringing and he says flatbed. I explain to him where it was parked. We canceled! Day 2 call and explain the same thing to them. This guy is on top of time wise. I meet him and he is driving a flatbed. Extremely paid close to $300 for a service that does not listen!

Fantastic experience: Very courteous, accommodating, and friendly. We decided, last minute, to head south and escape the cold and to do it along Route 66. Well, although the local AAA office couldn't quite get a road Trip Tick put together for us, due to our short notice, they did give us lots of other information like brochures, a guide book, and maps, for the route. All of the information was very helpful. Thanks AAA Dayton North (Ohio)!

Fantastic experience: Trying to get a new membership for roadside assistance, it's always something with vehicles.

Negative experience: I'm not sure who to reach out to, but my wife was trying to leave for work today around 1:30pm. She was blocked in by a AAA tow truck drive at Jadik way in the Habitat Condominium community. Apon asking the drive to move so she could get around him to get to work, he accosted her and put his hands on her car and made her feel threatened. She was unable to get his truck number because he was loading up a vehicle on his flatbed. This driver needs to be reprimanded.

Negative experience: AAA left me and my motorcycle stranded 90 miles from home. I had a flat tire on interstate 75 in Kentucky at 6:00 pm and after several calls to AAA they finally told me I would have to find my own tow truck because none of there tow truck companies would come out. Finally at 12:00 my motorcycle was safely off the interstate.

Positive experience: The person on the phone was very helpful in finding me a good airline for my flight from Indy to Boston. I recommend this agency.

Fantastic experience: My parents had some problems at the height of covid getting back from an Alaskan cruise booked through AAA. AAA was wonderful in helping to find an alternate route home

Negative experience: Poor service. Called for battery jump. Representative stated my battery was bad and needed replaced. Took original battery back to dealer who stated was good and AAA states 8 out of 10 batteries need replaced regardless of condition. AAA will not give refund or take back battery. Get second opinion if they state battery bad. 10-15-23. Have been in contact with Member Relations who stated I told them to put battery in and they will not refund or take back. I advised under recommendation of their representative. Poor service.

Negative experience: Absolute garbage. Dispatch repeated my location back to but sent it as a different place. Sat hours. At 2:30 in the morning on the highway. Strange people kept stopping. I was scared and I called her back got an attitude and canceled on. Never ever will they het my money again

Negative experience: DONT WASTE YOUR MONEYYY Very ignorant company why would they have somebody pay a membership just to not do free towing that makes no sense my friend only has one car & these people literally said it would COST 95$ to tow the same car WHAT THE HELL YOU HAVE TO HAVE A DIFFERENT CAR IN ORDER TO CONTINUOUSLY GET YO CAR MOVED

Negative experience: Choose any other service provider than this one. Waited 6 hours for service on an night where no major issues should have caused understandable delays. Multiple calls to the service center to be given Multiple stories on reasons for delays and to be told the provider had been assigned but they never showed up. When I asked for a new provider they said they had no other options and if I changed now it would cause further delays. Was eventually told the original provider just said they weren't going to take the call and a new provider had to be called anyway. Call center is no help and the providers are unreliable. Each dispatcher gives you a different story.

Positive experience: Mask problem I would have given this office five stars other than the fact that neither person working in the office had a mask covering their nose. One person’s mask was below her nose and mouth and the other persons mask was below her nose which definitely defeats the whole purpose of wearing a mask and makes the customer feel less safe entering the building.
