Negative experience: I contacted them via Whatsapp to get a quote and requested that they exclude the CDW insurance charge (THIS CHARGE IS NOT MANDATORY) they told me that they do not work that way, additionally when formalizing the quote they wrote the following: 'You do not run the risk of paying additional - non-mandatory - insurance, which is a big LIE, because they later confirmed that there is no way to exclude the CDW charge, watch out and assert your consumer rights. I have the conversation recorded on my phone.

Fantastic experience: I relied on Move for my trip to Orlando in November/2024 and I never want to rent a car anywhere else! The service is extremely attentive and efficient at any time. I needed them on several occasions like Saturday mornings, Sunday nights, and they were always willing to help with great patience to explain everything. Moreover, you can feel free to call them without falling into those super inconvenient extension phones for the user. Move is truly a customer-focused company and that is evident when you use their services. The car was clean, everything was in perfect order, and they try their best to adjust to your travel logistics, whether it's leaving the car at the airport so you can arrive and start driving, or facilitating any part of the rental. I highly recommend them, without hesitation!

Fantastic experience: As always, the services from MOVE are sensational, we literally feel at home, they deserve congratulations, and being able to enjoy two types of parties in the same trip could only happen in Orlando. We enjoyed the Halloween party and also the Christmas one. As a bonus, we also got to see Elton John singing one of his biggest hits 'Your Song' at the Magic Kingdom.

Fantastic experience: I had to rent a car for 8 days and Move Rental provided a Grand Caravan for me. All the staff members are very friendly. Tiago helped me on day one and he is very accommodating. The payment was very quick and smooth, they gave very helpful tips via text message. Sophia from the Logistics dept was the one who was texting me the entire time, and was very responsive. When I had to return the rental, they also provided screenshots on how to return the rental, so that was much appreciated. This company is very flexible with changes, so if you need a rental, I would highly recommend going through them!

It was one of the best experiences I've ever had with car rentals (I rent frequently). Everything was well organized, efficient and fast service 100% in Portuguese via WhatsApp. Payment via Pix in Brazil. The car was new and clean. We picked up and returned the car at the airport parking, there was no need for any physical meeting. I loved the experience compared to traditional rentals. Next time I return to Florida, I hope to be able to count on Move again. I recommend it.

Those who have rented a car in Orlando from a rental company know that you will at least spend 1 hour in line if you're lucky. Upon returning to the airport, to my surprise, the police closed terminal B and the people responsible for the delivery promptly assisted me by guiding me to terminal A.
