Negative experience: The most horrid experience of my life..I would not recommend to my worst enemy..False advertisement..I ended up with no leg room..The person that was sitting with me actually took up half of my chair..I ended up sleeping on the window..smdh 0 stars..Greyhound you f***ing suck.. Have many other things to say I know lo ger wanna waste time with them..

Fantastic experience: I want away from here. I told my brother bout Deidre 2 yrs ago I sent him a couple pictures. You know what he said it was me I'm crazy I don't listen and in Texas I couldn't have a dime in my pocket and women come around It was me he use to talk bout. And it's me he'd use now to put all his good will on the table while he keep his business close as he can to his self. And how you expect me to be happy and of good cheer while he out there clean and dry still saying I don't listen telling yal all his good intentions what I need while he having a blast. It's a lot of ppl probably care a great deal now they see all attention I'm getting. Some is genuine even ones I haven't got along with in years but some I can promise you is not and I think I know yal see this.

Negative experience: Very prejudice bias place. After traveling on a bus for 2 plus days, the greyhound bus stops at this location. The people traveling are not allowed to used their restroom, but it's ok to buy things from them #crazy #Don'tPurchaseNothing #ChangeYourRules

Negative experience: After waiting over TWO HOURS, the bus (that I was supposed to be leaving on at 4:50am) had still NOT arrived by 7:15am. I called customer service but they didn't know where the bus was. They told me I had to wait 24 hours to report a problem and to call back the following day. The next day I called back only to be told I had two options: #1: I could be credited the full $167 (the amount I paid for my ticket) for another ticket at the same price... Or, #2: I could take a PARTIAL REFUND in the amount of $100. Uhm, no, I don't think so. Absolutely by far the worst experience I've ever had with Greyhound, and the worst customer service I've ever received... ever!!

Positive experience: If nothing else, Greyhound gets it done! I have experienced mechanical failures, bathroom leaks, and stuck doors on Greyhound, but I made it to my destination in one piece. Yes, Greyhound almost ALWAYS run late - especially because of traffic, mechanical issues and weather - but those are the same things that you run into with any form of transportation, including planes and your personal car. Plus, who can beat free WiFi and electrical outlets?!?!?! The bathroom tends to be quite unappealing, but with the frequent stops, you can use the restroom in any location or building. Most of the drivers have their own unique personality, but most importantly, they maintain control of the passengers and keep the bus comfortable.

Negative experience: I would give Greyhound a -5 stars if it were allowed. The bus my nephew had to ride had mechanical issues and broke down not to mention the customer service department didn't have a clue as when or if they would be providing any updates.

Positive experience: My bus actually broke down and we had an hour wait for another one, but the staff was great. The bus driver was sweet and felt really bad so no harm done. I called and comolained and they gave me a voucher for my next trip.
