Negative experience: Please do not use this company. They are literally SCAMMING you out of $5000.00 they never help you, th EU never return calls but they are very good at taking your money making promises and NEVER EVER planning on sending you rental options. We were scammed and I hope to stop others from having it happen to them. STAY AWAY…use your money elsewhere. I’ve sent emails, I’ll called and left messages…they don’t call back and don’t help.

I will say read the fine print and do your research. I am glad they honored their 12 month money back guarantee. On this note I do appreciate DJ for any questions I had during the process.

Negative experience: This company calls me up to eight times/day. It doesn't matter how many times I've told them to stop. At this point it is absolute harassment and *shocking news* there is no chance I will ever purchase anything they try to sell me. STOP!

Negative experience: I received multiple phone calls from Global Resort Options before speaking to a representative, who scheduled me to speak to a salesperson regarding the rental and/or sale of my timeshare property in Las Vegas. I was interested in renting or selling my timeshare since I haven't been using my points as often as I'd planned. I spoke to the salesperson Gemma about a year ago, and she was friendly, and definitely a great salesperson, as I don't usually agree to giving $3,295 to a company that has been reaching out to me. Part of why I agreed to the terms and believed all of the fluff that Gemma was stating was because I read multiple reviews, and it seemed as though the company is legit. However, the ONE time a representative reached out to me via email, I responded within an hour; however, it was indicated that another property was rented out. If I needed to respond that swiftly, I don’t understand why I didn’t receive a phone call or text message instead of an email. Due to that situation, I provided the company with my timeshare log-in information and provided them with authorization to go into my account, hoping that would make the process more efficient and effective. That was approximately 5 weeks or so after I signed up for the service, and I had not heard from anyone since. I initiated contact with Ian in the business dept. a few times during the past year, and he has consistently seemed pleasant, and as I learned today, provided me with lies and fluff as well. When I reached out to Ian yesterday and inquired about why I had not heard anything about my timeshare, he indicated that Vacation Village in Vegas had been completing some renovations, and that they had particular stipulations that prohibited their progress in renting out or selling my timeshare. I now realize that it was all a ploy to get my money, and none of them cared about doing what they stated that they would do. It’s difficult for me to believe that all of the high reviews are legitimate, given my experience as well as the experiences of some other people whose low reviews I read. Gemma informed me that if my timeshare was not rented or sold in a year that I would receive my money back. I blame myself for not ensuring that information was in the contract. Now I am out of $3,295 – which is a lot of money as an educator – and still have the timeshare that I no longer want. There are so many useful things that I could have done with that money; however, I allowed myself to be swindled by shady representatives at the shady company, Global Resort Options.

Negative experience: Signed up over a year ago. Received an email 3 months later asking if I wanted to continue advertising. Responded yes. Have not heard back since. I have left messages and emails to no avail.
