Negative experience: Inconsiderate! First, they charge you for the ticket with 100 lbs, and you pay extra for additional weight. Okay, understood. Then during the trip, they charge you extra for the seat $30.00 (because yes, it has already been paid). And $10.00 for I don’t know what. In total, the bus trip for 2 people cost $500.00. They don't even deserve 1 star. -1. If that’s the case, let us know to decide whether to travel with you or not.

Positive experience: It was an alright experience. Just went by to drop off my grandma so she can go back home from a long vacation. The place obviously is hectic because you have to deal with everyone to get on the bus and the luggage. Just one advice to the ones that are ridding the bus and dislike the fact that they are carrying a lot of items plus people, get yourself an airplane ticket if you don't want to deal with that. The buses were made so they can also carry appliances and other big items.

Negative experience: I was very interested in using this service (possibly will) but the customer service person on phone was curt and in a rush get me off the phone. If I'm about to purchase eight tickets I'd expect more courtesy. Disappointed. Estaba muy interesada en usar este servicio (posiblemente lo hare) pero la persona con quien hable por telefono fue muy brusco y en demasiado apuro por terminar la conversacion. Si estoy a punto de comprar ocho boletos esperaria mas cortesia. Decepcionada
