Fantastic experience: What a great experience! Booked a 4hr boat tour to the Kleftiko caves in Milos, Greece. We had one hour to swim around the caves, and then we stopped somewhere else to swim for another 30 minutes. The crew provided free cold water in the first level, a complimentary shot glass of uzo I believe, and some snacks. They also provided foam noodles and goggles for a better swimming experience. I’ve booked similar experiences with other popular travel sites and found this tour to be a much better offering. Definitely worth checking what else is available with Dviaje!

Negative experience: This is my first time traveling with this agency and I had a terrible experience. The flight was delayed going to Punta Cana and also returning to Miami. We spent both days at the airport all day and when we finally got on the plane, they didn't offer us even a glass of water. Additionally, the agency sold us a hotel as 5 stars, but the hotel was far from being 5 stars. The hotel service was terrible because there was little staff. Furthermore, the activities at the hotel DID NOT exist. The hotel's entertainment was very poor. In all the hotel restaurants, the staff asked for our phone numbers to give themselves a good review (I had never seen that in my life). I do not recommend this agency or the hotel to anyone; the hotel is called Bávaro Lopesan.

Fantastic experience: Excellent resort, very good service. Many options for restaurants, pools, water parks, entertainment all day. The only problem is that children under 4 years old cannot enjoy almost anything due to the size and age restrictions; the water park and other attractions are for ages 4 and up. If a couple goes only with children under 4 years old, you know they will be limited in many activities, even in the kids' club, which is fantastic. When a child is under 4 years old, one of the parents has to stay with them.

Positive experience: The hotel is acceptable, only the rooms are air-conditioned, it is impossible to enjoy the show in the theater because of the heat as well as the restaurants including the buffet that are closed places and without air conditioning. The service is good only in some areas. The round trip is very bad.
